This was a very unique experience for me our schedules were not lining up correctly but I was able to leave it when he was closed and pick up when he was closed and pay over the phone. The man went above and beyond what I asked him to do and his price never wavered. Not having met him in person I find him to be a stand up man. He was entirely communicative he let me know when he was ill and when that storm blew threw here he let me know he was unable to make it to the shop despite this our full transmission rebuild only took two weeks. Very good job made it home safely

Suttles was the most reasonable price in town and not only that Suttles had our transmission rebuilt a day before he told us it would be ready!!! Highly recommend Suttles Transmission if you want an EXCELLENT mechanic to rebuild your transmission CALL SUTTLES! Our truck drives like a brand new truck!!!

This shop is awesome and it shows in his work and in his clientele when he goes and gets people's car from where he use to live and bring them down do the work on their vehicles and then take them back to them so they can go on with their life this shows me a lot of respect for his work and he did am awesome job on my transmission it works without any problems and he but a warranty on it for a year I'm very pleased

Picked up my car it felt wrong then the radio would would turn on but if the blinker would blink fast you could use the window he told me he fixed it he didn t i took it to someone else and for $500 they fixed it so he didn t want to make it right shouldn t he cover the warranty

Services performed? At least he was hired for transmission work but we were told 3-4 days and it's been 30. Doesn't answer calls, still no finished car. Not to mention the price changing from the initial quote, by $400.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This man has no idea what he is doing he has rebuilt our transmission 3 times it has broke 4 times The 1st time he supposedly fixed it it broke 2 days later 2nd time he fixed it it went out less than 2 weeks later it broke again and it dropped out and broke our rear end he took our truck back in again and had it 5 months before we got it back And The whole time we had it in there we tried calling him He refused to answer our calls and then my husband would message him and finally he would answer back after a month of calling him and he would say oh I'll have it done in a couple days so we would drive by There we was in Lebanon it was still setting in his parking not touched we've only had it back 3 months and the transmission is out again.Service: Transmission

I had the slave cylinder replaced on my truck. They did a good job, I got friendly service, and the job cost a few dollars less than quoted. I was very satisfied.

He is very helpful. He doesn't work on some cars but referred me to someone who does and is very good with them
