Robert is the best business partner and ex husband we will always serve the Lord and our country together as veterans that we are. Unfortunately the company has had personal family issues over the last few years but we are back to recovering and happy to assist with your needs as soon as our issues are resolved. After my insurance company contacted Hook and Book to tow my car to my house, my wife and I waited for two hours. Before finally having to leave my car over night. Since we had already paid for the tow we scheduled for the following day, in which we waited another two hours for nothing. My wife and tried multiple times to call them. They are just as poor at answering the phone as they are show up at all.

I would not give these people even 1 star but it wont let me-I don't think they are a legit business - DO NOT USE-I filed complaint with Attorney General ofc.

Horrible business. They don t answer phone or communicate at all. Also do not show up for scheduled jobs. Would never recommend don t waste your time with this place.
