Couldn't even get in there! Really needed a small problem diagnosed. I came back when I made my appointment, and they said they didn't have time. They may be good at wrenching, but not at schedule!

Not only are they very knowledgeable with a ton of experience. You really can't get a better shop. And if you want honesty above knowledge you at the right place. They will fight for you. And go out of the way just to make sure it is more than fair for you.

Took my Chevy impala and they fixed the light problem . I was having and check engine light problem . Was friendly and explained what they did I will use them again. Professional and friendly place to visit. They work hard day in and out to complete every job to the highest level of care. It was 20 minutes to closing on a Friday when I had to bring my car in and they got me all set for the weekend.Service: TiresService: Tires

We only take our vehicles to Gearheads now. Reliable and local service at an affordable price. We have two very used cars and have had a lot of work done by Gearheads. My best experience was when they rebuilt my transmission a couple years ago. Their price and warranty were the best in the area. They are often very busy, so big things like transmission work may take a while, but it's worth the wait.

These guys truly went out of their way today. I was driving home to Dallas, TX from Kansas City and blew a tire on the highway. These guys stayed open late just to help me get back on the road. Thank you so much!! That's amazing customer service.

7 months left my car and then sent home not together like I brought it there, Disappointed, customers come 1st.Without customer no word of mouth REPUTATION.. I feel I was taken far granted.

FANTASTIC service. Can be busy, but can normally work you in also. Not afraid to try a $20 fix instead of a $200 part. (Those three reasons are why we keep going back)

Took my car there because I had a vacuum leak...they had it for 2 weeks and when I picked it up it still had the exact same vacuum leak..and ran worse than it did when I took it to them. They charged me for $200 but couldn t tell me what it was for because they didn t change anything on my car. They said they fixed my vacuum leak but yet they didn t. Wouldn t send anyone to them.

The boys at Gearhead's helped us out so much when we were in town for vacation and our a/c went out. They got it fixed that same day and even picked me up! ill make sure to always use them when i'm visiting family in Lamar!
