While passing through town I noticed a tire was very low. While they were about to go to lunch, they waited for me to drive over and they fixed my tire in no time. Such wonderful service! The receptionist was very efficient and the workers so kind and they did a great job!I highly recommend this place!Keep up the good work!

I brought in my 06 Tacoma for an inspection for the purpose of renewing my registration. Was informed passenger side bearing was loose and needed replacement. Quoted price was agreeable so paid for replacement. Got truck back that evening and was informed I had a warped rotor. I ordered up a pair of rotors, simple fix, and replaced them the following Saturday. Upon removal of passenger front wheel I had discovered the top caliper bolt was protruding out about 1/2 an inch, upon removing it I had discovered the first 1/2 inch of the bolt threads to be stripped. I returned to the establishment and talked to the owner (?) and was assured that these things happen considering how seized everything was. I was able to remove the driver side caliper and rotor, replace the rotor and attach the caliper without issue using hand tools without issue. As for the warped rotor, may have had something to due with using a hammer to get it off rather than the supplied jack bolt holes. I am in no way a certified mechanic, and I am not claiming to know better than someone who has been in this business for years, but personally it doesn't sit right with me to send this out as "acceptable". Pictures included, I would invite you to form your own opinions.

Cole and sons dropped what they were doing to get my car in the shop for a starter fix!!! I'm from Wisconsin so far distance from home, they got it done in a timely manner as well! The truck was offered at a great deal; however, the insurance was more than the truck! (Nearly twice the cost of the truck) The website was easy to deal with along with the employees. The pick up for the truck was easy, and so was the drop off.

I've been using this business now for the last three years now and have never been disappointed. Quality of work and pricing are good. In fact, much of the work at first was going through and fixing problems the my last mechanic cause. The best part is that they only did what I asked when I asked them too. Always have let me know if they found something else before they dealt with it. I send everyone I know to them. Hope this helps in your decision.

Truck was making strange noises, that from a Google search sounded like a broken hose of some sort. The tech stood on ladder for several minutes looking, and told me basically our truck was just hot due to the weather and pulling a travel trailer, just to give the truck breaks on our trip home to Texas. My husband couldn't believe that so we pulled next door to Auto Zone and he looked himself. A hose had broken. He had to repair it so we could make the trip home- no sounds ever came from the truck again. We could have really torn up our motor had we listened to these people.

I've been using this shop for years. They are usually busy but still fix my vehicle quickly. Many times they have suggested simple, inexpensive fixes when they can. Today though they almost made me cry in gratitude!! I was stuck in town, couldn't get the key to turn in the ignition. They came to my rescue in like 10 minutes. I was using the wrong set of keys!! They didn't charge me or make me feel like an idiot. Customer for life.

They told me the problem with my car with my battery got the battery replaced two days later my car wouldn't start definitely not the battery been reading a lot of the lower reviews and there seems to be a pattern of people's Vehicles not fully getting fixed

5 stars just so people will see this, really a 1 star. First, the guy at the front didn't really care that I was there and never really told me what I needed to do to get my car worked on. Then I had an inspection done and they made up some stuff to fail my car. It was nothing that bad to fail an inspection. Heard from friends and family that they'll pretty much always fail you because they want to work on your car to get the money.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR FOLLOW THROUGH ON ISSUES! POOR MANAGERIAL DECISIONS!I had a rental agreement to return a 20' Budget truck rental to this business by 07/03/19. I in fact returned the truck on 07/02/19 only to find a note on the door that said they had gone on vacation until 07/08/19, to drop the keys in the drop box & the truck would be checked in when they returned. There were however people inside the building, that refused to answer the door.That meant that NO ONE one would be able to monitor the truck for vandalism. And NO ONE would be able to issue a credit for the deposit that was put down. It took almost a month to get the refund for the deposit, after I called Budget several times. Cole and sons said they thought I was coming back for the cash. No communication from them telling myself or Budget that. I hadbhadb called Budget 6-7 times during that time.

I live 3 hours from here and my car broke down in Lebanon and was referred to Cole N Sons by a friend that lives in town. Got it towed and left in the parking lot. Left my key and a note what was wrong. They were able to quickly fix it for less than what I first thought. They had it ready for pickup 2 days later. Would gladly use them again (I hope I don't have to however).

I went here early this summer to get my A/C fixed in my car it was a big mistake. I called the day before to make an appointment to seal and refill my A/C system, he was very short on the phone. The next day I brought in my car and told them exactly where it was leaking from, he told me they would look at it when they could. About 4 hours later I get a call from him asking if I ever had problems with my blower motor (which worked fine when I brought my car in) I said no it was working just fine. he said ok well it's not working anymore and that he would try to fix it. He called me 20 minutes later saying the blower motor still wasn't working but that my A/C system was repaired, so I get there to pick up my car he said he has no idea what's wrong with the blower motor but said my A/C was "fixed" with no more leaks it cost over $200 to fix so I was hoping the fix would last awhile, it didn't 2 days later it was leaking from the same spot that I told them about. In the whole 2 days I had working A/C I couldn't use it because I had no working blower motor.Then just recently I decided to give them a second chance with a car inspection I called the day before to make an appointment he said be there at 8am the next day I asked if 8:30 would work he said no and hung up. Very terrible customer service. I call Twenters and they said they could get me in at 10:30 that very morning. They were so much better. I recommend if you getting any GM made car serviced go to Twenters.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Took my wife's car there on Dec 26th 2018 for a timing chain breaking. Waited 3 days for it to be done. Cost $650. Then by April 23 2019 it came back apart because they only replaced 1/2 the timing chain assembly. Worst repair ever.

Could not do inspection on a Friday that snowed. Lots of business with you. Went and found other places that did that day. Don't hold your breath won't be back @#$??!!!

No after hours emergency contact for their Budget Truck rentals. Lock box broken for key drop. Even went to the police that contacted them, no one cared.

Asked for price on some repairs, was told they couldn't give me a range until they started the process.I called another mechanic shop, and they gave me a range for the repairs needing done.

Told me it would cost so much then charged me 80.00 more will never use again would not suggest anyone using them. Hope they go out of business
