Very professional and efficient. I did not have to wait long while I was on the interstate. The driver was very courteous and made an extra effort to accommodate my situation. I highly recommend CS Towing!!!

My trucks fuel pump gave up on me. I was in line at my son's school to pick him up, right on an intersection. Some cool guys helped me push it to a parking lot. Pushing the truck and figuring out what had happened to my truck too longer than C & S Towing . It was under an hour and they had it loaded and on it's way to my house. Very fast professional service. And it was under 100 bucks . Thank you C&S Towing!

This was not my first time in need of them. I wouldn't use anyone else. The dispatcher was as friendly and helpful as she could be. The driver made it to me in record time. These people are amazing! They helped me SO much and didn t have to. My car got totaled and it was taking Geico a while to give me details about what to do, so the staff at C&S kept my car for 3 days and towed it to a salvage yard for me. Absolute legends! My car broke down during the storms on 12/10/21 NO ONE else in town would even bother to get out in the rain and high winds. I was stuck in my car for over an hour. Wouldn't not deal with these people. Said they would contact me in the morning to pick up a broke down unit. I called the next day to check in, before calling anyone else, and was told they told me to get someone else for the job. Look elsewhere for help.

Had some transmission issues and it was a busy day in the towing industry. Eventually was directed to C&S. Jackie got my van hooked up and home. He made a couple of calls to assist me with information as well. All the cooperation that went on to get me home was a blessing that made a hard day go much better. Thanks for the great service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, wasn't a typical tow. Needed a trailer I'd found on market place turned over that had flipped from a storm. They did so without damage and went as far as to point out and fix the leaf spring that was loose. Above and beyond service plus the price was more than reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the best experience tonight with this company. Our vehicle stopped on us on I 44 while driving back from St. Louis from a dr appointment for our daughter. The driver picked up our family of 6 and our vehicle and towed us back to Springfield from between Lebanon and Marshfield. Snow on the ground and all. Thank you.

My car was broke down up in Waynesville for months...after determining there wasn t going to be a fix outside a new engine I opted to have it towed home. C&S was courteous and friendly, went over estimates with me, etc. I was able to give them the keys and pay in advance and didn t even need to be present when they picked up and dropped off. It was a delight to get off work and see my huge paperweight sitting in the driveway waiting for me. Lol! Would definitely recommend as they lifted a huge burden from my shoulders in bringing the car home.

The guys came out because my van had started limping and I wanted to take it to a shop. Before they would hook it up they checked under the hood to see what was wrong. In about ten minutes they had tightened some things up and showed me that it was running fine. I can't express how grateful I am for the expertise of these two guys and the care which they showed about getting me driving again, without me having to spend a bunch of money. I'm not from the area but if you are and you are having problems I highly recommend calling C&L Towing for all your towing needs.

The gentleman that towed my car was friendly and helpful. He was timely. He also emailed me my receipt and took my vehicle to the dealership where he left my keys and a note for me, so I didn't not have to drive to the dealership.

It was cold my family and I (2month old, 1 year old, 2 year old, and a 4 year old were in the vehicle) we had called them gave them our location they ended up going the opposite direction called us and told us we would have to pay more for their fault (they were the closer but wouldn't take my insurance.) We ended up getting help from the locals.

We were price gouged on the lame excuse that if the police make a call for a tow that it will be 250. There is ZERO difference in actually towing a car whether or not the owner or the police makes the call. This is textbook price gouging and is taking advantage of people in a compromising situation. The vehicle was towed under 10 miles. Ridiculous.

I was in a serious auto accident C&S towing towed my car .My purse and phone was left in the car they put them in the office. So thankful that they seen to my personal items. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much C&S Towing!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... they took over an hour and a half to drive 8 miles from their location. If you are stuck somewhere on the weekend and need your vehicle towed, do not pick this company
