So first I'm going to say they did fix my car, why I gave only 3 stars is I had my car towed Friday morning after talking to them Thursday night. A belt broke they assured me the car would be done Friday. I called at 8 and again assured me it would be done that day at 1230 my husband called and was told after lunch they would fix it. We didn't hear from them so at 230 I called no answer nothing. Come to find out he left for a dentist appointment and never let us know, we couldn't get our car until Tuesday due to the weather on Monday. Not any apologies nothing. As happy as I am for gettingy car back.i could never take it back there due to the lack of caring for there customers.

I am like 14 years late, but I used to get my S-15 Sonoma fixed here back in the day. Quite a few times. Always treated me well. Matter of fact I still remember these guys 14 years later. Thanks guys.

Used dons for years. They have fair prices and quality work. I never have to worry about getting taken advantage of. They just fixed a blend door on my car after I bought the part it was only $65 for the work!!! When I priced it with US Automtive they quoted me at over $400. Very thankful for them!

He stole my Wheeler tires off my truck and then had the nerve to lie to me about it I recommend no one out there use this guy cuz he's nothing but a thief and a liar yeah you put cheap tires and Wheels the cops even tell me if the inside you should take money off my bill so keep running your mouth need to really tell people that was there three months for decided to fix it

Needed to get a broken bolt out of thermostat in my car. They wanted to charge me over $700 wow wow wow . I found a nice young man that charged me a pack of cigarettes and $5.00 wow imagine that!! He had it done in 30 minutes. I was told it would take 3-4 hour s by this garage my car is fixed no Leakes .no thanx to this garage!!!

Tony and the team are great to work with. Scheduled the day to do my axle seals, dropped off the car, and in a few hours got a call it was done. Service was done perfect! Thanks Tony!

My husband took it truck there for the heater core and 4 wheel drive and after he got it done the tires got stolen off the truck Don can say well I put cheap tires and rims back on it as ours cost alot and why would we want to go take our tires off put the truck on the ground let's not forget this has happened to other there also if you want things to get stole off your vehicle dons is the place to take my husband and I wasn't in town when this happened to my husband's truck .

Not going to lie. This place knows their s**t. Had a mechanic look at my car time and time again and kept "fixing" my car only to have it keep doing the same thing and breaking down. Took my car here ONCE, got it fixed for 1/10th the cost. Took all 4 of my cars from Joe's best cars over to here and all 4 got fixed the 1st time around. 10/10 would recommend above everywhere else.

Not only did they say there was nothing wrong with my car, which there obviously is, they knew I had to have my vehicle to take someone to their cancer treatment. After driving an hour to pick the vehicle up I found that they had closed up shop half an hour early. Not even a phone call!!just got a call from the next mechanic I took the car to, they said there wasn't a drop of oil in the car. It was the first thing they checked. So there was "nothing wrong"? huh Dons?

Been using them for years. I call, they get me in quickly. Fix things right the first time at a very reasonable rate. Quality work and very polite and clean

Poor Customer Service -Ordered Incorrect Part Without Asking -Correct Part Wasn't In Stock -Did Not Make Any Actual Repairs -Couldn't Do The Repair They Said They Would -They Asked For Payment As I Was Leaving,I Questioned The Absurd Pricing THAT wasn't mentioned beforehand -Their Response Was Ridiculous.Telling Me To Leave And Never Come Back.Wouldn't Deal With This Place, Plenty Of Other Mechanics Around Here.

Quick in and out inspection. Don had a great sense of humor and an awesome doggo! Also gave me a heads up on a couple of things to watch out for. Great guy, great place, definitely recommend.

I would not go here. Had a bad experience right from when I pulled up. Well first off I called two separate times to make sure of the price and when they could get it in. The guy told me that it would be $65 dollars for the spark plug change in my Jeep v6 and that I already bought the spark plugs from autozone. I said great and I made the appointment. When I get there a man walked out and said pop the hood without even saying hello or anything. He then said to the guy inside that my car was a v6 and not an inline 6. Well when I went in the guy told me that well now it will be $110 for the spark plug change. I asked why the price change and he said in a rude voice that is it because I told him it was an inline 6 and not a v6. I said no I called two different times and confirmed with him that it was a v6 and for $65. He then said well I guess we could have done the work and then told you it was $110. I then replied if he would have done that I would have called the police and filed a report. Then he proceeds to mumble to himself. I said ok go ahead and do it for that price. Then he wrote down my information and said it should be sometime today when they get to it, but I already made an appointment for 8am. He said that well now it would be later. I said ok and to call me when done. I just had a bad feeling after leaving and we headed back to talk to them again. When we arrived they had already been in our car and took one of the new spark plugs out to look at it. Ok why do you need to see the new plugs??? The owner then handed me the plug back and said he was looking at it when we walked out of the shop. That just seems shady to me and I asked for my keys back and took it else where in town. Where they worked me in and called me less than 2 hours later. This place gave me an awful experience and I would never be back. I do need work on another car, but I will take it somewhere else. I would look else where for service on your car.

Always friendly service and will show you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle. In the 15 years I've been taking our vehicles there they've always been able to fix the issue.
