I m really not sure what to say because Bob Sight has yet again left me speechless. I was upside down in my car and I needed to get out of it. I bought another car from here years ago (with Emery - was amazing then too) and had really good luck so I said what the heck let s see what they have available. I ended up finding a car on their lot that fit my list to the exact tee. I contacted them but advised of my circumstance and they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and worked with me so I wasn t in the same boat again. Buying a car is stressful, especially dealing with dealerships that only want the highest profit off you but you FEEL that Bob Sight doesn t care about that. They want people to feel like they are cared for and that buying a car should be an exciting thing. Emery is amazing. Chris Z the Manager is amazing and I couldn t be more happy I chose Bob Sight.

Your dealership just feels different than others I have been to. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like there was truly a team approach. Everyone within the dealership worked well together and we felt like everything was handled professionally. We were helping our daughter buy a car and this was a great experience for her to see how things SHOULD be done when buying a car. We are a long time Ford family and have bought our last 2 Fords from Bob Sight...with more to come for sure! Thanks to Garett and David for all of the help.

I recently flew from Minneapolis to Kansas City to purchase a 2021 Lexus LS 500 that found its way to Bob Sight Ford. I'm happy to report that these guys were very professional. Beyond be willing to work "a little" on the asking price, they picked me up promptly at the airport. They worked me through the purchase sign up process and got me on the road for my six hour drive home. I recommend the dealership.

I recently purchased a Mustang Mach E that had a couple of recalls. I submitted a service request online and received a callback later in the day to schedule my appointment. A couple days later, I received an update stating my replacement part is taking longer than expected. I can't remember another dealership ever giving me a courtesy heads up about anything. A couple days later I was provided another status update and rescheduled my appointment. I also added scheduled maintenance to this appointment and the service department was happy to accommodate. My vehicle was picked up and dropped off for my appointment. No waiting, no phone tag, just simple convenience. Owning an electric vehicle comes with some anxiety, but I feel at ease knowing Bob Sight Ford is there to help when I need it.

Wonderful, friendly, honest and transparent professionals. This is hard to find at car dealerships these days and these guys care, right up to the top of their organization. I would highly recommend Emery, who took great care of our needs and made the process a positive one. Both Zach and Jeff Sight care about their clients and the service they receive and it is apparent. Working with their team was a pleasure and if they don t have what you re looking for, they will find it!

In my younger years I was a manager for a Chevrolet dealership. Great buying experience at Bob Sight Ford. I highly recommend them. George our salesman was terrific. Very polite and professional. Jeff and Eric were both great as well . A really great team !

Picked up my new Bronco Heritage edition Friday 12/15. Garett always does a great job. Best car buying experience ever! Eric in finance made it really easy. Best place to buy a new car and service department is spot on. Really nice down to earth people to deal with. Second car I've bought in 2 years. Love my new Ford!

Had a felt plate dragging under my truck. Installed a large metal plate for better protection and didn t realize it covered a large area of the oil drain. They had a great attitude and made sure to complete the service even with obstacles. Great service and I will always go back. Highly recommend

This was the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience we have experienced.The salesperson, Emery, told us had several vehicles to choose from that met our criteria on their lot or on the way and sent us off to test drive one of them. Upon our return we confirmed the vehicle and equipment package we wanted and our color preference. We agreed upon a vehicle in transit which was fairly priced and went home to wait. No written contract, no down payment, just a handshake. I was questioning if we had even bought a vehicle. When our vehicle arrived we set up a time, went in, and after some computer difficulties, signed loan agreement, handed them a check, got a walk-thru on our new car and left. There was a light touch on purchasing extended warranties, but absolutely no pressure.Through the whole process we spoke to 2 people; the salesperson who sold us the car and the business manager who handled the financial paperwork. No getting tossed around to a half-dozen people to "close the deal" and no B.S.If you just want to buy a fairly priced car, this is the place to go.

Brian Thomas took great care of me in the service department. Really great guy who s on top of his game, and appreciate his help a lot. The mechanics that performed the repairs also did a awesome job. My truck runs better than ever after this major service on my Raptor. Thank you fellas!!

I bought a used vehicle here. Ronnie was the salesman. He was great to work with. Even though it wasn t a huge sale He took care of me and treated me well. He even helped me return my rental car. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I have had two instances with the parts and service side that have now cost me almost $3000 and nothing was solved. I wont be returning to this dealership and I advise anyone to do the same. I live 5 min from this location would will drive to another dealership before I allow this company to continue to politely tell me to kick rocks. I also want to point out that i own a business here in Lees Summit. We have 15 light duty trucks. We order all of our parts from Bob Sight. If they are willing to tell me they dont care, consider how you might be treated?I also want to emphasize that there were no harsh words in any of our exchanges. I dont even think management realizes the injustices that we have experienced. I am not one to cause a scene. Just wanted to help someone else avoid the same situation.

I shopped for 2 weeks looking at trucks and test driving. Every dealership practically stalked me then entire time. I so very much appreciated how David simply traded me keys for a license and let me test drive without any pressure. He heard exactly what I was saying.. which was 'I don't even know what I want so I'm just test driving a bunch this week'. There was no hassle, no lemme look at what we got coming in, no we can order something special, no let's sit down and talk. He simply let us drive one because that's all I wanted to do. I wound up calling him back a week later to ask some questions.I mean honestly there were great things about every truck I drove and I had one picked out from 6 different dealerships, but it was the fact that this guy was accessible when I needed him with no pressure that made me want to buy at Bob Site.The adams Toyota people marked up the truck I wanted nearly 4K. I took them a cashiers check and offer for 40K, which was a little over msrp, but they wouldn't budge. We drove away from Adam's straight to Bob Sight where I told David what happened and that we wanted the Ford Ranger. We didn't even have the new cashiers check but we did the paperwork, got the temp tags and had the green light to take it home for $1,100 under msrp. We knew the price going in. No surprises. No hidden fees. Even the rebate that got us under msrp.I can't speak highly enough of Bob Sight Ford. Or David.

I took my vehicle in for new tires and they dropped it off the lift. Nobody would tell us what caused my car to get dropped off the lift and I never had anyone apologize for the damage caused. When I went into the service department to get my belongings from the car, the technicians were laughing and joking with each other about my car that they ruined. The only redeeming quality at this dealership is Dave in the sales department who helped with my loaner vehicle and the buying out of my Bronco.

The best car buying experience we have ever had! George helped us from start to finish, he had everything waiting on us for the test drive and we came back the next day and didn t have to sit in the waiting room for an hour. It was a quick and professional buying experience. We will be buying from Bob Sight from now on!

At Bob Sight Ford it was a non pressuring buying experience. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile. We chose to test drive two trucks and end up choosing a 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat. During the test drive we got to drive the vehicle without a pressuring salesman present . This gave us time to get a feel for the vehicle on our own. Once we parked and loved the vehicle and decided to go for it. The sales professional we worked with was Emery Stone 20+ years of experience. Emery took great care of us and we will continue to come back for vehicles for years to come. Thank you, Bob Sight Ford!

Scammed� or is this standard.Brought my vehicle in for repair of a headlamp that had a module issue.The estimate came back at approximately $2800.This seemed a bit pricey so I planned to pay for diagnostic and get second opinion.When I arrived at pay window I was informed I not only owed for diagnosticbut also for OIL CHANGE.Was there some miscommunication?I DIDNT ASK for an oil change.Pay the money or you DONT get your vehicle.THIS is UNFAIR!I asked to speak with a manager.No one available at the moment, of course.We will have him call you.But at the moment, I had to pay for an oil change my car DID NOT need!Did BOB SIGHT FORD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A ME because I m a woman?

Yesterday I had the best experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. My 2017 Fusion Energi was having sort of phantom electrical issues. Wes solved it, didn't over-think it, and I got out spending less than I thought would be required. I felt like I had been treated very well, not taken advantage of in any way. Great job folks.

Always excellent service. I've never felt oversold on anything. Service managers are great. Shout out to the technician that recently came to my house to perform recall services. He was great!Bob Sight Ford gives excellent service at a fair price and always keeps me informed on when my vehicle will be ready. I pretty much go there for all my routine maintenance and the price is comparable to other 3rd party services. I've been a customer there for 10+ years and have never regretted having my cars serviced there.
