Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change, and was surprised at the variety of options they had for customer convenience, including offering what I overheard someone mention was one of their last two loaner vehicles so I could go back to work, even though it was same day service.Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful (service advisor Dean was the only person introduced by name, but there were several others I spoke with about various things), and I'd happily utilize them in the future.(Apologies to the Cable Dahmer person who saw and replied to this before; Google for some reason posted it with an inactive account so I deleted and am reposting with the correct account)

I scheduled an appointment for scratch coverage and an oil change. When I got there, he said it would be 1.5-1.75 hours for the oil change and I would have to reschedule the scratch appointment because they are only there on Thursdays. Then he tried to sell me various maintenance products that totaled almost $800 and offered me a $40 discount if I did them that day. I said I didn't expect to be there that long for an oil change let alone adding additional maintenance products. He said they could complete all of that maintenance work in the same amount of time. I ultimately left without getting the oil change and will continue to stick with the local business I normally go to.I m not sure where to start with the service professional that checked me in. I told him the wait time was excessive for an oil change that I had an appointment for that I could get in 30 minutes elsewhere. He went into a rant about their service is better than the Jiffy Lube he worked at before, blah, blah. I told him I didn t want to hear it, yet he kept on, stop talking, and he continued, and I don t care yet he still kept on. About 20 minutes after checking in, I decided I wasn t going to stay for the oil change. He said he would pull my car out of the cue and someone would pull it up for me. Ten minutes later, no car. I had to go in to get my keys so I could leave.

I chose Cable Dahmer because of the car that they had that I wanted to purchase for my stepson and my credit situation is not good but I already had three approvals coming into Cable Dahmer they politely told me that there was no way with my credit score than anything would issue me a loan. This was supposedly a sales manager by the name of Q. He told me that they had over 40 lenders that they could go to so the odds of me getting approved were very high well I would probably suggest talking to the car dealerships in Springfield like Corwin Ford and find out who they're going through because they were able to get me approved for a loan. I would never come to Cable Dahmer to buy a car.

Went in for scheduled service and was told to check in with an advisor. Stood inside for over 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me or saying they'll be right with me. One person was sitting behind a desk but didn't say anything.

If it were possible to give this business no stars I would have, so one star is being generous. I made an appoint on Monday to bring our car in to have the air conditioner looked at at 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning. I was told that we could drop the car off on Wednesday evening. When we arrived I told them I was there to drop the car off and I spoke to an employee by the name of "Kyle", he proceeded to tell me that our appointment was not valid if we made it through their call center, he did not care that we had driven 35 minutes to get there and when I asked him when we could get an appointment, he shrugged his shoulders at us and said, "I don't know," then he walked off. I will never recommend this place to anyone, terrible customer service and very unprofessional, he did not even attempt to help us in any way or fix the situation. We will never recommend or do business with this company again.

My wife and I have been wanting to look at a bigger vehicle because we are having another child. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a guy named Caleb Emejuobi. This was our first time buying a car from any dealership and I couldn't of been happier with the whole experience. The whole atmosphere of that place was just really awesome and honestly kind of made you feel like family. If your debating on going to buy a new car or where to go I would highly recommend you go and see Caleb Emejuobi! The amount of effort he gave to get my monthly payments in line with my budget was outstanding. Go see him you will not regret it!

I have an oil change / tire rotation agreement with the dealership after buying my car there. Their service department is quite extraordinary. It is always clean, the staff is professional and makes relevant suggestions, and the service is normally very quick. I have no issues and would most likely buy my next car here, again.

We purchased our car from this dealership. We should have learned our lesson from that experience but here we are. We were sold a maintenance package with the purchase which actually was an extended warranty that did not come with any maintenance. When we questioned it we were told what we were sold never existed and that the employee who sold it to us no longer worked there. We were also told they would send us vouchers for 6 free oil changes-that we never received. I took my car in for service one time and someone ran it into a tool box causing damage to the front end that required me to drive a rental car for a week and take it to the dealer on Noland Road for repair. Our most recent issue happened with my breaks. In May they changed the break pads and resurfaced the rotors . I have been having a lot of jerkiness to my car. After waiting more than two hours at the Kia dealer my last visit that was supposed to be 45 minutes long I decided to try another repair shop. They informed me that my break pads looked great but my rotors have never been touched and needed to be resurfaced. They had never seen a car with new break pads that had rotors like that. I checked my statements from Kia only to find out that they charged me to have them resurfaced but it was not actually done. I am done with getting poor service by this dealer.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Ok, I rarely do online reviews, but it s time for me to say something. I purchased my Optima from another Kia Dealership, which I won t mention. I always took my car for servicing at that dealership until I had a few bad experiences. I tried Cable Dahmer Kia and was blown away. I will continue to trust Cable Dahmer Kia with my servicing needs. Recently, I had a major problem with my car at least it was major to me. I was assigned to Brandy, as my service advisor. I was really upset, but he calmed me down and made me feel like my problem was just as important to him as it was to me. They were swamped, he was honest with me and said they would get it diagnosed as quickly as they could, but I was looking at a week out this was a holiday weekend to add to the mix However, he did not disappoint and I had my car back in just a few short days. I really can t express how it makes you feel as a customer when you re heard and respected. This isn t the first time I ve had great service, each time all of the advisors I have worked with have always been nothing but top notch!!

I enjoy getting my oil change here, they are quick and efficient. I've been coming here for 3+ years and will not change (even though their prices recently changed). They have specialty coffee and snack while you wait as well. :-)

The sales person really just seemed bothered by me the whole time. The car I was going to buy was a GT Line Soul and as I was doing my final walk around before purchase I noticed a rust spot on the top of the car. I pointed it out to the bothered sales lady who assured me that it wasn t rust. She then proceeded to scrub it for nearly five minutes strait until the rust was effectively sanded off. Then she asked me why I didn t want the car which should be obvious. Then a manager comes out and assures me that its just some tree sap from some imaginary tree that is non existent in their lot. I then asked him if tree sap leaves grooves in paint. He then has the sales lady grab an EX of which I am told how lucky I am to get a free upgrade when really it is their fault for not doing a though inspection of their vehicles. I am then convinced that I need the security device called Karr Swatt. I thought it sounded like a nice thing to have until I got home and found that the app is a joke and only updates every so many hours. Not to mention you can download a Kia app that allows you to track any modern Kia car and most insurance companies have plans that are cheaper that cover theft. It costs 900+$ and the website looks like it was designed by a 12 year old. The sales manager refused to take it off the sale and I am now stuck with a worthless gps tracking service that gives me something already available through a Kia app and my insurance.

Walked in not knowing what car I wanted and never having done the car buying process on my own, but Kodi made the whole process so easy! Couldn t recommend buying a car from her more! Ronny Lako is really the bomb, as a salesman. He takes you through the whole thing without rushing you. We are 60 years old and he walked us through it while listening to our stories of different things. Ask for him of you want an easy time of buying a car. And I HATE car salesman. He is not the same o same o salesman. He listens.

Kudos to Shawn who assisted us with our problem.He made sure it was fixed. Our engine light kept coming on same code. We were told can't fix it unless it's broken. So how do u know it was not broken if u don't take it apart to see. Shawn did ck it out an no more engine lite.

Spent over two hours asking for final price and interest rate and every time they would dance around and not answer. High pressure sales with no intigrety. Trying to sale us used vehicle with 5000 miles as new. not recomend

Check car in for an oil change they said we could have one every month if we want it for $1,000 for five years so we bought it recheck it in oh well it's not time for an oil change which you are changes every 2000 miles they informed me that we cannot do that that they only give you 18 oil changes at 1 every 5000 miles but the guy that sold us the car and was writing up a contract so we can come in and have one every month if we wanted nope not so THEY said he lied to me the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing scatterbrain and they can't do their job
