I try to stop at motels that I can back up to with my car as I travel with my small dogs and I have to go in and out a lot to the car. Most of the times these are small mom and pop places. I saw the sign from the highway and almost couldn t find it, but it was dark and I was tired. Sure it s not the Hilton but you can tell by the sunflowers along the driveway this owner is really trying to refurbish an old motel. The carpet was freshly shampooed and room smelled much better than some chain rooms I ve stayed in.The only reason I didn t give it five stars is because the door didn t have a safety chain or a lsafety bolt.But the best thing was the wonderful mattress!It beat motel 6 and super 8s I have stayed in!Support independent owners!

Google maps say $56. He charged only me $65. Was cold when I got into my room. Heater barely works after 2 hours. Bathroom is extremely small. Toilet moves. Bathroom door will not close. Room smells funky. He said I could only park in one of 2 parking spots. As far as I can tell, there are no common area. Go to the motel 6 next door for the same price.Rooms: Google maps say $56. The price is right. We checked in late. Paid $49 with tax. You aren't booking a 5 star resort, this is a place to crash for the night. The room was updated had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Updated vinyl floor in bathroom area and updated furniture. The exterior is clean. The room was quiet. The AC worked great and was updated as well. There is a strong smell from air fresheners, other than that you can't beat it! The front desk guy was super friendly and outgoing as well!

My husband and I recently had a 3 night stay. The total price which included a pet fee was extremely inexpensive (less than $160) which at first gave my husband some reservation about staying. From the highway the motel really shows it's age, and doesn't look inviting at all. The owner checked us in, he was friendly and appreciative that we were staying. We stayed in an older room but it was very clean. The king size bed was comfy and the linens and towels were white and fresh. We had a working mini fridge and microwave, the hot water did take a minute heating up but was hot and plentiful. The office checked in with us to see if we needed anything and offered to refresh our room when it was convenient for us, NOT when it was convenient for housekeeping. That was a huge plus. The office does close at night, during this time office mgnt can only be reached by dialing phone located outside the office. Rooms are not equipped with phones (requiring guest to leave room to do so). Tho the parking lot is well lit, this may have the potential to become a safety issue for some. Had an enjoyable time and would definitely stay again.

The place smelled like STRONG DISINFECTANT, over mold & mildew. NO ICE macine. Small bathroom with a high step in tub, water inconsistent temperature. We would set temperature then I it would drop to cold them warm again. It never got very hot . Uneven floors. The outside looks clean & tidy.

Decent place to crash overnight while traveling. Very friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable. Rooms could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms- but i knew i was not stopping at a 5 star hotel. Expectations were met and i would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the cosmetic touch ups needed. Would definitely stop there again. Small pet fee for pets.

It is a safe and quiet motel with reasonable prices. The beds were comfortable and the showers had enough hot water for our family of six. There was a slight musty smell but after some airing out it was gone. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Oh. My. God. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. Go to the Baymont Inn instead. An unkempt man smoking a cigarette came to our room after seeing me set up a camera on our cars because we were scared we were going to get robbed. He said he worked there and the owner told him that owner wanted to see us. I was scared he was going to break in if we left because the locks were so flimsy. My girlfriend went to the front, I stayed in the room with the door locked and camera rolling. We essentially got kicked out for having too many dogs. We had two ESA dachshunds and a bigger dog that we paid to stay with us. It was the best thing that could ve happened to us, we found a nice, safe, MUCH CLEANER and updated place to stay for an extra $25. Totally thankful.

Not good. Up on arrival, a/c wasn't cooling a hot room. Maintenance man had to pull the unit, letting in more hot air plus flyes. Took for ever to cool the room. Handle to turn the bathtub faucet on was laying on the stool. One dirty towel and one clean towel for two people. No phone in room .

Not bad for a quick nights stay...The price matched for what we needed...However, they could use a lot of TLC... The headboard fell, but, you could see where they had tried several times to fix it. The tub, isn't the best looking. The bathroom floor was warped. The heater never got HOT, it was set at 80* and still blew out cool air... The water never got warm/hot in the hand sink... The TV is an older version of flat screen .. Needless to say, what can ya expect for $50 ish....

Great, Friendly Service! The extended rates are unbeatable and they respect your privacy. Comfortable bed, great smart tv, and shower. The only thing was the internet service was a little slow when the motel was busy, but that is almost to be expected with any hotel/motel. I loved the vaulted ceiling. A big room for the money!

When we got our room it was dirty: ashes on the beds UNDER the covers on one bed and dead bugs on pillows of the other, dirty bathroom with ashes everywhere, damaged smoke detector(?)I tried to politely ask the management if we could get a discount or get the room cleaned, he responded by suggesting we check out....I would rate this as a zero star if I could.Yes we got a smoking room because that's all that was available but there's a difference between a smoking room and a dirty room.

Room smells like stale smoke and chemical air freshener. Beds are hard. Walls are thin and don't block sound. Water from pipes is visibly rusty and tub is stained as a result. Not sure why this place is so highly rated; it's only selling point is it's cheapness.

Frightening. The door didn't lock, you didn't even need a keycard to get in. Moldy shower, and the room smelled like cats, pee, and more mold. The bathroom door didn't close either. Hidden air fresheners were spotted all around the room, and still didn't help the putrid smell. Beds were pure springs. We couldn't get out fast enough. So bad I was considering contacting Hotel Impossible.

I was actually very impressed I have to say my most favorite is the bed! My children are off the hook 14, 4 & 2. They're extremely loud and everyone there was completely acceptable of then. They were up till after midnight I figured I would have received a complaint or even kicked out because on top of their loudness you have me screaming at them lol. My stay was very nice the room was clean it was very cute & comfortable the TV had kid channels it had channels for everyone the fridge, freezer, microwave and ac unitall worked AND THE SHOWER HAS HOT WATER THAT LASTS forever... Both toddlers took baths and my 14yr old daughter and I showered and we stay in sometimes for 45min lolThe owner is very nice and understanding all around if I could give this place a 10 I would! Don't even bother with the hotel next door I don't know where you can get a room with everything you need long lasting hot water brand new Tempur-Pedic beds friendly and great customer service for 4 people at $60I'm relocating to the east coast for a while but I'm definitely staying here on my way back to Seattle, WaPlease keep in mind the new owner just bought the place and he is renovating he will accommodate your every need!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice freshly remodeled room. Overall a very nice place to get a needed nights rest after a long day of driving, and at a much better rate than any of the other establishments in Kingdom City, Missouri.

This motel doesn t appear to be much but once you get inside you think you re in a higher priced hotel you forget that you re in the frontier Motel the bed was comfortable you had adequate space for everything you can actually comfortably live at this motel I would definitely stay here again they even allow my service dog no questions asked Unlike all the other hotels that I have to question you 40 times I want paperwork and for your dog have a vest even though the Americans with disability act does not require it

Awful experience. Went there for the lower price but regretted it. Owned by Indonesians who were rude unhelpful and unfriendly. They were very rude to my guest as well who came to take me somewhere I needed to go. They were asked to leave before they ever got out to my room because it was after10 pm. Never again

The room had mold in it the shower had mold . We found dead bugs saw roaches. The room was so cold and the bed had one thin blanket on it. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving instead of staying here.
