Others have recommended Sonny's. He is very knowledgeable. I brought my van in. He ordered the parts it needed and painted them. I even got a ride with a friendly assistant.

Sonny came to my house to do an estimate on my car that was not drivable. It's actually totaled. Came back shortly after with it all printed out for me. He went out of his way to do something he wasn't even getting paid for. If I needed work done, I would definitely have him do it!

This is the best place in town to take your vehicle to be worked on. When Sonny gives you a price that is what he will charge you!! No hidden fees or anything. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle there right now if you have issues with it!!

Really like Sonny's. My husband and I both had our autos there at the same time. Something had hit his truck and I had hit a deer within a three day period. He had a loaner for us so we weren't without transportation. Sonny's did a wonderful job on both autos and got us back on the road. THANK YOU SONNY'S!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this business. I called in and spoke to the rudest, most unprofessional women ever. I was asking her questions about what I need to do for a quote on a collision repair. I had told her i gotten a pocket estimate and the insurance agent advised me after that came through to go to an actual body shop and getting an estimate before accepting the claim settlement because obviously me taking pictures isn t going to give the full extent of the damage. I explained to her exactly what the agent told me. I was asking her specific questions that she wasn t directly answering them. She was getting loud and aggressive over the phone. She kept telling me that I was wrong and the agent I spoke to was wrong and etc. She then she told me she was done with the conversation and HUNG UP ON ME!I then called my claims adjuster and told him what was going on. I then headed to the body shop to speak with an employee at Sunnys. When I walked in i said, hello, I would like to speak to someone about the rude employee. She then says, UGHHH, THAT WOULD BE ME! Then we begin to argue because she was telling me all about how she s been doing this for blah blah years and what ever. I was simply trying to ask her to explain the process to me and her response was well maybe you re not listening . She was raising her voice, so I asked her to please stop yelling and yelling was not necessary. She then got LOUDER and out of no where this man comes out and says, Get the f*** out if my shop, there is a body shop down the street that can help you! I was in complete shock! They then start screaming for me to get and they were calling the police.MIGHT I ADD MY CLAIM ADJUSTER WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME!!!He tells me get out of there, it s not safe, and leave immediately! I finally get to my car, drove away, and parked my claim adjuster and i began to talk about what just happened. He couldn t believe that those people were speaking to customers like that. He said he has never heard anything like that in all the years he s been doing this. He then offered me his name, employee ID, and number incase anything crazy happens from this. I m so thankful the adjuster was on the phone because the way these people were acting, nobody would ve believed it.Let s just say, DO NOT do business with Sunnys. Save the trouble and go to Lewis Body Shop in Macon. I called them right after and the women was sweet as pie. Had zero troubles with her.

They did an amazing job and fixing my car after i hit a deer and were super nice when i would call in and they would take the time to explain stuff to me. got the car back and it is amazing!!

Went for a est. On a Friday and called Monday to go ahead with it and the receptionist said she will see for date and call me back. Well never got a call back. So went somewhere else.
