It's was 3am when we stopped. I'm traveling with my elderly, deaf and handicapped father. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient. I explained we needed two separate rooms, and he was thoughtful enough to not only put us on the ground floor, he put us right next to each other. Both rooms were very clean , well maintained, and fully stocked with what we needed. This was really a great place, especially for the price!

I had a two-night stay at the Days inn in Kingdom City upon arrival I booked with a third party the front desk was great about handling the issue also once I checked into my room it was very clean very nice they made it very convenient for me to take my dog out by giving me a lower level room there's also a very convenient Indian food truck right outside of the hotel which the food was great I plan to stay here again considering the nice service in the clean room.Rooms: Room was very clean and I did not deal with any body knocking on my door or loud noises from the rooms next to meSafety: I seen multiple sheriffs drive up and down the outer road right next to the hotelFood & drinks: Great Indian food truck located right outside the hotel in the parking lot

I tried to check in at 11 pm. They charged me $109 instead of the $51 abroad online price. Then the room they gave me wreaked of cigarette smoke. I asked for a different room as I'm a non-smoker. I was given another room that smelled worse and was still dirty. The parking lot is full of muddy pot holes, the rooms are terrible, and they all smelled like an ash tray.I ended up going to motel 6 right across the street for a much nicer room, better service, and only paid $66 after taxes.

I stopped in while on a road trip. 10pm at night after driving all day, just wanting to get some sleep! I inquired about a room and the woman made quite a fuss saying it was normally $135!! But she was SO nice she would lower the price by $50, bringing the rate to $85.My charges totaled up $96.07.The room was very clean, very comfortable. But I know that the general going rate for roadside motels is between $65 and $85.So don't lie to me, lady. I wasn't born yesterday!I brought this up with the front desk staff the next morning after I had gotten some sleep and asked if they cold match the online rate of $69. They looked at me blankly and refused.

The staff was outstanding! There was a miscommunication when I first arrive but after I spoke with the employee who was working at night, everything worked out perfectly! Not only were the rooms cleaned and replenished on a daily basis but everyone was very friendly and provided me with directions to businesses around the area. I definitely recommend this establishment to stay for business or vacation!Nothing else more to share, except that this was a great hotel to stay at and I really do appreciate everyone s professionalism and hospitality!

In no way am I a hotel snob, but this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There were no weather strips on the door, so bugs and light were coming in. There were no safety chain, the room smelled of cigarettes and some sort of mold, and overall dirty. I mean dirty. There are bugs all over the room, the shower had random hairs in it, the shower curtain and tub was dirty, and dust everywhere you looked. There are stains all over the mattresses, but luckily I didn t see any bed bug staining. The beds were comfy, and the AC worked well. (If you could get past the smell.) The shower was barely warm, and there was a splashed liquid on the wall by the door. It is backed up to the back of a truck stop. They do allow animals, so if you have allergies, beware. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past during the renaissance fairs (both spring and fall) because we work at them, providing patrons and families with entertainment and instruction. Im a simple guy, we just like a place to wash and rest from all the work over the weekend. My gripe isnt about the rooms, they arent 5 star stellar, they are acceptable. My gripe is the morality. I had booked 3 rooms through our CLC on August 12th for the upcoming weekend of October 21 and 22. I had confirmed reservations for nearly 7 weeks until today, October 3rd when CLC called to inform me that this Days Inn was somehow "overbooked" and I had to cancel. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN 7 WEEKS LATER? After another search through my CLC app I now see the rates for this Days Inn on those dates is now double what I got them for August 12th. This was nothing more than kicking off reserved customers in order to get more money from others, it is for this reason I will never stay at this particular hotel ever again. I hope anyone that reads this takes their business elsewhere.

I am so glad I didn t decide based on the reviews about this Hotel.I checked in and was surprised it doesn t look anyway like the reviews I saw. This place is clean, freshly renovated. The front seat is polite and friendly. They offer breakfast with varieties to pick from.My room was clean, no smell, all the facilities work fine and I had a good sleep. I am a trucker and they have ample space dedicated for trucks to park. Whenever I am anywhere close in the future, I will make sure to visit again.

We were very skeptical for staying in at a Days inn. In the past they weren't pleasant. But this location was SO clean!!! The night shift girl with long black hair was very sweet. We very much appreciate having a clean room to stay! Thank you so much for the nice room for us.Rooms: Super clean!Walkability: Easy access to the room

Good hotel. Not fancy but it is well worth the stay. As truckers we needed to get in a 34 hr reset. Read some bad reviews about this hotel but then saw one review that said "recently remodeled"... Yes! Very pleasant, quiet, clean. Glad we stopped in. Truck parking straight across from the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but they don't have king size beds and me and my husband love a big king size bed.Rooms: Recently remodeled. Clean. Just wish they had King size beds.

Getting there is a bit out of the way. Need to pass up 3 better hotels. Does have big truck parking, Room was recently refurbished but there wasn't even one usb charge port, floor was a laminate, I much prefer carpet. End tables had no drawers and were extremely small, Desk was less than a foot wide. Desk chair was old sturdy thing, other chair was very rickety. Pillows were nice. Room was clean. All in all an ok experience. Nothing bad to say about it they just seem to put not alot of effort into anything.

Nice truck parking but the hotel is run down.Tiny TV and small room.A single bed in the room but was only a full size.No sign of bedbugs but hair in the bed and bathroom.yuck! No plastic bag in the room for dirty clothes and not even a extra roll of toilet paper. It will do for one night but for 80 bucks I expected a bit better.

A nice travel stop. The room was clean but I think the air system needs new filters? I was stuffed up, coughing the entire evening while sitting in the room. I had to go outside for fresh air multiple times. Maybe there had been a dog in the room prior? Cats are not allowed as the desk staff is allergic, not sure about dogs. It was a quiet area next to a gas station and there was a simple breakfast in the AM. Priced right with awesome staff. Just the air quality...

I had a 1st floor Queen room. It was large & clean. As was the bathroom. The a/c / heat worked fine as the temperature changed outside. The bed was clean & comfortable. You can tell the building is a older building but as i said clean. The reason I only did 3 stars is a couple of issues. The bed had 3 VERY VERY SMALL pillows thank goodness it was just me because no way were they ok for 2 people supper soft. The other issue is the water was nice & hot for a bath but the stopper in the tub did not work I had to stick a washcloth in to be able to take a bath.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed when we arrived to check in. We had made a reservation in the spring to make sure we would get our room only to find that our room had already been given out. The person at the counter must not have been able to read the computer because she said that my reservation didn't say anything about the room being a handicapped accessible room nore even on the first floor. She originally told me our room was on the second floor. She then gave me a room on the 1st floor with 2 double beds saying there were none with a queen sized bed. I tried to show her my reservation on my phone being that it clearly showed what we were supposed to get and she didn't want to see it. We are seriously considering finding a different hotel chain for our future stays.

Customer service was great, they worked with me on a discount with my AAA, it was just me so I had a queen non smoking room. The lobby was clean and smelled good, the room was clean and smelled good, not of smoke at all. The bed looked upgraded with nice pillow tops. Sheets pillow cases and towels clean, bathroom clean. No signs of bed bugs or any other bugs.
