We went today after lunch next door. I was disappointed when I got home. The windows weren t clean and had the marks from the rollers on them leaving dirt, the front was loaded with bugs and the windows and windshield had bugs on them still. Area near the license plate still had dirt all over it not very good for the 25.00 I spent on their MVP car wash. I wouldn t recommend this place. I did happen to get a couple photos of the bugs on the front (I had already spent 20 minutes cleaning my windows). Save yourself the money and find an alternative option.I was looking to set up a monthly plan but will be using Charlie s instead.

Love coming here! We have a membership and the workers are very friendly and thorough. Cute Kansas City football team light halfway through. We live on a dirt road and so our membership is well worth it to come through at least 4 times a month.

Really good wash and good vacuum areas. Dash and detail towels were clean. Left one of my car mats there, wasn t able to get back for two weeks. Not only did they still have it but they fully cleaned it and my other mats. Exceptional!

Hands down the best car wash and vacuums. Staff are always super. Only negative thing is they don't have a location in West Des Moines IA where I live. If I was in Kearney more often I would definitely buy a membership here!

I came for the introductory three months of car washes for $30, and I stayed for the excellent service, vacuums, and all that goes along with it! For once, I am actually keeping my car clean! The Club is clean and the staff & service is great. The vacuums are super strong.. & I mean SUPER strong, (& FREE) so be sure to check under your seats before you begin! They offer real towels & window cleaner at no extra charge as well. (return those towels!) I am usually alone when I drive thru & vacuum my car; so to the SINGLE LADIES, or just to the ladies who go alone like me- you will not feel like you always need to watch your back. (Altho we should always be aware of our surroundings!) I have been to car washes where you are beside a line of shrubs or bushes when you are vacuuming your car or you re in a stall when you are washing your car.. & you feel kind of closed in & it always made me uneasy. (Plus, you are hurrying to get done before your time & money runs out, correct?) however, at Club Car wash I know that someone is in the office, or out & about & it s a very open & clean area. (That s why I added pics! Plus- my car looks good & it s 8 yrs old!) With all that being said, so glad I signed up.. past my initial 3 mos! Well worth it!! (I definitely think I really am treating my car better than I ever have!)Lastly, The drive-thru gate is SO GREAT! IF you are signed up as a club member you can just pass right through the with no stopping- but I always slow down to grab a towel to use while going thru the wash! Don t forget to tip! I don t live in Kearney but was driving through and stopped at this car wash. I waited 30 minutes with roughly 6 cars in front of me . Only to find out the car wash was broken. Emailed customer service for a refund and they wouldn t give my money back. Rather offered me free car wash coupons that I can t use because I don t live there. So they took my money without rendering a service. I wouldn t recommend.

All together, a great business, along with it being a clean, spacious business, with courteous employees, that help you with any discrepancies or a problems you may have. They have good deals on carwash packages all the time. Give them a try but beware you'll probably keep going back.

I love this place and for many reasons. They take care of their veterans. It's on the way home, the line is never too long. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vacuums suck...in a good way!!! If I could give this car wash more than 5 stars I would. We live on a gravel road and my suv is always covered in dust. This is the first automatic car wash with an attendant that has gotten back end of my vehicle clean!

Love the KC Chiefs logo in the middle. Does a good job. Like the damp towel to clean the inside, but hard to return it at the end.

worthless, paid $12 for the vip wash and the kids and automatic washer can't get it clean, also one of the guys blocked the sign telling me to let off brake and put the car in neutral, hope it didn't damage my undercarriage. Next time I will just wash the car myself.

We're from out of state and had just driven 17+ hours to come visit family so our car was plastered in dirt and bugs. The attendants were extremely helpful, they gave us extra towels to wipe everything down on the inside while going through the wash and FOUR people were pretty-treating the bugs on the car!! We doubted all the bugs would come off knowing how bad it was and NOT ONE bug remained. The vacuums were great and they even had mat clips for extra thorough vacuuming. We have a car wash membership back home and are feeling a little ripped off now haha.Service: Vacuuming

This place is awesome! Visiting from Minnesota and needed to get all the dead bugs off my car. Ok, let s get into it! The attendant was super helpful and happy. The crew sprayed down my car before entering the wash, and there wasn t a bug left! Vacuuming my own car has been the bane of my existence but they make it super easy! Yes yes yes!

This is the slowest carwash around. If the carwash damages your vehicle they will not pay for the damages, fyi.

Me and my husband stopped by to get a Single Wash at about 7 PM a little earlier this week and there was a young man in a red polo shirt and brown hair who cleaned our car all by himself (and we weren t the only ones), but he didn t look like he was having the greatest of times so we decided to give him a tip and he took it and said an extremely fake thank you. He looked so tired, but then when we were just pulling out wiping our car down he was out in the parking lot picking up some towels and asked us how our wash was, what he could ve done better and apologized for the lack of friendliness! Absolutely incredible worker and a very clean car too!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing

Well, it is a nice automatic car wash but there is an issue with something in the process. I have been going there for almost 6 months and I think I will have to return to my previous car was with my monthly subscription.I have a white newer SUV and I cannot imagine others with a white vehicle are not encountering the same issues. There are little black specs of ??? that must be wiped off immediately after it goes through the wash or they are difficult to remove. I don't always have time to detail my SUV and want to just "run it through" the wash. You absolutely cannot do that or it looks like you have driven on a newly asphalted road with the tires throwing up specks of oil/asphalt.Yes, I have spoken to them there at the car wash and we have tried every level of wash - it happens with all of them. So they even showed me how easily it wipes off after following my vehicle through the wash and trying to pinpoint the issue. Even if you wipe it down right after it is washed, if it is a warm day, the spots start to adhere, making it more difficult to remove them.If your vehicle is dark in color you would be fine as you will never see these spots, whatever they are.Time for me to move on as I am wasting my money as I don't go because it leaves my SUV clean but soiled.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

All-in-all, it s a pretty decent car wash. The young adults do a great job during prewash and take a considerable amount of time to ensure that the bugs are removed from the front windshield and bumper.However, I have the upgraded wash with the tire shine. After a few times through the wash, I ve had to remove the tire shine from my account because it would sling the residue all over my truck and then I would have to immediately take it back to wash it again. And that tire shine isn t easy to get off the vehicle and took a lot of scrubbing.So when I removed the tire shine from my account, which is down grading, they wanted to charge me an additional $2.00 fee which I thought was super weird. They said it would also change my charge date as well. So needless to say, I had to argue about that charge as petty as $2 was, but I m about principle and not about being charged for downgrading my service package. But that had been so he only issue so far.Service: Auto detailing

Newer car wash. So far, after 3 visits, the car wash itself isn't bad. We chose the MVP wash which did quite well on our vehicles. 4 days later and the tire shine is still there. The vacuums are free with the wash, which had become normal. The vacuums here are very powerful, being a newer facility I would expect that, hopefully they take care of the system properly with maintenance and filter changes and keep it that way. Again, as most have nowadays, there is a vacuum for each side of the car per spot. They provide you with a spun dry towel on approach to wipe out the inside of your vehicle. This is nice, however, the answer I received for the dampness was residual soap and water from being spun dry. I question putting random soap on real leather. I did it, and I've had no concerns yet. The floor mat clamps by the vacuums are a little weak but hold pressure as long as you close them onto the mats.We are currently signed up for the $10 a month promo, using the MVP wash, and at this moment continue to keep that.Once the promo is up they are a little expensive, but hopefully society will adjust, which may adjust their prices.

Great car wash! I have the monthly membership and use it every chance I get. Vacuum area is great. Micro fiber towels and window cleaner provided for use. The only complaint I have is that the back of my suv never gets cleaned. Customer service is horrible here. The young girl employee 2063 working the pay booth has a disgraceful attitude. Eye rolls, smart mouth, told me to leave if I didn't like it. Wow! Also made sure she ran into the wash as I was pulling in to tell the guys to make sure not to pressure wash my car since she didn't like me. Find some now employees fast! These teenagers are ruining this place.

I must write to say that Club Car Wash refused to replace my tire after the attendant did not pay attention and my vehicle was damaged. There were two attendants at the entrance and the one chastised the other for not noticing my tires were in alignment to enter. I had purchased the car a few days before and yes my tires were new as well until my tire was damaged at the car wash. Since it is an all wheel drive I needed to purchase an entire new set of tires. Yet they claimed no responsibility. They believe they re right and I know I had to buy a new set of tires.

I was hoping to give it a five. We went through one day, and it did not get the back of my SUV clean at all. We went back today and asked about them getting the back better. It s not like my car is filthy, it s just normal dust and dirt. I was hoping to love it and get a membership, but sadly will not be doing so. I m only giving it a 3 because my garage smells good for days after going here.

Excellent car wash. Free rags to use while you ride thru wash. Dries nicely and there are free vacuum stations with car mat holders. Monthly pass special right now is amazing. It's brand new works great!

Not too bad, cycles seem a little short and the water pressure is not near as good as other cat washes. Vacuums are wonderful, at least the ones that work had to move spots to be able to use a right and left hose.

I have 3 cars on their plan. I think it s the employees that are consistent (as in the same people and little turn over) and they are just awesome. I recommend them to 2 of my neighbors who also signed up in KMO.
