I was very happy with my experience! They called me several times with updates on the progress of repairs. I always felt informed and they were great about letting me know when to expect the completion of repairs. Great staff, quick service!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. The repair work looked great and my car was returned to me earlier than expected. The personnel are great to work with and I was kept updated throughout the process. Great company to do business with!

Our family hit a dear with our gmc acadia and I can't say enough about the quality of work and updating we got from caliber! The car turned out perfect with everything replaced correctly and the paint matched up great! Kept us updated the whole time! Highly recommend caliber!

First time using Caliber Collision since new ownership and I have to say, they far exceeded my perfectionist expectations! They went above and beyond and I am very satisfied!!Carla was kind and helpful and exactly the type of customer service agent I would want to work with or be proud enough to send my loved ones to work with. She was a delight!!Mike was so wonderful during the entire process as well and felt like a friend.Aaron was new to this shop after I had already dropped off my vehicle and Carla made sure to tell me ahead of time to expect the change and it was seamless! Aaron fits right in with excellent customer service and attitude with the entire shop.I felt like this was a homegrown smalltown family-run business, but with modern communication options. Excellent job team!!I will recommend this Caliber Collision office for years to come and have already sent them business.Do not hesitate, just make it easy and go with them! I'm glad I did. Not only did my car get repaired and look good as new but they went above and beyond to help me when I was having issues with the rental car company. Their customer service is outstanding! If you are ever in need of collision repair then Caliber Collision in Lee's Summit on Market St. is the place to go. Mike, Brad, Carla and the team there are STELLAR!!! My car was pretty banged up when I brought it in on June 1 and when I got it back it looked AMAZING!!! I truly appreciate the communication that I received from Brad about how things were coming along with the repairs.Thank you Caliber for the AWESOME work on my Subaru Impreza!!

JoshDid a great job in communicating and dealing with a difficult Insurance company.He got them to revisit with his additional due diligence and get everything done to our satisfaction. The back door had to be completely replaced along with some other work. I got home after pickup and it seemed like two different cars put together. Paint was not blended. I reached out about it. Was told it's no their job to blend the paint or try to make it match up. I took it back they buffed the driver door. I was told I could take it to get waxed and buffed to see if that would help but there was nothing more they could do. I assumed he was aggravated after I expressed my concerns about how it looked. He had an attitude when talking to me. The door itself was fixed but it looked like it belonged on a new car. I have a 2019 Chrysler 300.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had been here years ago when it was Tallys, unfortunately I had been hit and needed body work again. This place was my go to. Josh was my tech and he throughly walked me through everything. The work done was pretty much perfect! Plus they cleaned the inside which was an extra plus! I would recommend anyone to them, especially this location! Thanks Josh and the rest of team as everyone was so friendly!
