Great service, friendly people, reasonable prices. Did a nice job of where alignment.ETA....they solved a serious issue with my car, and saved me nearly a thousand dollars! They're the best.ETA March 2024 did a fabulous job for me with a battery replacement.

Took it there assuming my wheel bearing was bad, was told the pitman need replaced. Got it back and absolutely nothing had changed on itsince they just adjusted it after telling me they were having trouble getting it off. The second time I took it in they told me it was the ball joints and control arm that needed replaced and said they had their apprentice work on it the first time and didn t double check the work, well long story short and I d say $600 later nothings changed.

I went in originally to have an alignment done, possibly new tires, and a loud noise in the rear. Upon inspection before alignment they told me my rear differential was making the loud noise in the rear of the vehicle. Evidently a common issue on my 13 Ford Escape. Also, to fix a problem with the rear alignment I'd need adjustable camber control arms, also a common problem with my Escape. The rear brake pads and rotors needed attention also. I fixed the couple of small things and pondered the high cost of tires and differential.I ended up having them do the tires and differential and went with a used one due to new ones being on backorder. After the service was completed, I just didn't think something sounded right in the front and rear. They were very patient with me and agreed that the used differential was making a noise and the gentleman was convinced my driver side wheel bearing was causing the noise in the front even though I wanted to believe it was the new tires. I didn't want to believe it was the bearing since I changed the front wheel bearings 10 months before.Anyway, I drove the vehicle back home and made some hard turns and supposed he was correct. I replaced the bearing and the noise in the front went away. The warranty differential came in and they got it replaced quickly. Now the vehicle is quiet and pleasant to drive.I appreciated their honesty, patience, and expert opinions even when I didn't want to believe the bearing was faulty. One of the headlights on our Ford Edge had water inside the housing and was significantly decreasing the light output. Troy Mills Automotive suggested that we replace both headlight assemblies since we had to use after market parts and we wanted to be sure that the lights matched perfectly. Troy Mills did a great job as they always do. This is a great bunch of people you can trust with your vehicles.

They got my vehicle fixed when nobody else had time to even look at it, so that alone is worth a good rating. They did tell me they saw other concerns and then tried to sell me several things I knew I didn t need. Make your own choices whether that bothers you. Prices seemed reasonable although I was not in a position to shop around.Service: Brakes

My vehicles are both older. Having professionals I can call Is a must! They take great care of both my vehicles! Tires, a/c, alternator, lights, exhaust, & everything else the vehicle needs! Even though both my vehicles are older, I get lots of compliments on what great condition they are in, I attribute that to having great mechanics who take the time to check it all over.

Caleb and the rest of the crew at Kirksville Auto Works replaced a rusted floorboard and door locks on my Ford E 350. Very helpful and quick service. Called ahead asking if they had a used tire in a certain size and they did. Showed up without an appointment and they worked us in to mount and balance a tire for a VERY reasonable price!! Very good service! Definitely do business here again.

Excellent Customer Service! Called to have an inspection done last minute. Called only 5min before scheduled to extend my arrival, "NO PROBLEM", they said. Then it being my daughter's birthday I once again called to confirm I wouldn't make the arranged time. "NO PROBLEM", they said. So finally about 2hours behind original appointment I just showed up. Went inside appologized for being a pain and asked if they possibly could still do the inspection and just as they did twice before, they replied, "NO PROBLEM!" GREAT, FRIENDLY, FAST, UNDERSTANDING, AND HARD WORKING STAFF!!!!!...THANKS TROY MILLS AUTO I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!!!

Great service, reliable, competitive prices. Would recommend for yer auto needs. They do need a receptionist, pretty busy to stop to answer the phonesWouldn't use any other auto shopMike is outstanding along with his employees. Other shops would do well to emulate this professional shop

Two friends of mine have been taken advantage of with repair and charge after repair and charge while they left their vehicles in charge of this business and over two months of waiting. This is not the way a business should be conducted if return business or customer satisfaction is a moral or ethical principle in the organization.

I have never been able to find mechanics as honest or as capable or as willing to work with as Troy Mills. You guys are the gold standard to which I hold all others. Sadly I now live 5 hours away or I would still bring my cars there.

I came there for an alignment and they worked hard and got it done right considering the fact I had one three weeks before and they let me know my truck had not been aligned by the other company i had do it your mechanic was awesome
