I got a rock chip in my windshield. The crew at Good Guys Glass told me that it's probably covered by my insurance. I made the call and sure enough, it was covered. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes! Great people, amazing service!

This owner is amazing! We haven't encountered such fantastic service in many years. We were traveling home from a long trip, got a big chip in our windshield, and he met us at his shop late evening when we were passing through to fix it. I just wanted to take a second to recommend Good Guys. The staff got me in on a Friday afternoon on extremely short notice. The ladies in the front office made me feel very welcomed. Their facility was clean, professional, and the techs did fantastic work getting my 2011 Ford Econoline repaired in no time at all. I would highly recommend Good Guys Shuttle to use for a party bus! Our company rented the bus for our company Christmas party and it was fantastic! The bus was new, clean and spacious! Our driver, Jim did an awesome job all night and Sherry was great to work with before and after the party! We can't wait to use them again for next year's party!

Top notch. Have had a couple windshields replaced here. Most recently had a piece of molding come loose, showed up to my door within hours to fix it. Very appreciative of that type of customer service.

My son needed his car window repaired and we live 3+ hours away. We were not sure who to contact, but I am certainly glad we chose Good Guys. We contacted them at about 6:30PM one evening and they had the window installed within 36 hours of contacting them. Local place that I highly recommend. Treated me well over the phone and were great in person. I really like going local as often as I can, and this place is excellent.Service: Auto side window replacement

Great service! I am new to the area and had never been in Good Guys Glass & Auto, but I had some damage on my windshield after traveling all weekend. It was later in the afternoon on a Monday, and although already busy, the owner made sure to get my car in and out with all requested repairs made for a very reasonable price. They also told me ways to prevent future damage similar to what I had encountered. I will be using them for future glass repairs when in the Kirksville area.

I'm terribly sorry to give a rating without a review. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, respect, and dignity any customer would love to have. I don't know if it was a slow day, but they got right on my rock chip and I was out the door in 30 minutes flat! They are convenient, honest , and will work hard for your trust. Great experience and great price regardless of a late delivery of my windshield.UPDATE 05/20/22I had to revise my review due to the way that they handled the service after the sale.A piece of my window trim came off and when I went back, not once did they apologize that it happened nor did they offer to repair/replace the trim until I posted negative review. They made me feel guilty for making a deal out of losing the trim.I received texts that I have saved from the owner.They need to learn proper customer service.The moment that I showed them what happened, they should have apologized for the shoddy work and said that they'd take care of it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Couldn't find any one to help us until we found out about Good Guys to replace our camper glass. Great job putting in very friendly knew what they were doing. Never had to take our camper out of shed to fix it. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner is amazingly personable and went above and beyond to help. Good Guys has been a saving grace, especially during this particularly rough winter. I'm very grateful for their camera calibration services, it saved me from having to drive all the way down to Columbia. Good Guys Glass & Auto are awesome! Dropped my car off last night at 5 pm and picked it up before work this morning at 7:50am. Customer service is great! I felt well taken care of, they had my car turned around running, heater on and warming the inside for me. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Took my 2005 Pontiac Bonneville in for a windshield replacement since winters fury wasn't so nice to the chip in the old windshield. Jeff got it in promptly and got the new windshield installed and did a fine job on it. A+ from me. So thankful for their lockout service! I can t believe it was the only one I could find in Kirksville on a Friday night. If it wasn t for this company I would have been stuck in the cold sitting on my porch all night! Not to mention that the husband/wife team was so kind and accommodating. He arrived within 15 minutes to unlock my car and it took less time than that to pick up a receipt for my insurance at the office on Monday. Hopefully won t have to call again for a lockout, but I would suggest them to any friends and family!

Fantastic, friendly customer service! They were able to work in my windshield replacement on a Friday, and I picked up my car on Saturday. I would definitely recommend Good Guys to anyone needing windshield repair!

Best glass business in town. You wont find better service anywhere else. I stopped by on the way to work to fix a couple rock chips and Jeff had it done in no time. Had a shattered windshield and new to the area. Thank goodness for Good Guys! A family owned business and wonderful service. They assisted us with our insurance claim and worked around our schedule to get us taken care of. Would give them 10 stars! Thanks Good Guys!

I can not say enough good things about this company and owner. I needed my whole windshield replaced after an accidental break. Good Guys came out and fixed my windshield in a prompt manor and with great conversation.
