Really nice people, enjoyed conversing while my transmission got serviced. They got about everything you need while waiting; coffee, bathroom, and they have some streaming services to keep you occupied. I'm taking my van in the next few weekends to get the same service completed.I stopped & checked the fluid after I ran the car about 20 miles, shifted through gears and found the level was spot on. Definitely good to check periodically but they are trustworthy!Top notch work and a great atmosphere, would highly recommend them to anyone. Look forward to seeing them on the next service interval.

Kelly, Steve, and Randy are phenomenal at what they do.. They gave me an estimate at fixing my transmission which I thought was very reasonable and actually the bill was lower than the estimate.. Very courteous and are true professionals.. Highly recommend..

Very friendly and completed oil change in short order while I waited. Unfortunately, even though I had clearly requested full synthetic oil and, though that was written on the list of service checks I wanted done, somehow regular oil was used. I called and spoke with them and they apologized for the error. Trust, but verify. Very pleased otherwise and IMO the service charge was very fair. Thank you.

I discovered a hole in my radiator over the very cold and snowy holiday weekend. I called C&R on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, my tadiator was replaced with top shelf service and a lower cost than I had expected for short notice emergency repairs!

They discovered a rear main seal leaking and contacted me to approve replacement. I asked them to adjust the idle speed which was in addition to the transmission replacement.

I needed an inspection to get tags so I walked in & asked if they could do it & they did, but I didn t call for an appointment & I can tell they were busy but they had time for me & to me that s customer service & beyond thank you so much.

Had my car towed in, talked to Steve, said there on it , many calls later was told can't duplicate the problem, then call they found it, will be ready next day, pick it up , worse than before , to the tune of $261 and they want me to bring it back , should have fixed it the first time. Poor mechanics there!

We have a lived in Kirksville for over three decades. That time we ve been in many shops. You can have a high repair bill and a low repair bill. The experts at C & R transmission will not error on the side of safety and not only that they do what s right when no one sees but God. I thank them for all that they have done for our family. C&R has spectacular services! My car had to be towed because of bad starter. They were able to quickly order the part and fix it in less than 2 days. They communicated when the car was ready and allowed me to pick it up upon arrival. Because I am a AAA member, I received a 10% discount on my service bill. Highly recommend C&R. They have excellent customer service and have an efficient operation.
