Excellent place to stay just off I70 and I54. Only one issue I have is the outside cover for both beds have questionable stains. Other than that, not a bad place to stay over and I've stayed at worst places overseas.Walkability: Plenty of restaurants and gas stations just a stroll past the hotel.

If you are looking for something that is modern, or up to date, this place isn't for you. But. If you are looking for a place with an amazing staff that will do everything in their power to make you feel welcome, and accommodate your needs, then do give this place a shot!Yes, it needs a lot of work, and a lot of money dumped into it, and the owners don't seem too interested in doing that. However, we choose to stay here because of the staff, who are genuinely warm and funny, and caring.Yes, there are better places to stay, but we like the unique layout of the building, and the friendly warmth of the staff.

STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS RIDDLED WITH BED BUGS. We stopped in around midnight to get a quick sleep in, place is covered in bugs, it was absolutely disgusting, the sheets were not clean, shower was not clean. The amount of hair under the mattress between the box spring could have made a wig. I have stopped at some questionable places, but this one takes the cake. We told the receptionist there were bed bugs. He wrote dirty on the room key for the reason of a refund and that was it. We were charged $111 for bugs. Definitely demanded a refund. I recommend anywhere but here.

We asked about a bottom floor and was told there were none. A coupie came in and got a room on the bottom floor , the did have a service dog, and I said something about you just told me there were no bottom floors open, she said it was handicap, A service dog dose not make a person handicap. The room is not clean, there are water leaks on the roof and walls the wood handle chair as the windows and AC unit is dirty, The toilet is dirty and the tub is stained. The lady was sitting on the couch watching TV, did not greet us except for do you have a reservation as she did with other people that came in. Very much not cool, she looked like a slob the way she was dressed and her hair looked nasty as well. I will stop it right here. Not happy at all !!!!!!!!

Location was the only redeeming quality for this trip. Front desk person was apathetic at check in and i think he only said 3 words to us the whole check in process. The rooms smelled awfull. Made us all feel itchy and gross. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The bananas would have been old the week before or stay and there was very little else unless you crave waffles. It is definitely not somewhere we would ever stay again.

The night clerk was very friendly. Unfortunately the room was very dirty. I don't mind that it is an older inn and that furniture is worn out but I do mind how dirty some of the furniture in our room was. An upholstered chair was absolutely disgusting, covered in stains. While the bed sheets looked clean, the bed duvet had dirt on it. The top mattress was slightly shifted revealing a disgusting stain that doesn't appear to have ever been cleaned. I slept on the other bed and avoided that one. The carpet had chunks of something tar/gravel like on it, that could have easily been vacuumed up but they probably didn't vacuum. Had I not checked into the room after midnight I would have left and went somewhere else.

The entire Hotel needs a remodel. When you walk in to the lobby the smell of old wet urine hits you. It was dirty, old dirty. No elevator and a man that checked in after us came back to the front desk for another room. His had not been cleaned or bed changed. Our bed was nice and the linens were clean. But the counter, sink, desktop, floors were not clean.

The room was filthy. Peoples trash still on the floor, hair in the bed. The walls are gross and you can tell they ve NEVER been wiped down. The chair in the room had something dried to it. The sheets had BLOOD stains on them. And then I got told I couldn t get a refund because it already went through. Definitely the nastiest hotel I don t think anyone cleans it. The woman up front stays sprawled out on the couch and again all that she offers to do is move you to a different room. Which I m sure they all look the same.

House keeping is virtually nonexistent. First room had a pile of pillows tossed in the middle of the bed with no pillow cases. Second room had bodily fluid stains in the middle of the comforter. Pink stains from another liquid on the floor and bathroom counter. Hair in the shower. Breakfast was awful. Fruit was brown. The door to the outside at the end of the hallway had to be forcefully closed.

Stayed here after booking on Priceline through express stay, which doesn t show you the hotel you re booking. The room was dirty and smelled like spoiled food. I stayed two nights and the smell remained the entire stay. There was toothpaste and coffee in the sink when I arrived, so for sure the sink wasn t cleaned by staff after the last person was there. The bedding did smell clean, and the bed wasn t too bad, so that was ok. The fridge and microwave worked. If it wasn t for the smell and dirty sink, I would ve given a 3. Also, the breakfast wasn t good. It was mostly grab and go. The Apple juice was literally water with a slight yellow hue. They leave a milk jug sitting out for the cereal. Also, there isn t an elevator. Just a staircase, but they put ADA guests on the first floor. Overall, it definitely needs updated, but if you get a clean room it s probably not that bad.

One of the worst hotels I have seen. Tables were not cleaned, bathroom sink had hairs in it, bathtub had hairs in the tub. Not cleaned.some dry pee on the lid of the toilet. The one bed looked like it was slept in and not made up properly. The plugs in the outlets are not OSHA standard. Went to the pool area, trash everywhere. Wiring open, I don't know what it was to, but if some kid got out of the pool and touch that, it would not be good. Hot tub quite working. I should of called OSHA, but didn't. Also the carpet was not clean, found stuff on the carpet. I will never come to this place again. You give Quality Inn a bad name. This hotel needs to shut down. The door to come in had a gap . Didn't need a night light cause you could see the light from hallway outside of our room. The only good thing was the lady that check us in, super nice.

Crumbly old dirty hotel staff were inattentive and lazy my room 2as not cleaned properly most of the 2 months I was there. Even after complaining the roo. 2as never full cleaned well things were always forgotten towels toilet paper clean sheets etc. It was so.ewhat comfortable and quiet bit that was only thing going for it and ot was warm and dry mostly. The continental breakfast was horrible no coffee at times cold food was stale or not enough hot food was bland and tasteless poorly presented and the whole dining area was not cleaned appropriately. Coffee andnother things were spilled on the floor for 3 days at a time it was cheap but ya get what ya pay for.

This has got to be the worst hotel ever. We checked in and went to the room. First light switch didn't even work. Had to go in the dark and try to find a light to turn on by the bed. Once we got the light on we wished we hadn't. The room was very dirty and the bed sheets had blood stains on it. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. The toilet had urine stains on it and the bathtub was dirty with long hairs all over it. We left the key on the table walked back to our car and drove on. The loss of money was well worth not having to sleep in that filthy room!!

Price of the room was great, so the following complaints are probably due to that alone...lol. The room was not very clean. Bed skirt had debris and stains that were visible when pulling the blankets back. Looks like there was water damage, musty smell, stained curtains..etc. Air conditioning took forever to cool the room...face towels are placed on the sink, touching the faucet so they were wet...no bed bugs or roaches..always a plus! Overall, we slept.. but a deep clean is recommended.

Hotel was hard to find. It s tucked away in the back behind the barn. Staff were friendly. Room was dirty with crumbs on the table. I found a bug in the bathroom and one by the door. One bug was flashing green. Definitely won t be staying there again. Also, the milk at the breakfast room was curdled.

Our sheets were not clean, AT ALL! They were wrinkled and obviously used. But that is only the beginning I called from the room phone to ask for clean sheets, no answer. I called from my cell phone, immediate answer. I told Laura I had just called from room 105 and she said, oh, I m sorry I thought it was my alarm. Sure she did. She brought sheets (two flats), I asked for a king dotted, she brought a queen, then finally brought a king fitted. THEN, she has not brought pillowcases, so I walked to the front desk and asked for them. She was sitting on the couch in front of the TV with her phone in her hand. I said, you forgot the pillowcases, I need five, please. She said, Why, they are clean. I told her my sheets were definitely not clean. She continued looking at her phone and did not move from the couch. I told her I could get them myself if that was ok with her and she said Sure, ok. Then I said by the way, what is your name? She said Laura, and finally moved off the couch and went to get the pillowcases. This is not a high dollar hotel, I know, bit it cost me $92.40, and should have at least been clean. And Laura? Well, she needs to be replaced immediately.

My friends and I got a room here. This hotel is tucked behind and around the corner of the store that Looks like a barn. Ita older. I do laugh it has the older window units, but the controls are on the wall. The worst things I saw was the dead spider on the bathroom floor, Japanese beetles that were on the ceiling and Wasps by the curtains. They killed one last night, had 3 more by morning... never found the nest. The Japanese beetles have been all over up here

Light coming in through the door. Breakfast stunk too. Horrible owners. I dont blame the old lady staff. Owner is cheap! This place should be sold cheap.
