Lied about my alignment and put me on the road to knowingly. Confronted them about it and continued to lie to my face. My suspension is NOT EVEN TIGHTENED, it freakin loose all four corners. I wouldn't trust this place to even kill me right. This is a legit review. I have video and pictures to back this up. D

The manager Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was done in a very timely fashion. Gave me a great deal and I would highly recommend going. Very friendly crew. And there is no pushy salesman to make you buy something you don't want. I would highly recommend Big o tires in Lee's summit

Made an appointment mid week for an alignment Saturday at 3pm. (Leaving Sunday for a 1600 mile round trip) Showed up at 2:50 pm to check in for my appointment. The young woman behind the desk informed me their alignment tech was unable to come in due to a hospitalization (sorry to him hope hes okay). The issue is no phone call, no email or notification of the cancellation. She informed me the manager who generally makes cancellation phone calls is off on Saturdays.Now it s end of business on Saturday and I m stuck trying to find a solution.A phone call first thing in the morning would have mitigated all issues.Would not recommend.

They were able to fix an issue I had with my car after a different mechanic couldn t fix it. Was skeptical due to my previous experience with a Big O Tires in a different location but I was very impressed and satisfied with this location. I will be coming back for any issues I have come up.

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 Star, which is more then this store deserves. Took my vehicle in today to get all 4 tires balanced, and a alignment. Dropped it off at 11am, never heard from them so I called back at 4:30, he then told me it was done but they couldn't alignment because of a whole list of things wore out in the front end, which isn't true on a 60k mile vehicle. They then charged me to balance the wheels. Went out and looked, rear wheels were never touched, fronts had all the OLD wheel weights and a couple new ones throw on.I wouldn't trust this "shop" to work on my bicycle!

Went in because found a huge nail in my tire. Walked in and was greeted with a hello ma am. They had just gotten broken into with the window smashed and regardless that they were going to have a day, they were very professional! I appreciate it and I will definitely return in the near future regarding my tires. Thanks again.

Do not go here. They didn't put the tire on right. I had mechanics look at it and they said it came off because of the tire. They're blaming it on the strut when it wasn't because of the strut.They went back and forth LYING saying they were waiting on a part giving me the run around. Then changed their mind syaing they weren't covering it. They will screw you over!

Great location, I walked in and the older gentleman helped me right away . The guys in the back fixed me right up . I got my tire fix and my sensor changed my air was perfect and for just walking in it took like an hour and a few minutes. I'll be coming back . I needed some place to be able to take my car besides chevy. Thanks and I found it .

12.23.2023- scheduled an appointment for 10:00am for a flat tire repair. It is currently 11:43am, I just inquired of my repair and the response given was It s been overlooked and has been sitting, once another car is completed we will begin working it . Let s just say these guys have no clue how to run a shop apparently once they pull a car in they do not begin to work on it . Unbelievably sad and frustrating. These guys do not even apologize when a mistake happens. I guess that s the treatment when you deny their request to upsell you, they initially tried to sell me a replacement tire instead of just plugging it. My whole morning has been delayed as it is now almost noon.***Update*** 12:16pm, just got told they do not feel they can repair it, so now I need to buy a tire. Imagine that! Looks like they got me for almost $150. Repair still isn t completed as of this writing.***Update*** 12:55pm, just received the car with new tire.

We will start with those place is understaffed. The staff they have show no passion for the industry. The knowledge they have is little too none at best. I have been here almost two hours for an alignment and oil change. The car has set untouched longer than it should have. The appointment was for five for the oil change. I was told her here early so we can do both. I do not recommend this shop for anything. I say this with a heavy heart as when it was NTB we ran this place as a professional shop. It was fully staffed with knowledgeable well trained passionate employees. This will be the last time I do business here. So after asking why it was sitting in told the didn't feel safe moving the car. The yecg didn't think to ask anyone just let it sit. I got it done and now it pulls to the passenger side. So it's been a few days in getting ready for a funeral. I thought I better check the oil level as I don't trust them. It is over a QT low and the engine cover was not attached. Never again anyone reading this do not trust them go somewhere else.

Ordered some rims for my kia stinger, they came in yesterday. Called and set an appointment for today at 8 am. They got me set up by 10 am, I made it on time to work. George and Kevin the manager were awsome. I recommend highly recommend this location.

Purchased tires online that website indicated were in stock and made an appointment online for the following day to have the tires installed. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the snow tires I purchased online were not in stock and that the tires would have to be ordered and that it would take 6 days for the tires to arrive. I would have appreciated a phone call or email informing me that the tires were not in stock so I would not take time off work for nothing. I went ahead and had the snow tires I needed ordered. After waiting a week and not hearing anything from Big I tires I called and was told that my snow tires had arrived and I made an appointment for the next day to have the tires installed. The next day when I arrived to have the tires installed I was again told that the snow tires I need are not there, they think they ordered the wrong tires and that only 2 of the tires I need are available anywhere in the country. Now I have taken time off work twice for nothing. I went elsewhere and had the tires I needed ordered. The tires were delivered and installed 3 days later with no problems at all. Big O tires was a big O waste of time for me.

The staff were all courteous and helpful during my visit. Had a flat tire late in the day and they were glad to accommodate. Headed home with the tire repair only 30 minutes later.

Took my 2007 Lexus suv into Big O Tires in Lees Summit, MO to have new tires put on, get car aligned, and get oil changed. In addition, one of the rims on my car was very messed up. After I got my car back from Big O Tires, it drove so smooth and my rim was totally fixed. My car is really old but Big O Tires took great car of my car and it now drives like a new car.

I got my tires put on here 2 years ago and a week after I got them put on my tires was losing air fast. I took them back up there and they said they couldn t do anything for me. 2 years later I m still having the same problem. I talked with a former employee and he said they in fact do fix tires especially ones under warranty which mines were.

I got 4 new tires from Big O about a year and a half ago. Hit something on the highway and popped a tire with a gnarly gash through the sidewall. Put the spare on and drove to Big O. Forgot if I had a warranty or not on them and turns out I did. Big O hooked me up with a new tire and mounted my spare back up underneath my truck for me. I was a walk-in customer with no appointment and they still got it done relatively quickly.

They were very helpful! We had an unexpected leak show up in the tire and we went to big o. This could sometimes be an all day event, but they were so fast and got us back on the road in such a short time! Would highly recommend!

I looked few different places with some old tires from 85 to get replaced. All places told me they could not help me. The employees of Big O tires squared me away. I was in and out in an hour as well. Great employees!!

Called Monday to order tires. Said would be in by 11a next day, installed by 2p. Dropped truck off at opening at 730a Tuesday, told would be done by 2p that day. At 330p no word, so called. Said hadn't got to it yet, but would be done by close of business at 630p. Unable to pick up that late, so said would be in at opening time next day. Showed up Wednesday at opening at 730a, not done yet. Told 30 min from then, took 1.5 hours while I waited in the shop. Gave small discount, therefore 2 vs 1 stars.

Was leaving hyvee and noticed I had a bubble on the sidewall of my tire. I knew it was no time at all till it would pop. With a child with me I did not want to risk it. Went across the parking lot from Hy Vee to another local tire place that said they were too busy and would not have time to fix today, nor would look to see the tire.I called big O tire and they said come on down and we ll get it looked at and see if we have your tire. They got me in fast and the new tire installed and checked out within 30 minutes. Forever grateful for them.

Trying to get out of town for a cross country move and my tire light came on Big O was able to get me in and repaired quickly. Friendly, courteous, fair price the wholePackage. Highly recommend!

First appointment waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get car in. Second appointment showed up and was told to bad the guy left. I received no call appointment was cancelled. I could understand if an emergency but was told that was not the case. Very rude older gentleman at front desk. Will never go back and I will share my experience with anyone asking about them.

Beyonc� helped me out. She didn t have my tire but was able to get it for me the next day. She followed up on what she said she would do. They were busy on sat when my tire arrived but they were able to squeeze it in and get it done for me so I could make it to work on Monday without having to worry about it going flat over night. Thank you guys

This is the worst tire purchase ive made. Since buying the tires and insurance i feel anytime ive gad to use the warranty it either gets worse or some-new problem a rises. They snapped a stud on my tire the proceeded to tell me how it was my fault when putting on a doughnut but they were the one who didnt put on the tore correctly. There is better customer service and ownership of responsibility in a fast food joint then we these jokers. Avoid this shop like the plague unless you want headaches followed by an outpour of false promises

Dave at Big O is AWESOME!! My high school son called me all out of sorts that his tire was flat. I was working and sent him in to see Dave, explained to take care of him what ever he needs to get him back on the road. My some called said no charges Dave found issue with the valve stem and took care of him. So grateful!! Don't find that type of service everywhere these days.
