Very pleased with Caliber Collision. I was able to get it in for a quote in less than 24 hrs while others were telling me days, weeks. All the office folks and schedulers were kind and great to work with. Once the Insurance company approved the work I was in, in under 3 days and out in a week. Josh took care of everything. I was kept up to speed all throughout the repairs with timely text notifications. Josh was even able to expedite completion so I didn't have to take an extra day off work to manage pick-up and rental drop off. The car was cleaned inside and out, they even installed my new floor mats that I'd left in the backseat. The car looks amazing and the work is guaranteed. I can't say enough. When the Insurance company asked if I had a favorite repair shop in mind I joked that I didn't, that I wasn't a frequent patron. Well now I have one. If I need work in the future and I have a choice, I'll pick Caliber.

Someone hit my car and the insurance selected Caliber Collision for the repairs. I could not have been more impressed. They had excellent communication. I even had them repair part of my car that had been separately damaged and they were very reasonable. They completely cleaned and detailed my car before returning it to me. My car was completed on time as promised. I would definitely use them again for any body damage!

Met with Josh following a fender bender. Very quick and took pictures along with getting a quote faster and under a nearby competitor. Waited over a week and a half to get the quote from our insurance company and they still worked us in by ordering parts ASAP. Communicated process and parts and issues. Insurance company authorized a refurbished replacement light, arrived and had pits and missing attachments. Worked with insurance company to then order a new light. Had vehicle completed and also fixed a few door dings I asked about. Had to wait on insurance company again for payment due to vacation by main contact at the insurance company, we worked together to get payment going faster.Good people with great communication in what can be a pretty frustrating experience.

A year ago, they repaired my truck. This included new tires on the front. Nearly a year later, I found that the tires had the wrong load rating. I called Calliber up and explained the situation. They agreed to make it right and installed 2 news tires at their cost. They really do seem to stand by their service, even if it is a year later.

You are required to make an appointment to get an estimate. I did that. When I showed up the person who was supposed to do the estimate wasn't there. The lady at the front desk texted the person to tell them I was waiting. Apparently they were still at lunch. I waited tell after my scheduled appointment, then left. When you make an appointment show up before or on time, not late. This is a reflection on how you do business.

Where dlsome places get worse with time, Saddlecreek only gets better. The owners and staff just keep making improvements. Which makes for an exciting time every time we go.

The entire staff was awesome to work with. Nick was super helpful from the very beginning, he even took me to the rental car place when they weren t answering their phones. There was constant & thorough communication while my car was being worked on. The repairs they did on my car look great, and my car was completely spotless when I picked it up. It felt like getting a new car again. I will always go back here & recommend to anyone needing service or repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Every one was wonderful to work with after my wreck and kept me updated weekly. My back door and bumper had to be replaced and after my car was put back together they still found scratches from the wreck and did not give me my SUV back until everything was gone! Probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. I found the staff to be unhelpful and sometimes rude. I was disappointed in the workmanship and the damage they caused by not repairing the wiring portion properly and reinstalling it incorrectly caused my vehicle to be down again a little over a month with no offer of any type of warranty or rental car. They blamed the problem on the dealership the dealership blamed the problem on them. I would have a lot more respect if they would ve just owned up to their mistake but in this instance they did not. I have gone so far as to take my vehicle to a different body shop and just paid out of pocket to have the imperfections fixed out of my own pocket because I have zero faith they could do it right a second time.Services: Painting, Electrical
