Save yourself the trouble, do not order a key fob here. Took 6 weeks to come in, and tilurns out they can t program it. No communication from store, and borderline rude store employees. Unprofessional in demeanor, dress, and knowledge.

Great service even in the hot heat and the only one there. The Guy was very kind and patient. He put my battery in and recommended a cleaning kit that I needed and cleaned it for me. He asked if there was anything else that I needed.

Super happy with the experience. I purchased my battery online and met the salesman at the store the next day. The gentleman who swapped out my battery today went above and beyond. It was about 12 degrees outside and he spent about 15 minutes swapping the dead battery in my 2017 Ford Fusion. Thank you guys a bunch for all the hard work you do keeping us all powered up in these modern times. Kudos!

Friendly staff, only place I trust to change a watch battery. Most places, if they still change batteries, will scratch or damage the watch bezel.

I visited Batteries Plus Lee's Summit on November 10, 2021. While attempting to replace a battery in my Brighton watch, an employee BROKE the bracket holding the wristband off the watch. The staff on duty were apologetic and responsive indicating their company would take care of the broken watch.I wish I could say the same about the manager! After several follow up phone calls, it's the end of January and I still don't have my watch! Next step BBB or corporate. 2/6/2022 Update: I appreciate this store has made it right! My daughter picked up my Brighton watch today! I wish I didnt have to make multiple uncomfortable phone calIs and leave a poor review for action. I didn't receive a call back or voice messages until after I posted this review. At least I have a watch which was a gift from my daughter.

Glenn was so very helpful and honest. I took my iPhone 8 in and he educated me on all the trips that were red after the phone had been thru the washer. He recommended not to repair it would cost me more than $100 which was the initial estimate based on just a screen replacement. Not many would be so honest! Thank you Glenn!!

Checked for a battery on your website. Got a email saying it was ready for pickup the next morning. Arrived at the store and found my battery still on the shelf, in the box with my invoice folded up and stuck under the box flap. We checked the battery and found it had not been charged up. I inquired how long it would take to charge and was told four to eight hours. I had driven twenty miles to get to the store, and to have you charge it meant I would have to drive two trips. (Over 80 miles). I told them I didn't want to get out again (covid-19) due to me being 70 years old. So I had to buy a charger from you to charge the battery at home, which cost me approx. another 75 dollars.

They always go above and beyond to help their customers! I've gone to them twice to have my security system battery checked, and not only have they confirmed the battery is still good, they helped me troubleshoot the real problem...and fixed the connection wire for no charge! They also soldered my car remote fob so I didn't have to buy a new one! They also have good prices on handy flashlights...which make terrific gifts. This store is a treasure!

This store is ran way better than I would have ever expected! I can't say enough about the level of professionalism! I'm beyond impressed. I went in for a new battery on my Samsung s7. Yes I know it's old! Mario had me all set as soon as I walked in the door. He did the replace himself in practically no time. I had my 2 year old with me and Thomas made small talk and made us feel right at home. My hats are off to these guys. If anyone wants to know how to run a store and still be personable this is how it's done. Thank you guys so much.

I previously used another phone repair place to fix my cracked screen and would have to drop it off for the night. Batteries Plus was able to have it done in 45 minutes and went through all the post install validation with me. I hope I never have to visit them again due to a cracked screen, but if I have to go, I know they'll do excellent work.

I called the store at 1445 NE Douglas St., in Lee's Summit and a very nice man named Jimmy gave me helpful assistance and guidance. I placed my order for an automotive battery online. The online order procedure was quick and easy. When placing my order I specified the store in Lee's Summit to receive the order. Within just a few minutes of placing the order online I received a call from someone other than Jimmy. This individual stated that the battery that I ordered was a "Special Order" item not kept in stock. I answered that that was ok and waiting for a few days was fine with me. After a wait of a few days I called the store in Lee's Summit and attempted to inquire if my order had been received. I did not have the chance to give my name or order number as the employee was very quick to tell me that "The Truck" had not yet made a delivery that day. He continued exclaiming that I would be called when my order arrived and then promptly hung up. The next day, 12-8-16 at 3:47PM I received a 17 second call from someone from the Lee's Summit store advising that my order was ready for pick up. I inquired, "How late are you open", he answered 8PM and abruptly hung up. At this point I was baffled at the dismissal of common telephone etiquette and almost called back to cancel the order. Instead I arrived at the store the same evening to pick up my order. One employee was very helpful and courteous. The other that I believe was in charge was quick to be rude and exhibited a cocky attitude as he seemingly took delight in telling me that my battery was a "Difficult Install" and could not proceed. I took delivery of my battery and left. Due to a back injury I could not install the battery myself, so I had a local automotive repair shop install the new battery the next day. It took them 7 minutes and was not difficult at all! And this shop sells and installs batteries. I'll go there first from now on....In the future when I need to purchase anything that Battery Plus Bulbs has to offer I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I'm sure that most of your Lee's Summit store employees are business professional as Jimmy was during my initial telephone contact. This is a prime example of "One bad apple spoils the whole barrel".Signed: "What ever happened to "Old Fashioned" customer service!

The young man working there helped me troubleshoot my cell phone. He was able to get my home screen display back the way it was and was very nice. Didn't want to charge me anyting but I gave him a small tip because he was so helpful and I appreciated it

I had my screen replaced and they did a good job and got it done quick. A week later the screen started messing up and wasn't working. I called the store and they told me about the warranty and told me I could get it replaced for free. I took my phone in the next day to get the screen replaced, when I went to pick it up, I was charged $50. I mentioned that I was told it would be free and all they said was "sorry, but our manager said it would be $50." Won't go back there again.

Easy to order for pickup at the local store. It was nice to get a discount for making the order. Total time committed was maybe 30 minutes from the time of order, pickup at store, and completing rebate paperwork. I will purchase all my batteries from this vendor.

Ordered a battery from this location a while back. After several days of not receiving an email that the battery was ready to pickup I called to ask about it. The person I spoke to was very rude and said "the battery is ready for pickup". I then asked why they didn't email me about it being ready. He then rudely said "we always have those batteries in stock". He then hung-up the phone before I could say anything additional. I was very temped to just cancel the order then and there but really needed the battery so ended up getting it. I will not be using this location in the future and I have also persuaded the company I work for to order from Interstate Batteries from now on.

Nathan provided me and a friend amazing service even though it was only his first week there. We may have to go back as the battery is discharging from 100% to 0 with only about two hours of screen time but regardless excellent service

The option for free insulation for a car battery was a huge selling point for me. However there should be hours indicated online for this service when there are more than one employee there. I arrived a little before 9am to get my car battery and the employee hadn t even pulled my order yet because he was alone and had other customers before me. In between trying to process my order and get my battery installed he had to help 3 or 4 other customers because apparently the other employee was late? So as I m patiently waiting in between other customers to have my purchased installed the other employee enters the store - I m against the front counter and he did not even acknowledge me- ever. Over all I was there for almost an hour, with no place to sit down, and I m disabled!The gentlemen that installed my battery was VERY NICE and apologetic, I do not blame him at it. I do think going forward this company needs to reevaluate scheduling these insulation or give very specific hours it is available.

Horrible experience. Had to replace my phone because of them. Started out with a bad battery and a small crack in the corner of the screen that was covered under insurance. Went through 3 batteries from this store. In between going back for 3 batteries after they "repaired" my screen in the process the tech broke my front camera. Had to come back to this store SIX TIMES!!! Every 7-10 days I was coming back to this store. They would fix the battery and mess up the front camera. Camera was blurry because they broke the components on the inside. After the 6th time. Dustin advised me that the owner/manager basically said they would not fix my phone unless they "troubleshoot" for another problem, which should have been done after the 2nd battery or the 2nd time I came back about a blurry front camera... that they broke. Called SquareTrade and complained. Was advised to go to the Independence location. Once I gave them my phone. I was advised that the previous tech Asst Manager Glenn at Lee's Summit location had not only broken my front camera, but also had put rips and tears and fold in my antenna which cannot be fixed. Thanks to the incompentence of this store I am currently waiting for a replacement phone. I would not recommend them and I hope this location is closed.

Ordered and purchased a battery for my 2005 Heritage soft tail online. The store had it in stock, it has a full 2 year warranty replacement on it, and in my opinion is better than a Harley Davidson battery. Quick, easy, and fast.

I ordered on line to be picked up at this store. I went in and no one was in the store. I waited for several minutes. Finally, I wandered towards the back of the store, peeked through the glass of the storeroom door only to see someone way back at the back of the store. I gently said: "Hello", The clerk shouted: WAIT JUST A MINUTE !@#$%'When he came to the front, he threw my product down on the counter, grabbed the additional item i wanted to purchased, threw down the paper he needed me to sign, grabbed my money from me and he's lucky I'm a Born Again Christian.

Had to get a new battery for my iphone 6 replaces on a Sunday, was assisted by Zack battery was changed out in under 30 minutes and have had no issues since then.Update:07/24/16A month later phone died completely out went into the store and without even looking at my phone the tech told me I can tell you now the phone has water damage just be looking at the camera lens. Had to ask him to go and look at the phone which I highly doubt happened. Came back after 5 mins told me it was water damaged and offered NO alternatives and phones has never been near any water workers just fine until 7am this morning. After going to another phone repair shop they suggested the battery be replaced which was done a month ago here and the charging port which they physically opened the phone and SHOWED me what was wrong so phone works fine now. I was not happy with the level of customer service I was provided and unfortunately would not recommend this place.

I pre-ordered a car battery and was told there was free installation. When I arrived, the two guys behind the counter acted like it was a problem that they had to go in the back room and find my battery. I asked about the free installation and the guy said "grown a** man can't even put his own battery in." First of all, that's not something my 4 year old son needed to hear. Second of all, you work at a battery store that offers free installation. If that's a problem, don't offer it or don't hire people who think that's too much work. While I was waiting in the store, a Vietnam vet was having battery issues on his motorcycle. All he needed was some help to jump his battery and the two men behind the counter treated him very poorly and refused to help at all. The customer service was unbelievably poor here. Not a great idea for a store that sells everything you can find on Amazon for a way better price and less attitude.

I went to this place because the screen of my phone had cracked. I had no other problems with my phone besides my screen being cracked, other than that it was in great condition, everything else worked.They charged me 109 to replace my screen and nothing more. by the time I got my phone back it was lagging and the screen would work 50% of the time. Basically the screen had a mind of its own and I could not control it. it would open apps on itself, delete pictures with out me even touching the screen and so on.I later found out the the microphone on my phone did not work also, nobody could hear me when I put the phone on speaker, I could not voice text and when I talked to siri it did not respond to me. ( siri was still working, just couldn't catch anything I said to her)I took it back to the store and they fixed these to problems for free and I was very satisfied and everything is working. And the man was really nice about t hat and I WAS thankful.Until, Last night I got a phone call and when I was talking to the person, i could not hear anything and they could not hear me. I did not think anything over it, I thought it was his phone that was the problem but this morning I was calling people and nobody could hear me and they could not hear me.So now I have a new problem ever since I got the new screen, Im never going back to that place and will probably have to get a whole new phone. Which really sucks cause i only had a problem with the exterior part of the phone and ever since I took it there I have had many interior problems.

I ordered a battery that was in stock online. I waited to receive the email saying my order was ready. Once I received the email I went to the store. The clerk tells me it is not ready for pickup and that it will be a couple hours. He was rude and was not very sympathetic to me having to now make a second trip to pick up my battery. The location is 25 minutes from where I live. So it was very inconvenient for me to make a second trip to the store. I will not go back to the Lee's Summit store again.
