Great customer service and unbeatable prices. Collin was great to work with and ensured my new elite trailer was perfect and ready to hit the road.I highly recommend westgate for your trailers!

Broke down 2.1 miles from Westgate trailers. I have to say Robert Whitford is hands down a huge asset. So helpful went out of his way to help us get home. Even checked on us after they closed shop by stopping by where we were broke down. This will always be my stop for trailer needs

Was feeding hay bale bed broke down. Called westgate lebanon. Spoke to Billy he tried to problem solve over the phone, we couldn't get it. He told us to bring it in he would get us right in. Fixed the problem in 45 mins. Friendly, helpful, great staff. At the end he priced us a bale bed and blew everyone else's prices out of the water. Highly recommend. They are our new guys.

Timmy Peterson has the least bit of professionalism, I m aware that it was a separate situation but he has zero proffesionalism and is an absolute waste of time. If you do business with west gate, power to you buy avoid Timmy. He is a piss poor representation of this company

This past week my son got a trailer from them he lives out of state upon discovering that the axle manufacturer had pieced together one side of the rear axle on a Saturday Robert,Billy and Matt stayed until 630 on a Saturday to get an axle install it and get him on his way home big kudos to the crew would highly recommend them Thank You

Way overpriced!!! The shop staff were friendly but completely incapable of doing the job correctly. They did not make solid welds or drill holes in the proper location for my wench and when I called about the problems they were rude and refused (after promising) a partial refund.... I only gave one star because you have to or you cannot leave a review.this is a true buyer be wear company

They put a flat bed on our service truck, and from the beginning we have had issues, we had to bring it back 3 times the day we picked it up because the filler hose would leak when you pumped gas turns out they over tightened it and broke the hose, the blinkers didn't work so had to take it back for that, we got the truck back to our warehouse and i was able to figure out what they couldn't. They need to be plugged in to work... today we had to take the truck in due to the trailer brakes not working. took it to Springfield trailer and the wire harness was put together completely wrong, they had to cut the spare tire off do to alterations done to it by this location. all in all they had to install a completely new wire harness on the truck and a new bracket for the spare tire. Not happy with this at all and will not go back!

I m so grateful that I made a stop in to see if these guys could help me get a hitch installed quickly due to a last minute need. They installed a gooseneck hitch under the bed and hooked me up with a companion plat as well for my 5th wheel. They stayed late to make it all come together and get me on the road and back home to Oklahoma. I will do business with Westgate trailers again and so will my family who are local there in the area. Great job and awesome customer service.

Made an appointment for 8:00am to have rails put on a trailer. Maybe a 30 minute job. Returned at 11:00 am and nothing had been done at all. They finally did the work on it and it took 35 minutes. If you make an appointment it should have been done when I arrived, not after I arrived.

Wes and Robert were great. Set up most of the paperwork over the phone. They had the trailer I was looking for in stock. Very happy with purchase
