Dependable guys & super personable. They facilitated a plan to retrieve my vehicle & I from up out of the side of the road & get me up a (black ice) icy hill with a curve. They had me on my merry way in no time flat. I could not have been more appreciable! They went as far as to try to get the county out to that road to salt in order to prevent others from having a mishap. When county declined, they themselves threw some salt on the road to help out in those places that were definitely a wreck waiting to happen. These guys give back to the community so much. I will always keep them on speed dial in my favorites list!I want to thank them again for being so generous & helpful. THANK YOU!!!Pictured ice is from the same day.

I had the worst time dealing with AR and the towing regulations and rules thank God for Rays Towing. After 18+ calls a day with extremely rude companies over 11 days Rays called me and with in an hour my car was off the side of the cliff! Truly wonderful group of people! Thank you!!!! If you live on the border of AR and MO and you need a tow save yourself and call RAYS!!!!

Had a blowout on exit 7 off of Hwy 49 today. Triple A sent Rays towing. Our serviceman was so quick and helpful. He truly had us back on the road within 20 mins from contacting Triple A. Thank you Rays!!

Call Ray's first! I had a blowout on my sailboat trailer on a Sunday evening and had my young daughter with me. Roadside assistance couldn't find anyone to help me and I called everyone I could find on Google. Everyone was out of town or closed and not taking calls. Ray's was driving by and pulled over to make sure we were okay. What they were able to make happen was incredible! They called around and were able to find a tire (an odd sized one) and a shop who's owner was out of town but let them in to use their equipment to mount it! What they charged me was so low I couldn't believe it. The level of service they provided was outstanding. These guys saved us, Thank you Ray's Towing!Service: Tire change

I have used Ray's Towing for many years. I've had the older couple come out to my home, changed my flat, and took me to get my tired patched.Recently, I've used Ray's Towing for some mechanical issues. Always have great communication and very friendly. Such a blessing to our community.

Ray s Towing Service helped me get a 10X16 storage shed moved and for a fair price! I had contacted some other companies and they weren t able to help me or wanted to charge a really high price. Dustin & his crew came out the day I contacted them & while it wasn t the easiest move, they didn t complain & got the job done! Would definitely recommend them!Service: Local hauling

10/10 will always recommend Rays Towing. They are always willing to answer any question, are quick to respond, and have always been very professional. I am very appreciative of the work they do within our community and the level of concern they have for not only their customers but for everyone. Rays towing posted on their FB multiple times a day during this most recent winter weather updating citizens of road conditions, which was very helpful for those of us in the community who have to do a lot of commuting for work. I will never go to anyone else! They have been amazing each time I have called them. They are reasonable and respectful men!! Today I called upon Ray's Towing to get me out of a bind. Dustin showed up in the middle of no where and quickly got me back on the road. I could not ask for a better service than what I got today. Super amazing company!! I would recommend them to anyone that is in need. The gentleman that helped us drove an hour out of his way to help my daughter (17 of age) that was in the ditch and been sitting there for over eight hours. Remind you were in Texas she is in Missouri. And we did call other companies That told us they would come and help and never showed up. we have AAA on the vehicle they never sent anybody out to help us after five phone calls to AAA to get help, they never sent anyone. So finally I called this company the gentleman went out helped my daughter make sure she had no leaks etc on her car and called me to let me know she was good.This Company was a blessing to our family we appreciate everything y all did thank you so much!!Service: Car towing

Excellent service & professionalism! When I was stranded at night with a flat tire on my 6-hr drive home, Dustin not only changed my tire for me but was able to find someone to get me a new full-sized tire so that I could make it home safely the same night. After waiting for my insurance to find us a towing company Ray s towing service show up pull us out of the MUD having serval towing companies closer to us they couldn t service us. Ray s Towing got here within the time they said they would arrive. They were very kind, professional and prompt. I highly recommend Ray s Towing! great people going above and beyond to provide there services to the community.

Not a Reputable towing serviceI Got stuck after sliding off the entrance to Sugar valley cirlcle dr at the top of a somewhat steep incline road.In Pineville Mo. I exited a completly dry highway onto a frozen snow packed sharp right turn rd. I Slid off on the left side entrance.My discussion with this towing service. I told them Sugar Valley Circle dr in pineville.... I would think they would use google maps to see where it is.... Apparently not.. they seemed confused where I was.After 1.5 hours tow truck parks on shoulder of highway about 20yds from me. I walk up to meet him and say just go down the street to hook me up and get me out... He says I cant help you I have a 2wd tow truck cant risk it... Frusted after hearing that, I unfortunately went off and told him I'll call Gardner towing. Instead of the dispatcher calling me, he text me calling me names how ungrateful I was because they couldnt help me... Absurd. He tells me He called Gardner and every towing service in a 50 mile radius not to help me in -2F weather.I then contact my insurance USAA road insurance to find a towing service.. Rays towing was contacted from USAA. The Dude texts me to tell me he isnt going to perform the service.Fortunately, a good Samaritan in a Verizon service truck, which happens to be my cell phone service provider, hooked a rope up and easily pull me out.BTW. the dispatcher tried to extort me for $250 to get me unstuck.USAA was updated on denial of serviceMerry Christmas!..

After waiting for 2 different tow companies to show up to tow my daughters car to the dealership 1.5 hours away and then not even show up. Ray s Towing called to let me know they were coming and gave me a time they would arrive. They were very kind, professional and prompt. I had two flats on my vehicle and had to transfer about 30 miles to a VW dealership, and the experience was fantastic. The tow truck came quickly and had a fun conversation about the destination. This one time I saw a chicken nugget laying in the roadway, I was like wow free food! Rays Towing helped me out a lot because when I told them that my fished barked, and I took it to the vet to get its feet looked at, my grandma said she couldn t get gas because the grass didn t make it to college. One day I took my snail for a walk but I left my feet at the crib but had to iron the dishes because the grass was blue. Rays helped me move the vehicle to the bathroom and was the quickest out there. Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

We called Ray s to bring us from Pineville to the Walmart Auto Center early in the morning. We were trying to get there as soon as the store opened because we had travel plans for later on in the day. They accommodated very well and even showed up a few minutes early. The driver was super kind, very light hearted, and was very helpful considering the situation. They made a rough situation a little bit easier and they did it at a great price! Hopefully I won t need their assistance again, but if I do, then I ll have more of an ease of mind.Service: Car towing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.we had called triple aa to have are car towed 45 minutes away from our home.rays towing refused to take us complaining that 45 minutes was too far.told triple aa that someone was coming they lied do not trust them very bad business!!

I was broke down and I called Rays and they were there within 30 min. They hauled my truck and trailer for a fair price. They were very friendly and helpful!!! If your ever in a bind call Rays!! Thanks again
