From the time I reached out through the internet to my visit at the dealership it has been the best purchasing experience I have ever had at a GM dealership. My salesman Kieth and all the folks at Glenn Sain in Kennet was well worth the two hour drive one way for me. They gained a customer for life from me.

Outstanding! Going above and beyond to locate a new transmission and did amazing job of completing the other necessary services our vehicle needed. Oil changed, filter cleaned, muffler changed at our request and tires rotated. Fabulous service! Thanks!

Great service, as always. There is zero cell service in the waiting room for those of you who work remotely. A bonus is they have charging stations for your device and will provide the wifi number upon request.

This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership easiest I have ever worked with. I was in and out in 1hour. Logan was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was covered at the best price. I recommended anyone to go see Logan!!

Our salesman worked hard to help us get into our dream vehicle that was built but was not yet delivered. We value honest and up front communication - and they hit it out of the park! We got the truck we wanted at the price we wanted - with no surprises or hidden fees. It doesn t get any better - or easier - than the service we received!

Mechanic came to my house got my vehicle running and I followed him back to the dealership. Once there they got the part I needed and repaired it. I m always treated with respect when I go there. I recommend Glen Sain.

I drove 150 miles to work with this dealer. It was well worth the 6 hour round trip. It was the very best car buying experience in my life, and I have bought a lot of cars and trucks in the past 50 years. Tom Staten, Corey the guys in parts and service were especially helpful. The lady on the front desk was also extremely nice and helpful. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for making our experience a great one.

My vehicle was in the shop for 2 days, I received no call, text , or email regarding what services were conducted. I had to come to the dealership after day 2 , to inquire about the status and request they drop the vehicle off at my job when completed (which took the end of business). The service personnel and service technician offered no explanation as to what was wrong or what was done to remedy the issue. I wasn't pleased with this experience whatsoever.

The guys in service were excellent! Mark and Hunter went above and beyond to repair and get me back in my Yukon as quick as possible! Would recommend Glen Sain's service team over any others I've dealt with!

Made me feel welcome and walked me through every step. Made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to where I could understand it. Did a run through of all the features on my new vehicle so I can get the most experience out of it. Really nice place.

Service staff was helpful and made my service experience fast and hassle free. They answered questions I had and even walked me to an experienced tech for more technical suspension questions about my truck in order to ensure that I had the best information possible. 10/10

It was great experience- everything was as we discussed before coming for a test drive. Brandon Brown was knowledgeable with the features on SUV and helpful getting everything set up and ready to use. Financing went smoothly-paperwork ready quickly. This is the second vehicle we have bought there this year and will recommend Glen Sain to friends looking to buy.

They have a great group of people working there. They came picked up my truck, left me with a car to drive did the service work brought lt back to meYou can t find that kind of service anymore.A++Ps. I live and work 40 minutes away from the dealership.
