Shady oaks looks a bit shady..and not very Okie.It does however seem a little nicer then it was 20 years ago.Place use to be a drug haven! This time I had to run a Friend through there.There were kids outside playing and clean looking lots.It's definitely on the uphill mend.I hope it continues to clean up and hold it's residents to high standards.

If ya want a drunken, crack smoking idiot as your park manager than this is definitely the place for you. Oh, and I hope you enjoy having your children playing in discarded whiskey bottles, beer cans and dirty sirenges. That's what the "manager" leaves on the grounds Everytime he comes to the property. It was a nice little community, until they started managing. Now it's just a bunch of his crackhead friends living there. It's disgusting.
