I called ahead to see if they would put tire on rim and they confirmed. Got there and they would not do it because, " the desk doesn't know what we do in the shop."

I have to have my daughter at the airport at 3am. I realized at 5:30pm that I had wires showing on my tire. I called the auto center. The lady on the phone didn t sound happy but, she told me they close at 7. I got here around 6 and she told me she didn t think they d have time but, she would ask. I told her my situation and also explained that I work for this company. I was just about in tears bc I d already drove here 30 minutes away and called before hand. The sweet gentleman who works in the shop agreed to put my tires on. I would definitely recommend this Walmart Tire and lube dept. I was expecting a bad experience but, they definitely proved otherwise. Thank you.Service: Tires

If you have any kind of modifications made to your car they can not work on it, including wheel spacers waited hrs for them to get to our car because they were slammed, so we understood there would be a wait but they got the tires off, seen the spacers that we didn t even know we re on there (my son just bought the car) and told us they couldnt change the tires even though they were already off. So we pick up the car they keep the lock key to his lugs and said they used their own until I sent his dad to speak to a manager to get his lock key back. One lug was so stuck after they put the tires back on we ruined a rim trying to get it off. Usually they are a great place to go get your tires changed just make sure you haven t modified anything.

It's been a few months but wanted to come on here and explain our experience with them. I've been here to take care of tires in years past and they were good. This most recent time though, we came in to get a set of new tires mounted and balanced (ordered and shipped to the store through Walmart.com), and the first time we barely got down the road and the shaking was so bad we went back right away. They balanced it two more times and it was slightly better but still not close to balanced. They tried to blame the new tires but I really didn't think it was the tires. Took the new tires to another Walmart (Dexter) and they balanced them no problem and we haven't had any problems. Turns out these guys counter balanced 3 out of the 4 tires, and they didn't balance any of them correctly. Not sure what was going on but be careful about coming here.

DO NOT GO HERE! they were very rude and made every excuse not not mount my tires! Said they can't mount a size bigger tire on stock wheels even though they've done it already for me in the truck I was driving! They obviously did not want to make any money that day. It was probably just too hot for the petite little bodies to do it.

I had an amazing experience at this wall mart auto center on July 18th afternoon. I and my son were going to Chicago and got big nail in our tire. Zane, john, and ken were just amazing. They fixed it nicely and advised to change tire in Chicago as they didn t have one in stock.Service: TiresService: Tires

Just had the best experience at this Walmart Auto Center! Thank you Tyler & staff for taking super good care of me! I had a major blowout on one of my tires the evening before the 4th of July while trying to take family back to my home in Memphis. So thankful they were open & then Tyler was super helpful, found me a tire that would work & had it ready to go in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you so much!

I'll take blame where blame is due, although I believe I clearly stated what tire to keep, and what one to discard. The result was me having to change out a flat tire 30min after I left there.

Servicing was efficient and timely. Not as good at providing a courtesy wipe down of the door handle/ trunk surfaces to clean of residual oils/grease.

Besides the the extreme amount of waiting, 4 hrs for an oil change and 3 tires to be put on it was ok.
