It was great Nate was awome he didn't shove anything on us he provided us with any information we needed or asked about. The price was phenomenal and they threw in the electric start. Just the whole thing was very comfortable I had never bought a car like that so I was very nervous but he made the process so comfortable

Great experience. Knowledgeable Chrysler tech fast service. Service manager was extremely polite and extra cheerful. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I will definitely go see Corey and the gang again

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They got my vehicle in almost as soon as I arrived at the scheduled time and my wait was not long until the oil change was complete. The technician handed me a paper that showed exactly what they looked and checked while completing the oil change and when over it step by step to ease my mine that my van was in top tip shape and I had no maintenance issues to worry about. I paid the clerk who was also very friendly and went on my way.

Employee s Assistance and Personality being Appreciative of having us Customers are very poor. No one ever really seems happy to be there, nor appreciative of having any of us Customers at all. Sometimes this even feels like you are Bothering Them to even be there at all. Poor Customer Service appreciation or Attitudes from the employees. This even starts up at the top with the Dealership s Owners and Family Members.

Lovegreen Chrysler Center was phenomenal to us. We had the unfortunate luck of breaking down on a road trip home; but we were lucky enough to be able to still get our vehicle to Lovegreen. The service technicians were already fully booked with appointments but agreed to take a look at our issue. They identified and repaired the problem quickly; even allowed us to use a rental vehicle free of charge while we waited. We do not live nearby Lovegreen, but if I ever needed service or to buy a new vehicle I would highly recommend visiting them. Thank you so much Cory, you saved our day!

Had our Charger serviced for making a flickering noise. Replaced some parts and labor came to $750 and it left the lot still making the same noise. To be fair, one part needed to be replaced as it was found in the review of the original problem, BUT clearly the test drive after wasn't done or the mechanic was simply deaf.

Great staff. Marsha did a great job making sure my daughter looked at several vehicles to have a good comparison. She ended up picking a different vehicle than she saw online. She ended up with a newer vehicle and less miles for comparable money.

Our check engine light came on 500 miles from home on a Sunday evening.I called Lovegreen first thing Monday morning. They got my jeep in right away and we were back on the road headed home less than 2 hours later.Great service, excellent communication.

Service department not good. Left only to find oil running down the motor and through air lines from a bad PCV valve. After I was told they looked for external oil leakage. But assured me no leak and would need to do oil consumption test, for of course more money. Than when called to explain I could clearly see the oil leak from on the external motor, was told again that they told me I had to have consumption test. Guess oil runnig down the side of my motor doesn't count without a test? Crazy.

Nice little dealership. I'm glad there is a genuine Mopar dealer in town. Service was pretty quick and prices are similar to other Mopar dealers. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We took three of our Chrysler work vans to Lovegreen to have the oil changed and other normal scheduled maintenance performed. When we got them back, every one of them had broken oil dipsticks (How do you do that???), two of them had the serpentine belts incorrectly routed and slipping, and one had a connector left off of either the ignition coil for one spark plug or one of the fuel injectors. To add insult to injury, the idiots wanted to charge US for the new dipsticks!We had to fix the serpentine belts and the loose connector ourselves because they were "too busy" to take our vans back into their so-called shop. They are so inept that I wouldn't let them change a spark plug on a lawn mower. I edited this review to say that if we could have given them zero or less than zero stars, we would have. You are not supposed to take your vehicle to the dealer for normally scheduled service and it come back in worse condition than when you left it with them.
