Nothing special about em basically go there vs Walmart cuz its a little closer and I can get in and out quickly, not so much at the other one. Prices aren't going to be as good but ya just gotta weigh out your issues. Convince always comes in a little higher less people to deal with and ya don't have to walk all over hells half acre. If your going for cheaper and don't mind the possibility of standing in line sometimes for a ridiculous amount of time then hope on over to the other side....Always nice to have a choice or back up plan or a plan B when A goes....well you can figure it out from there..Thanks to all our veterans that make it possible for all of us to have a choice, its embarrassing to see some of these retarded $%&*[ carry on and disrespect everything from the ground they walk on to the wasted air they breathe denying it for the deserving who are grateful for the sacrifice that has been made and paid in full by some ...Thank a vet every chance you get cuz its what we've should have been doing all along period !!!Got sidetracked a bit ....

Clean,stocked, friendly and professional. Except one guy "Dean" He is rude and obnoxious doesn't seem like he really wants to help and always seems to be on the phone! I bought things from the other store paid for that they didn't have and had to go to this one to pick the stuff up and Dean got very rude and smart with me basically shoved my receipt across the counter very rudely at me. I try not to go into this store because of him maybe putting this out his boss will see it or the owner maybe they can get him a little attitude adjustment until then I'll just keep using the other store and if they don't have it I'll go elsewhere thank you and sorry O'Reilly for this review

I went in for fuel for my leaf blower yesterday with my 3 year old Grandson. I had accidently left my phone at home in which had my cc in it, so I found a $10 bill in my car for the fuel. My Grandson was looking at the hotwheels by the register and ask for one...I had to tell him no that I didnt have my card with me and this young man named Zack came around the counter and told him to pick one out on him!!! This made my day!!! You have a keeper here with this one as he went over and beyond. As a business owner in this town I know how hard it is to find good help and especially someone with a heart like this young man has! Thanks again Zack!

Grateful for Joshua at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Lebanon, MO. He was professional, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about my car. My family was traveling from Branson to Indiana and our check engine light unexpectedly came on. We made it to O'Reilly's to get this diagnosed. Joshua determined the problem, provided tools and patiently showed me how to fix the issue. Within an hour our car was running smoothly and we were on our way. My experience at this store was very positive!

I was getting different things that I have been needing for my truck, stuff in the front of the store that you can get yourself the counter guy was nice enough to run around pick it all up for me, it great my thanks to him

On our way back home to Ohio our car started acting up and we ended up stopping at this O'Rielly. Traveling already can be stressful with a toddler but Chase helped us out so much! We are so thankful for his assistance!!

Gave wrong part at first took it back got right part already payed 56 dollar for the right part charge me additional $26 which total I spent 86.00
