Best customer service experience we ve ever had! We have 2 small children, one is special needs. Taking them into anywhere making a big purchase is so stressful and long for them. My husband called, told them what we wanted, gave our information and we were out of there in less than 3 minutes! I m completely blown away. Our sales person was Ryan. 10/10 recommend him!!

Went in today to buy a riding mower, walked in the door there was one other customer being helped I walked around looking at different items I saw about 4 other employees. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help, not one riding mower with a price on it . (This would probably be a good idea since you don't interact with customers). well I did buy a riding mower today, just not from these people.

A new tractor is a big decision. And in my life only comes around every 20 years. Dan, Jeff, and Neal did a fantastic job in making my experience great. They were extremely diligent in getting the tractor and attachments to match correctly, and seamlessly provided a friendly sales experience. Thank you for your efforts!

Took a mower in for warranty work. They billed me almost 9 months later, after initially saying that the warranty covered it. When I picked up mower, it had been left out in the rain. Anytime I have been in the store the employees seem more interested in talking to each other than helping customers.

Went to get parts, the parts people are very friendly. More importantly very knowledgeable. Got my parts promptly and I was in and out quickly and headed back to work.

Fantastic! Store was clean and well organized. EVERY employee was super friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced. Best shopping experience I've had in years.

I've had difficulty getting waited on in a timely manner since the dealership changed hands and became Heritage. I've been to Heritage 4 times for parts since the take over. Each time the wait was 20 minutes to get through the line to the counter. Twice the parts were not available after the wait. The counter help is very knowledgeable, but the long waits and lack of product is frustrating. I would only use this store as a last resort.

Lebanon's service department needs a lot of help. You can never get a hold of them and they will rarely return your call. To have great service department you need great communication for customer service. Maybe Mr Ken Wagner needs to get involved to kick start things.

I just got one part but all went well. It was a little slow but I only saw one man working inside. Other than that the place was clean and stocked well. Thank you for helpping me get the right part, keep up the good work.

Bought mower 5/31/18. Broke down 3/28/19. Picked up 4/4/19. Brought back 4/10/19. Broke down again 5/25/19. Picked up 5/29/19. Called 5/31/19. Said they haven't look at it. Not my definition of good customer service.6/26 update. Brought loaner out 6/3. Appreciated. Got rid of ticks and mosquitoes. Brought my mower back 6/12 and picked up their loaner. No communication between 6/3 and 6/12. Mowed approximately 2 hours 6/18, 2 hours 6/20, and 15 minutes 6/22. Mower stopped cutting grass. 6/24 call Heritage. Can't pick up until 6/27.

Such a great group of people. Scott was awesome and waited after they closed for us to pick a trailer up to haul our new toy home! We had a great experience and recommend Heritage Tractor!!

Bought used zero turn from them, sent it in for repairs they send it back after charging over 550 dollars to fix and I still had some problems. This happened twice. I was lucky Fohn of Lebanon did a trade in for me.

Only dealt with the parts department, but everyone in there and on the phone was very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to physically verify the part I needed was on the shelf before I drove there instead of just relying on the computer inventory.

Bought this Stihl saw from these guys about 3 years ago. Brought it into be looked at and was told to bring it to a small engine shop in Lebanon, that it would be $150 just for him to look at it. I bought it here. Never again. Totaly didn't care about me the customer.

Spotless, neatly arranged showroom. Friendly helpful staff and salesman. Took time to show equipment and then worked up a quote on a tractor and equipment package. They will also deliver !! Nice variety of tractor accessories as well as hats, shirts, belts etc.

I called Larson on a Monday to see about getting my JD X304 serviced. I live 25 miles from away so I needed them to pick up and return the lawn tractor when finished. They said since they were in the area they would pick it up that day and they did. The next day they called and they had serviced the lawn tractor were returning it (Tuesday). I really appreciate the quick turn around and prompt service.

Really a clean and nice place. Your salesman Ryan is very courteous and very knowledgeable about the equipment there. I most definitely will buy a new lawn tractor in the spring from Ryan. A very nice and polite young man.
