Great experience. Down to earth great guy who is very thorough and detailed when explaining what s needed and going to be done to your vehicle. My first experience was pretty quick. Oil change and transmission fluid draining. He made sure to follow up and make sure my car had no issues. Very reasonable, and probably cheapest in the area. Well my second experience, i had a light come on before work I messaged him, and he said it could ve been one thing. Well after work, same issue. He got me in at almost 8pm. Ran a diagnostic on my car and found my problem. This man drove out to Knob then burg to get the part my car needed to run good again. Definitely cares about his customers! Alex is awesome. Very knowledgeable and car will be ready exactly when he tells you when you leave it with him. My 02 Saturn would not crank over but the lights and everything still worked. Could have been the ignition switch or starter. He diagnosed it correctly and didn't have to start putting parts on that it didn't need, it was the starter.Very smart and fair. I will never take my car to any other mechanic ever. Thank you Alex for doing a great job on my car!If anyone out there needs a good mechanic he can do it all,
