I stayed in one of the cottages for a work trip. It was really nice and super clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Did not even have to use the pillow I brought with me. The cottage included a mini fridge, TV and a nice large work desk. There was a 4 port USB plug on the nightstand as well which was super convenient. They heat and cool with a super quiet mini split and there is a wall-mounted fan as well if needed. The bathrooms and showers were just a few steps away and they were super clean as well. Bath linens are available if you don t bring your own. The owners were super nice and accommodating and I will definitely be staying again should I have another work trip in the area.

This campground is SO CUTE!The sites are HUGE and had everything we needed. Easy pull-through sites that were long enough to fit camper/car. We had a 42 ft camper, truck, AND car that fit all on the site. The main building was cute and the bathrooms are so clean. Highly recommend!

I should have posted this review months ago. We arrived late and had no trouble getting to our site. The campground is well laid out and sites are marked clearly. The campsites are very long and well kept. The laundry and bathrooms are pristine. There is also a very nice meeting room where campers can gather in the air conditioning.We originally planned to stay here one night while traveling cross country. We got on the road the next morning and our vehicle broke down. The owners were amazing and helped our family get through a terrible day. It was 95� out and they welcomed my wife, three kids, and our dog to stay in the air conditioning. After an entire day of getting our vehicle repaired, they had kept a site open for us to spend the night. The owners of this facility are fantastic and some of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this campground.

Very nice quaint little park. We stopped for a night on journey home. Baths are immaculate, in fact nicer than some peoples home bathrooms! Park is clean and well laid out. Spots are cozy, as in you're close to your neighbor. Next time travel takes me through MO I'd stay here again.

Charming, lovingly planned campground so easily accessible from Routes 44 and 66. So thoughtfully planned out for RV guests and their comfort. You can tell this is a business built with love. From the level sites to the common room to the bathrooms (each one is a small suite!) it was carefully thought through. This is our must stay when we travel cross-country.

No office staff or owners on premise. Over the phone was helpful and nice. New RV park. When arriving there is no sign to office for registration on a PC. Laundry room clean and nice and FREE. Tons of flies and mosquitos - obviously not sprayed the area. Location is good. No road or train noise. Campground not wooded. Sites are gravel level. The hangout space at the site is a small patch of grass area was small size - below average. There many small not deep ditches in grass that makes it uneven and easy to fall. After a rain it fills with water. The campground is very clean. No Ring fire pit. No picnic table. I did not use the public bathroom/shower. Nice size grassy area well groomed. No landscaping except the grass. The roads in the campground are adequate. Not one lamp post or any other light to illuminate the roads. Very dark at night - have a flash lamp available. Wifi poor speed shared password (with all guests).All in all a very nice place. Maybe will come back if in the area.

Nicely done. Very quiet, immaculate. Easy access to I-44 east or west.Long sites. A bit narrow, but the owner explained that his contractor messed up and hoping to correct this at a later time. The bathrooms, laundry and kiosk are top notch. Easy check in.Cute little cabins in the back of the park for non-RVers.Highly recommend.

We stayed at the cottages in the RV park this Wednesday and Thursday to attend a BASIC Training graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. It was very inexpensive on Airbnb, so I wasn't expecting much, but this was actually the best overnight stay I've ever had anywhere. The cottages were super cozy and well decorated, and the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. I've never stayed in a hotel/motel this clean before! Super easy to check in/out. It was a nice, quiet and tucked away location too, but we also had a winter stay, so I'm unsure if its louder during the summer months. I wish I could stay at a place like this everytime I go somewhere, and I hope I can come back one day.

Lovely campground not far off I-44. Love the self check-in station. Our map to our site was waiting for us upon check in. Nice big pull-thru sites!

We stayed at the RV park for one night on our way back to Canada. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the park. The laundry room and the activity room are great. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice park! We were only there for a quick overnight on our way through town. Easy online reservation (about 2 hours before we arrived) and easy self check in. Bathrooms/showers were very clean, brand new and absolutely gorgeous. There was even shampoo and conditioner in the shower and hand soap and disinfectant wipes by the sink.

This place was wonderful stopping overnight. Easy checkn and nice level pull through with full hook-ups. They were very nice and accommodating for our request for a late check-out. Definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with this campground! Easy to find & very quiet area. Easy reservation & check in process. The owners communicated very well, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The buildings are new & very clean! We were very surprised to find out that the washer & dryers did not cost anything to use! I would give this 6 stars if I could!!!

Perfect! New park with super long sites. Right off the highway with easy access. Check in was simple and quick. Park was quiet and clean.

By far the cleanest RV park I have ever been in. Immaculate!! Bathrooms/showers updated and clean. The laundry room the same. The lounge area has free coffee with a Keurig single cup. Choices of coffee also. Just a wonderful, quiet place to rest for the night. Dark skies too.... Can't say enough....

Loved our stay! This RV park is well designed, superbly maintained and operated. Clubhouse, baths and laundry are new, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again when in the area,

Great place to stay!! Easy in easy out. Pull through sites with full hook up and laundry facility. There was no one at the office but check in was super easy. Will definitely stay again if we are traveling this area again.

We were just stopping through on a longer trip, such a nice place!! Sites are long so we didn t even have to unhook. Great bathrooms and lounge, very cute!!

We stayed here for a week while my husband is in town for work and loved every moment of the stay! Super clean and tidy, and the cottages are so homey. The bathrooms and showers stayed spotless and the laundry room is free to use with nice washers and dryers. Would definitely stay here again!Restrooms: Super clean!Picnic area: Nice grill area and fire pit.

Can honestly say that this is one of my favorite private RV parks we have visited. If you need a place to stay in South Central Missouri or if you are visiting Ft. Leonard Wood, this park is DEFINITELY worth considering. The owners are Extremely responsive and there to assist you. The showers, bathrooms and clubhouse are immaculate!!! Of I am anywhere in the area this is my spot of choice! Easy access for any size rig, level pads and convenient to the interstate. 1st class!

I usually don't do reviews but I was so happy with this place I have to.I was looking last minute for a place to go memorial day weekend and I happened across this place. It sounded way too good to be true. I got there and it was even better than I imagined. You just drive up sign yourself in. All your site info is right there for you. You can pull into and out of your site. They have private CLEAN bathrooms. The cutest lounge and laundry area. The only things I would want there would be a microwave in the lounge because ours died while we were there but luckily there was a gas station basically next door we could use. And I wish there was a play place for kids. They are also right off the highway for easy access. And there's a berry picking farm right across the road I had no idea about until we stayed there. We are going to stay there again next month. I can't wait. They also have 3 cute little cottages to stay in if you don't have a camper. I could go on and on. I love this place!

This is the cleanest campground I have ever seen and the showers are nicer than mine at home! The washers and dryers are new, plus they're free! If we ever come to this area again, we will definitely stay here. We highly recommend.

Wonderful people to work with! Besides the park being clean and very well kept (laundry, gathering room & bathrooms), we had a trailer brake problem and ended up 'stranded' over the weekend. When I called to see if they had room for us to stay longer, was told they would make sure we had room until we could travel safely! And even suggested places to call for repair. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Great overnight stop. Large pull through spots; gravel, not dirt. The building with the laundry, bathrooms, and lounge looks brand new. Did not use but others say they are nice. Easy access from the highway as well as easy check in. Will definitely stay again.

Great easy access park off of Hwy 44. Very quiet! All new, so laundry and bathrooms are awesome! Sites are super long and gravel. A little close together but you can use the extra length of the site to set up chairs, grills, etc. We will be back.

Stayed at Ozark Estates RV Resort in May on our way to Pennsylvania and was very impressed so we stayed again on our way back home to Arizona. Beautiful campground, well kept, so very clean and wonderful bathrooms and lounge. Really liked it there and the fact that I could make reservations on line saved me time.Restrooms: Beautiful

We booked one of the cottages through AirBNB and it was super affordable. All of the cottages and bathrooms were incredibly clean and Courtney made checking in so easy. It was a great find for a quick stay on our road trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This rv park is a sweet little gem! Beautiful facilities and beyond clean! Free laundry services and a sweet gathering room with free coffee, games etc . There is only one large fire pit but it s really pretty. The host Courtney takes the calls and was really good about helping us troubleshoot some issues we were having. Large spaces for your rv and quiet! Highly recommended stay!

Our stay here is SO lovely. We came across it by just driving by and decided to stop in to see their nightly rate. The reservation shed was so easy to use and book our stay ourselves. The property, bathrooms, laundry room, and lounge area was some of the best we ve seen. We watched tv in the lazy boys in the lounge at night while doing our laundry. And had a nice hot shower. We highly recommend!
