Love the location. Unfortunately I needed repairs twice in the same year. Both times this team finished early and communicated with me once if not twice a day via text. I appreciate the thorough and fast work. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I found a loosened cosmetic piece that the shop pointed out to me before I left. Again appreciative of the thorough communication from them. Still waiting to hear about what to do next.

Got me in quicker than anyone else could. Great at keeping me updated and loved their tracking tool online! Never had to wonder how things were going. Car looks better than it ever has. Rental car process with them was great as I got picked up and dropped off so it was just so easy! Definitely recommend them!

They were quick to buff out some scratches and pop my dent out. I was in a rental and then back in my car within four days. You can leave the rental there too (Thanks Enterprise). JC did some last minute touches I preferred to have done. He did it right away, and was super accommodating. The scheduling staff was really transparent and the process pretty easy to navigate.

Staff was friendly. Communication was great! Unfortunately the quality of the work was unacceptable. Body lines don t match, new paint was scratched. Trim was left off and put in my cargo area. Had to put it back on myself. Bumper was a stamped part and has rough edges from manufacturer. Was completed ahead of schedule but makes sense since it seems the repair was rushed.

I would like to give the shop a 4.5 but I can t.The repair itself was fantastic! Quick to get me in, a super fast repair, the car looks great! 5*But I kept being called the wrong name 4*

Has been a horrible experience! The communication is horrible on when my vehicle would be done. First it was one day, no one called until I called to confirm the time of pickup, at that time it was told to me that it was delayed another week. So I paid for my rental again extended it another week. Again I called to confirm a time of pickup and they said it was delayed again and it might take another week. Mind you my vehicle has been in their possession already for close to a month. When you talk to one person they pass the blame or the buck to another person, that person swears to follow up with you and they don t. So you will get passed to someone else, meanwhile you as the customer is told the part is delayed, the wrong part was ordered, the wrong part came. Every time you speak to someone there s a new excuse, whether it s someone s sick, or not there today, or left early. Zero communication all communication has came from my end trying to figure out when my vehicle will be finally done and ready for pickup. The right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing and instead of force feeding customers false hopes and promises that can t be kept, they try to sweep you under the rug and pass you along to someone else! I know for facts, I will not use them again ever!

This place cancelled our appointment for an estimate because we were not sure if we want to use insurance. Stated we pay our deductible to them and then insurance sends them a check. Scammers!!!! Did this 2 days before our scheduled appointment.

Horrible job. Bad communication. They work for the public but can t seem to get things right. They cracked my bumper and it doesn t clip on. He said he would order it and update me but I have yet to hear anything. They charged $2400 for progressive to fix the vehicle but they decided to fix everything but what happened in the accident. Then Danai played dumb like oh that was the accident? Rude. Customer service sucks. Don t go here. You ll come here to get a bumper fixed and they ll fix your wheel. Totally not what I wanted. And the paint job sucks. They decided to paint in an area but didn t buff it out.

My car was hit by someone with State Farm insurance and State Farm sent me here to have my vehicle fixed. There were a couple delays because of renovations to their building and parts being back ordered but they communicated everything to me in a timely manner so I was never surprised by what was going on. Emily and Derek were the two employees I spoke to the most and they were kind and helpful every single time. I would recommend this business to anybody I know who needs work done on their car 10/10

The estimate from 3 other body shops was much higher. (Two others were higher, but not significantly higher)The quality is outstanding. It was fairly small ding in the drivers door. Other shops wanted to replace the door, driver s side headlight, and the front quarter panel. Headlight was fully functional and aligned. There was nothing wrong with the front quarter panel. At all.Very pleased with the outcome and consistently updating me with the status.

They did a nice job on our repairs but after the waiting 6 weeks for an appointment it took several weeks more than expected to get all the parts in, they did not reach out to schedule when they had all the parts, it took two additional weeks to fix it than expected (this was a minor accident). The communication was rough the entire time-our insurance company agreed. When they took a sticker off the windshield it took off part of the tint. Currently trying to get that repaired and still getting the same runaround we ve been getting for months at this point. I called to tell them we were ready to schedule an appointment with the tint shop and we were told they would call us back-which never happened. Two weeks later I called back and they said we would have to come in to have it evaluated-drove there and they said I didn t need to come in that I just needed an appointment at Midwest Tint. They called and scheduled a 1:00 appointment for me for the next day-I arrived at Midwest tint only to find out that they actually closed at 1:00 and they had never received communication from Crash Champions. Needless to say we won t be going back.

Crash Champions in Lee's Summit did an excellent job repairing my van. The body work they did looks great. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way. The work was done when promised. The staff was friendly and helpful. And they returned my van with the inside completely detailed. All in all it was a wonderful experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Crash Champions places last in customer service... And, here's why.Upon dropping off my vehicle, I was given a 2 week estimated completion date from their customer service. Since the turn around was short... I decided to opt for the Enterprise car rental insurance coverage that cost me $20.00 a day, as my deductible was $500.00... I'd be under if something happened to the rental.Here's where it went bad with Crash Champions... They took approximately 34 days to complete my repair, due to bad parts that had to be returned and also that I had two separate claims.Upon visiting Crash Champions to complain about the lengthy repair time... They went into auto mode with, "we're not responsible for the added time for the repairs." And, the manager began telling me how he was losing money too because of the delay.What I did find out talking with him was... 2 claims do take much longer to finish. Also, they don't really have any quality control from their parts supplier sourcing... Since it's a database that all body shops purchase from... The parts are sent from various suppliers and not one repeat supplier, thus making your repair a gamble.A great company would have told me... "It looks like 2 weeks on the repair but it could easily be 1 month or more", since they know how that market behaves.The money doesn't come from their pocket, they totally overlooked their repsonibilty in relaying all the facts and possible outcomes to the customer... Costing me almost 2 times my deductible for car rental insurance.Not that the people at Crash Champions are bad... They're just very out of touch and more concerned about their pocket book over the customers.I would recommend using an alternate business for your car repair.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my vehicle repairs. Did not have major damage or paint repair but replaced the grille and air conditioner condenser due to hitting trash on the highway. Work van was delivered on promised date and was cleaned inside and out including the glass. Very happy. Nate Anello

I hit a deer and needed my headlight, and front passenger panel replaced. Even with a delay from parts they still finished my car incredibly quick. The work they did was amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Crash Champions came highly recommended from my in-laws and so I trusted the recommendations. I was not disappointed! Being realistic most pro shops can paint vehicles. Where Crash Champions set themselves apart was customer service, customer care, and very good communication. I was well informed all along the way. Any delays that came up were communicated proactively. Expectations were set fairly so I wasn't disappointed along the entire process. The extras is what really sets different professionals apart from one to another. I had one minor concern after I picked up my vehicle. I called and Jack was very open to listening and resolved my issue swiftly and easily. They keep taking care of customers after the fact. I will use Crash Champions when and if the time comes. I will also recommend them to my friends.Service: Painting
