Stayed 1 night on a trip. Rooms were clean....not spotless, but clean. Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds and pillow choices. Would definitely stay again.Noteworthy details: Great and numerous choices for breakfast. It was all delicious!

We broke down near Kingdom City, MO, which resulted in spending several nights here. We were so grateful to have this option. The hotel is fairly new and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is very clean, has a pool, fitness center, and free breakfast each morning, which includes mini omelets, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with various pastries. Coffee is available all day. The most important amenity is how dog friendly they are. When traveling with your dog, it's important they are as welcome as we are. If you are in the area this hotel is worth staying at.

Such a nice hotel, front desk staff, location. But my attempt to get coffee in the morning is why I m leaving 3 stars. Asked the front desk because there was none in the thermos, they went back to the kitchen to tell them, that s when we heard the cook I m assuming, start yelling & saying they had just put some out (there was none, front desk confirmed), then the female in the back started yelling these damn people drinking coffee , they re gonna have to wait , so on. So please inform whoever was working in the kitchen the morning of 10/30/23 we are not damn people we are paying customers. And let them know we can hear them when they raise the voice above a talking level.Maybe keep coffee brewing for the 4 hours of breakfast. Maybe two coffee containers. Maybe have someone monitor the area. Just some ideas.

We stayed here while touring sites in Fulton and Jefferson City, Missouri. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were fantastic!

We heard constant stomping from the room above us. From 8 pm until 11ish then it started again the next morning at 5:30 we finally left around 7. Otherwise very clean, and plenty of hot water.Nearby activities: DQ within walking distance W/ Convenience store attached.

Excellent place. The rooms and experience is more than worth the price but, I'm not complaining. The room was well stocked and clean. Everything worked. Felt safe.Had an issue with some customer service but, my issue was resolved fast and the manager Greg was more than helpful. I felt like he went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I gave customer service 3 stars but, were I grading it on him alone, easily 5 stars. The 3 stars is based solely on issues I had with someone on general staff when I spoke to them about my problem. All in all, I would recommend this hotel over all other in the area. Not just the price but, overall experience. Enjoyed my stay and will be staying here next time I drive through heading to TN.Safety: Well or parking lot and secure does in room. Excellent lighting at night.

The first lady at check-in was great and very helpful. Checkout time was 12 noon, and my wife even went up to get a razor and cream. They were at the door at 11:59 asking if we were still in the room? If checkout time is at 12 noon, then they shouldn't be at the door at 12 but more like 12:10, giving at least 10 minutes to get your things out. But if checkout time was by 12 noon, then we would have been gone. So someone doesn't know how to tell timeRooms: The Atmosphere was good

Beautiful newer hotel however it's severely understaffed making our experience less than desired. The pool never had towels, the breakfast was cold and a lot of items were out. The trash was so full you couldn't even throw your things away and one poor gal was running the whole breakfast and front desk area. The walls of our room were paper thin. We heard people in the hall thought the night and small children next to us early in the morning. We all got very little sleep. For the price, not sure we would stay again.Edit to owner: Sure, I would love to talk more to you about it. Please reach out to me. Thank you!

Great stay! Clean, modern, great location off the freeway. Comfortable pillows & bed. The breakfast was great, many options. While we were there we enjoyed the indoor pool. Had it all to ourselves. Good variety of cable channels. Staff was attentive. A few fast food chains near by. My only disappointment was, we are OTR Truck drivers & they did not have a CDL discount as some other well established hotels do. Other then that it 8s a nice comfortable hotel to get a good night's rest.

Very nice hotel! I was particularly impressed with Becca, the young lady at the front desk. She was very helpful, friendly, and courteous! The housekeeping staff provided a comfortable clean roomStayed here again recently. Devin did a great job answering my questions and taking care of me!

Do not book on hotel website. The rooms were listed as 155 and lower on line. I needed to verify hotel was near highway. They booked room for me 184 plus tax. I ask front desk person. And she said it was because of it being a suite. Man checks in behind me. 155...same room right next door. I have AAA and have a membership. This doesn't make sense.

As always holiday inn has treated me extremely well. I thought the one in Plymouth Indiana was amazing and they are. The one here has amazing rooms and staff. They have products to buy if you don't want to leave. Free breakfast and a good one at that. This is one of if not the nicest holiday inn hotels I've stayed at, and I travel a lot and stay with them mostly or IHG.Rooms: They are amazing and state of the art in my opinion. Walk in showers to self control temperature rooms.Safety: They lock the front door at night. You have to be let in or have a key card.Walkability: Walking distance to many food options and gas stations or truck stop.Noteworthy details: They have free dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. The showers are walk in sliding glass doors. Amazing rooms and deal for the money. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I travel a lot and I always try and stay with holiday inn or IHG.

The hotel was well equipped and appointed, as were the rooms, but cleaning was not quite up to par. We used a paper towel to clean up a little spilled water, and it came back black. Tried a few other locations and got the same result. There was a collection of lint and dust on the ceiling above the A/C vent. These and other things indicated not not as much emphasis was being placed on cleaning as it should be. Normally I'd rate lower for something like this, but with all the staffing shortages due to covid, I'm cutting a little slack. Add to that the fact that they have some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever come across. It helped that they also loved our Labrador Retriever, but it's kind of hard for anyone to not love her. I'd like to note this hotel has the absolute best window screens I've ever seen. They ride in a channel along the window frame, so almost no light whatsoever comes in when they're closed. Soundproofing seemed to be quite good too. It was also nice to have a K cup coffee maker in the room. Overall, although I wish it was cleaner, I'd have no problem staying here again.

I was driving back late at night from Florida and first went to Quality Inn right beside this hotel . Big mistake ,the room was disgusting and I left immediately. Luckily ,this Holiday Inn Suites had rooms left. This place is AWESOME! Everything extremely clean, bright, fresh, looks brand new! It s worth it to spend a little more for an actual clean and safe hotel. Wish I could ve stayed longer here but I was traveling thru. The young male and female staff that checked me in on 7/7 were very nice and friendly and even gave me a free upgrade. Breakfast is exceptional also. Loved it here and when I pass thru this area again ,I will definitely stay here.

We are SO grateful for this hotel. Devin, in particular, went above and beyond to help us and make sure we felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. He has such a big heart. We are moving from Maryland to Washington, towing a cargo trailer. We blew two tires right near the exit by the hotel. I called, in desperation, for a friendly voice and help, and he did everything he could to help us. I hung up from making the reservation and my kind was put at ease (albeit still waiting on a tow truck on the side of the interstate), knowing we had a great place to go this evening. We have our dog and two young children with us and we are so appreciative of his help today. He was beyond friendly and accommodating and I hope he knows how much that means on a day like this. Thank you!

Super nice and clean hotel but please y all hire more people and pay them enough to stay and feel valued. Your front desk crew is doing their absolute best but clearly running on fumes with no support checking in 20 people at once, dealing with computer issues and answering the phone at the same time. I wanted to give the single gal staffing the desk (she was still there when we checked out the next morning) a hug. Fix your staffing issues and I think you ll have an awesome hotel.
