I always enjoy stopping at the Petro in Kingdom City Missouri. They have a huge parking lot that usually does not fill up till late. Their Iron Skillet is open form 6am to 10pm. I had a Ribeye steak that was a little overcooked on the outside but was still good. My server Michelle did a great job taking care of me. Checked on me several times throughout the Meal. I reserved a shower on the app about 4:30am and they had some available. The shower was clean, the water was hot and had plenty of pressure. Overall a great place to take a 10 hour break.

Large parking lot, showers no good, people are nice, fuel bays ok, store no good ,little and cold food , cold cold coffee.

Good food and great service at the Iron Skillet. Need to reupholster the booth seats. Plenty of truck parking.

Did a 34 hereThis place did not fill up till late at night.They have an Iron skillet in the main building, but it s not 24/7.There is also a deli in the fuel island.On Saturday night the deli food was very good!All day on Sunday and Monday morning the deli was closed.They have a small Verizon center. It s open mon-fri 10-8pm.They also have a lounge, laundry, and game room.Showers were small but clean.There is a bathroom in the fuel island, and 2 sets of bathrooms in the main building.Lots of grass areas to walk dog.

What an odd travel stop.While standing in line to get my fuel receipt (note: cashier has it. Won t print it outside)I saw they re selling different workout supplements including protein powder and thermogenics.A weighted blanket? Arthritis meds?Interesting Petro. Interesting. I m not mad.

My brother stopped in recently to get coffee and creamer and wasn't available. The customer service sucks especially when the clerk won't make coffee or get the creamer for my brother or anyone. Things need to change at this location or it needs to shut its doors. I don't believe in people that just won't give adequate customer service anymore.

I have been stopping here for 30+ yrs. This is THE place I try to get to when traveling through Missouri. The lot is huge, they have good hot food at the fuel desk when you have to keep rolling, the buffet at the main building will have specials that change - try to catch the Friday night buffet! Prime rib and Seafood!! For those of us with furry babies..there is a huge field at the opposite end of the truck stop that is clean wonderful thick grass where they can play. Love this place!

1/18/24 @ 0600Ok this is the diesel fuel island portion only...I didn't go to the other store.This is literally the nastiest petro ive been in anywhere.....ANYWHERE!!!When you walk inside,theirs product scattered everywhere on the floor.The floors have about a 1/4 of mud caked on them!!!The bathrooms was horrendous!!Every toilet stall was filthyThe toilet paper dispensers are empty but they made sure to hang a roll of toilet paper on the coat hook on the inside of the doors.No soap to wash your handsSame with paper towels...noneI went and told the guy at the cashier desk and he literally told me I could clean it up if I wanted to but he was hired to run a cash register and nothing else.Diesel Pump #7 the DEF hose is split and leaks DEF everywhere while your pumping. Just what I wanted to do was pay double the price for half the DEF.Again......."cash register only guy"didnt care about this either.I gave up and went across the street to the Westland travel center.RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!Update...reply from owner has a link that goes nowhere.Really shows they don't careSad

Disgusting. Corn in the sinks in the men s room and my 4 year old touched a dirty pad in the women s. My wife said they didn t have soap in any of the dispensers. Some dirty chick was walking around shopping without shoes on. Stay away.

They refused the work because it s inconvenient for them. They claim they can t do the work with a trailer attached when there was already a truck with trailer in bay 3 getting worked on. A busted radiator when it s 23 degrees outside. I hope their kids get cancer. They deserve that.

Most of the time this place is just fine, but not being able to get fuel/def when needed is about to end it all. Three separate times now in about 2 months

Had a trailer brake light out and had went to two other places telling us it would be tomorrow before they could get to us. We arrived at petro and was in and out in less than a hour and that included us waiting on the tech to finish with another truck. Both guys were amazing. So nice, best customer service we have ever had!! Thank you so much

Rating only the Iron Skillet. The veggies were undercooked and chewy, the food was drenched in grease and butter to mask having no seasoning or flavor, I could smell them burning my toast, and their service was super slow for having no other customers needing to order. They had alright lemonade and gravy though, so they get 2 stars for that. For what they're charging, I'd go to any other place in the surrounding area.

Needs a more diligent night shift shower caretaker. Waited 15 minutes for a shower with no wait just to find the employee sitting on the toilet playing with her phone. Showers had wet and dirty towels everywhere. You know it s bad when a customer has to tell you to do your job.

Has a Wendy's dairy Queen and an iron skillet plenty of truck parking and auto parking. Huge c-store with tons of gifts for everyone. Up stairs and down stairs restrooms and showers also laundry and barber. Lots of grass for pets and lots of other food choices within walking distance.

Great place to park your truck for the night. Clean showers, restroom, laundry. The restaurant opens at 6:00 am. They were understaffed last night with a packed dining area. The 2 waitresses still got to everyones table. Wait was long with just one cook. But unfortunately that's the times we presently live in.

It used to be a good truck stop. Wow, in the morning trucks were parked 6 deep on the end of row!! I'm never stopping here again. I couldn't even get out!!

I have been coming here for 30 years. It was once a great place, but now it is a joke. Prices are outrages, the buffet long gone and the food they serve now takes forever and is atrocious. It was so salty I couldn t finish my meal. The waitress acted like we were a bother. It was 4:00pm there were 5 customers and food took nearly 90 minutes. It came at at 5:23. We were not offered refills and when I mentioned food issues she walked off and got the check. Never again will I set foot in Petro or T/A

The air pressure hoses need to be fixed. I believe the shop guys knows it it's been over 10 weeks Since I have been noticed, this stuff and it is very sad. Hundreds of drivers stop this place daily and can't get air pressure tire at this place..

Clean rest rooms. Food is being made fresh and is delicious. The coffee was hot. The staff very nice people. We thank you! We are OTR truck driver and will definitely stop again.

Ok I love giving out good reviews.Here I thought something super negative about this location's service staff in the shop after truck was in the shop.The manager Alissa, (hope I'm spelling that right) was really great and active for investigating my issues there.Next day I show up and shop staff even went further to allow my inquiries to be heard and addressed.Thanks to all staff at this location.

Disgusting service. Waited 5+ minutes in line with two cashiers working, then I made a remark about the fact that they charged me $3.50 for a BOTTLE OF WATER and the cashier said, oh yeah, your life is ruined . No wonder the parking lot here stays empty. I will definitely not be returning as I m sure many of the other disgruntled customers I overheard waiting in line won t be either.

The woman at the fuel Island verbal abuse me she wouldn't let it go had to keep insulting me All I said was there nothing in the case the only food was in there was eggs sausage gravy b that was it this took place over 20 minutes span so you decide

Had a great breakfast, a clean hot shower. Washed my clothes. Free parking. Friendly staff. A really good experience for my 34 hr break.
