Jacob is timely, communicative, and does a great job on his work. My phone looked like garbage after it fell off the roof of my truck. 3 hours after dropping it off, it looks brand new.Thanks guys, would definitely recommend and will use again if needed!

Awesome experience! Went in to get front and back glass replaced on my phone. They ordered the parts, had them the next day and had phone fixed in 2 hours as promised! Highly recommend! And did it cheaper than other quotes I had gotten.

They ordered the new screen for my pho e without me having to pay and someone stole the money I had saved back for it but instead of charging me for the screen or sending it back they said they would hold onto it for me till I managed to get the money. They were awesome!!!

I bought a new/refurbished laptop from Smart Fix. Their service ensuring everything was correct on my device was awesome. We are very lucky to have a shop like this in Kearney. These guys are good!

These guys are wonderful. I had a cracked screen and the right side of my phone didn t respond to touch. They fixed it in less than two hours. Fast forward to the next day .I dropped my phone and, yep, you guessed it .the screen cracked again. I took it back in and not only did they fix it, but gave me a discount also. I don t take my devices anywhere else.

Had them fix my son's HDMI port on his Xbox One. They are amazing! From the time a phone call is made all the way to pick up, I'm impressed! In fact, if you call and they don't answer, they call back. I didn't even leave a message! Won't go anywhere else after this one visit! Thanks!

I had a broken back glass on my cell phone. They ordered the replacement and called when the part arrived but in inspection it was damaged. Even though it was no fault of their own they apologized asked if I could wait a day for a new part and offered me a free screen protector. The repair was fast, cost effective, and done with appreciation for my business. I highly recommend SmartFix for your cell phone repair needs.

I took my computer to Smart Fix when they first opened in Kearney and they did a great job to correct the "blue screen of death". Yesterday, I had a charging port issue with my Pixel 2XL and they quickly corrected this issue as well. I have been in our small town of Kearney for a long time and welcome a neighborhood feel of this shop. Thanks much for their efforts and will spread the word to others with similar issues to have repaired. Try them out...you will be impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge!!

I smashed my iPhone and didn t have 5000 photos backed up to iCloud. The Apple store couldn t even retrieve the pictures for me, but Smart Fix was able to retrieve them all!!! I was extremely pleased with Smart Fix, they were super helpful, quick and affordable. Will contact them first from now all for all of our electronic needs.

They were quite helpful to me. I needed my tablet repaired asap. The part I needed was not available, so they gave me a quick fix so I could continue to use it. They did a great job.

Saved 2 phones, in just 2 days. one had fallen 30 feet to concrete the other was ran over by a semi. As good as new now and all my pics and data was there waiting for meFast, very professional and prices that are hard to find anywhere else.Thanks to the smart fix staff

Brenden is really professional with great customer service and always gets you right in and fixed up in a timely fashion!! I m super thankful for there being a store here in Kearney too that s local and convenient and not too pricey! This was my 3rd fix and all 3 visits have been 5 star.

Says they need to see the phone before making an offer on it. Then they offer $15 upon seeing a perfect phone. Better business down in liberty where they paid me $40 for my phone. Sure they are good at fixing screens though.

They charged me 60.00 dollars to fix the speaker on my phone didn't get it fixed. They said it must be in the board it would a lot more money
