My Neighbor who is in her mid 80s had a bad battery in her vehicle. She kindly knocked on my door and asked if I could find Raben s number. I did not hesitate and immediately called on her behalf. Not only did they order her the specific battery that is the perfect fit for her vehicle, the gentlemen received it in stock and immediately came to the apartment complex and changed it for her. I really appreciated this gesture and hope that business will take care of individuals regardless of age in the exact same manner.

I would not recommend these folks if you have any sort of aftermarket wheels. I took my truck in to simply had some tires mounted and balanced. When I arrived my wheels were in flawless condition, no scratches, curb rash , no flaws whatsoever. When I received my truck back from their service techs the wheels had pieces of material dug into, and removed from the lip of the wheel, several scratches, and even a busted hub cap. When I reached out to them I was informed that they would take care of it somehow and right the wrong. I suggested just some wheel repair to fix the curb rash . And for 2 months I got pushed around on it. So I finally get an update and they can not find any shops nearby that ll repair wheels. So the next suggestion was to replace my wheels with an identical set, or a set of equal to or lesser than value. Since this proposal I haven t heard a single word from who I was dealing with, and actually have been ignored over the subject. And might I add this has been going on since January, I even have the messages to prove it. Very unprofessional. I d rate my experience with this shop at the lowest possible rating.

I called Baben about 4:30 pm and informed there office that I had a flat tire. The office employee I was dealing with seemed reluctant to help me, but after me not taking no for a answer they sent a field technician to help me. The field technician did a amazing job and was very professional and helpful and got me back on the road in about 30 minutes. So what I am saying is that the office staff should take some pointers for there field technician!

I had trouble on the interstate and was able to make it to Raben Tire in Kennett, MO. Because of the size of tire I needed, I had to leave my car over the weekend. Phil and the entire crew could not have been more caring and friendly. They took great care of my car (and me) and I could not be more grateful. Highly recommend Raben Tire.

They were ok until they performed a job for a woman and did not tell Her the truth. It got back to me and now the entire family is forbidden to use them. Dishonest practices by one of their employees has cost them thousands from a large family group with lost if cars and trucks. By the way I'm the old man.

I would truly like to say the the Staff from front to back who went way beyond an everyday job to an experience I will never forget. It started with my wife going to work and having a blowout on the highway in front of her job. Well she called me all frantic and said what am I going to do after explaining the situation. I told her I am at work in blytheville and could not come home to change the tire. So I called Raben Tire in Kennett Mo. After explaining the situation they sent 2 people out to change the tire. They replaced all 4 tires and had it waiting for me to pick up when she got off I recommend this company very highly because the is a difference between customer service and just doing your job. Thanks guys and gals for your help. Never buy tires anywhere else.

It was a late cold winters evening and soon to be closing time , it was freezing rain and sleeping outside when I pulled in with a slow leak in one of my truck tires , but it was no problem , they immediately pulled my truck in and got it fixed and I was on my way ! Thanks Rabin tire for your good work ! I appreciate having your place of business in Kennett ,mo. !

Worked on their Main Lobby AC. Everybody I dealt with here were polite and upbeat. They were pretty busy while I was there so that should tell you something

Called them to get new tires first time I called and the woman told me she hold tires till next day, called next day some guy said she shouldn't have told me that because I have to make an appointment before I even go in. so he made me an appt for the next day. I call up there and they are not even open. And scheduled me for next week without even telling me. Not good so far communication wise. Who schedules people for an appointment on a day they don't even work?? Kinda ignorant. Anyways I'll update if the appt goes better or worse lolLate Update: when i went in for appointment they didnt even have the original tires i wanted... which was 200 dollars. instead had to buy brand new seasonal tires for 400$. wasn't trying to spend that much. And they only had a like 2 selections. Hopefully they have better communication and employees training for their other customer's. I wont be going back.

Back in September I had the tires rotated on my truck. They found that I had a seal leaking on the rear axel. When I was having the repairs being made on the seals ( not be rabin) we found 2 lug nuts had been replaced on the wheel. These 2 lug nuts were a different size than the other ones were. If I had a flat on that tire I would not have been able to change the tire with the one lug wrench I had. We also found that one of the stud bolts had been changed out. I was never told about any of this. I tried confronting them in a respectful manner to let them know they had an employee that was not trustworthy. When they looked the rotation work up on their computer they couldn't find any information on the work. They later called me and said there was a mixup on the information that had put into their computer. Needless to say I will not be doing any more business with them again. My only goal was to help them by informing them of the problems one of their employees may be causing them in the future. Really sad.

Bought new set of tires in July. Was replacing tires like for like. I felt that the tires I was replacing had prematurely worn with no more miles that was on them. Almost like tires had to much calcium in them. Was smeared and worn down very quickly. I ask if they could have a Goodyear Rep look at them for maybe an adjustment on price of new.2-3 weeks went by no news. I called , they said they would leave a note for person to call me. Never got a call back. I finally went by and ask ,said had not talk to rep ,I said I felt they should. Finally she said I could get 20% off next set of tires I buy.but would have to purchase at other location. (Really?). Then I hadFlat on 9/16 on these new tires. Said tire was ruined. Luckily I have road hazard. Was told tire was at other location would be in Thursday. 9/19. Brought vehicleIn 9/20 , told me then tire was not there. A phone call Thursday would have been nice. They said would probably be in Monday 9/23. I received no phone call so 9/24 I called. They said still not in. Finally 9/26 I received a call saying tire was there.ALSO I was told in July when I purchase new tires I would receive a $100 Visa card. I have yet to receive this card. I have told them numerous times.I know this is lengthy, but I feel the ball was dropped numerous times and I may have not been told exactly what was going on.Which in turn kinda had a snowball effect with me being the victim.

I was getting ready to take a long trip and discovered a metal object in my tire. Walmart couldn t assist me but Raben fixed my tire and I was on the road in no time. Excellent service!
