Highly recommend this company! We had a rental van for a week and a half and it was the nicest wheelchair van I have ever driven. Kara is amazing and made our experience with United Access one we will always remember. We will definitely be contacting this wonderful company when we are ready to buy one. Thank you!

I rented a van from the Kansas City location. My father had a doctor's appointment and we were not sure how we would be able to transport him. We called around to several places, but since we were not close to Kansas City, several of the places were not going to be able to help. One of them told us about United Access. I reached out to them about renting a van and it was flawless. Kara reached out to us beforehand and answered all of the questions we had. We arrived to pick up the van the day we had it reserved for. She went over everything with us and we were on our way. The van ran great, it was easy to use and we were able to transport my father to his doctor's appointment and back without any problems. I would highly recommend this company!

My daughter had a conference in Columbia, MO. I reached out to United Access - Kansas City, MO to rent one of their vans. It was a smooth ride and very convenient to get my daughter in and out of the van. She was able to sit in the back seat and rather than sit in her wheelchair the whole trip which she liked. We will rent again with United Access on our next trip out of town.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica with Braun ramp and conversion package. Within 2 weeks the wiring harness cover of the door had broken off. Called Stephen my sales rep and sent pictures via email. He asked me to contact Jason, the service guru who evidently thought I was some Joe Blow off the street calling in for a part and put me off almost 2 weeks then called my after hours on a Thursday evening telling me I should buy the part on E-bay. I was completely confused and said, No, sir, are you unaware that I just purchased this vehicle from you? I told you in our first conversation that I had just purchased this vehicle from you. He then apologized and attempted to setup a service call with me on January 1st. I said, I don t think so because you re not open on that day it s a holiday. I finally had this obviously incompetent individual call my sales rep on his cell phone and explain to him the completely incompetent service he had provided me. I had to threaten legal action to get my service appointment scheduled earlier than Jan 2nd. This all happened because, evidently, the service department (Jason) was NOT notified of a NEW SALE and when I sent the picture of the problem with my vehicle the sales department (Stephen) didn t forward the message with a note saying, Hey, this is a new sale under warranty, please take care of this customer. Instead, I get an after hours call telling me to buy the parts on eBay! Can you imagine my anger after spending $60k with these people. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I have had the pleasure of renting from the northland location and the south location. Both offices are filled with friendly, professional people. They are awesome and the wheelchair vans are super nice, clean and run great. I just wish I had enough money to buy one instead of rent!

The VA sent us to United Access for our disability accessible van and the employees at United Access were incredible. We worked with Steven to get our first van and when we had any issues they got us in and out almost immediately. When it was time to trade our van in they worked with us to get us something we could afford and all their vehicles are inspected and reliable. We recommend United Access to anyone who needs a handicap accessible vehicle.

Our experience with United Access in Kansas City, MO could not have been better. Stephen Kinstler was the person who worked with us. He was extremely helpful with helping us choose a van and patient as we decided. No hard sell here! We've had our van since October 2016 and love it. It does everything Stephen said it would and we were completely satisfied with the whole process. We would certainly buy another van from United Access.

One phone call to Stephen and his team at United Access was all it took to put my husband into a conversion van we desperately needed in short order. They took all the fear of the process away and handled each detail for us.What a blessing! United Access was caring and treated us with respect throughout the process. We would recommend them to anyone.

Predatory dealer to families with severe medical conditions and needs.. They sell vans with the selling point of purchasing back in the future if the van is no longer needed. In my experience, they sold my family member a van for an ALS patient. He passed away after 4 months. Upon returning the van to sell it back, they offered 60% of the purchase price (the van had only been used for 1 tank of gas in the 4 months to drive him to doctors appointments). They finally offered 65% which is still ridiculous! Upon talking to the salesman, he wouldn't look my sister in the face. He said "I just expected him to live longer.." Families have no choice but to purchase vans for assisting families members with series medical conditions. This company is horribly shameful! Granted they need to make money as well.. but this is ridiculous.! Beware future buyers!!!
