great work from a great family business. Waldo at it's best! strongly recommend! They have the worst communication, told us the car was ready to pick up only for us to show up and see it still stripped in their yard. They took 3 months longer than they told us it would take and kept pushing back pickup date due to things they didn t pick up on upon first inspection. After all that, and $8,000, they continue to call us about owing more money which should have been included in the cost when we picked the car up. The one star they are receiving from me is for the decent job they did putting the car back together, in 3.5 months.Service: Body & Trim

Dave and his guys repaired a problem on my 1991 Toyota pickup. I'm not easily impressed, but their work was really outstanding. I expect the repair to last another 30 years. Price was reasonable. Professional and courteous people who seem to have integrity, based on my experience.

Good work at a very reasonable price. Is definitely a family shop with a personal touch. I had the roof of my Corvette repainted after it flew off due to me not latching it, and Southwest Body Shop quoted the repair hundreds cheaper than any Chevy dealer I talked to. The roof looks great, it was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the personal service is always a nice touch. I will return again.

After leaving our car in KC due to a rear-end collision, I am very happy with the job and people at SW Body shop. The repair looks great, even a skilled aircraft machinist commented about it; nothing was lost from the trunk; and there have been no surprises over the past month. We have our road car again. The people at SW were straightforward and honest about the whole process, and I thank them sincerely, as we were out-of-state, too.5 stars, no question, no reservation!Larry

These guys are difficult to deal with when trying to get a vehicle towed over to their shop. There are unwilling to pay for the tow and add it to the bill that will eventually be sent to the customer/insurance. When you involved in an accident and need a place to tow your car for repair, these guys are not going to be very helpful. They were really unwilling to work with me and were completely fine with me taking my business elsewhere.

I had a tree branch fall and hit my car, they did a great job with both replacing necessary parts and taking the dents out and repainting other parts to help me keep the repair cost down. They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.

Great quality on the job done on my vehicle. I was impressed with the integrity of this group. The job was done on time and on budget. They did what they said the would. I've now had another vehicle repaired here and recommended friends and family to come to this place.

I called here because the latch to my hood was a hazard and broken. Needles to say Dave (the owner), helped me out tremendously. I had no idea the entire piece snapped, but he got my parts ordered and fixed in a timely fashion. It took about an hour for them to fix my hood and it was inexpensive to do.Call them, it's a little shop but I love the work.

This is an amazing local body shop that is run by hardworking and kind people. We had mix-up on what work we wanted completed, and they graciously and immediately took full responsibility and reduced the final price accordingly a level of customer service that I ve never experienced. If you are looking for timely and quality body work with people that you can trust, definitely checkout this place.

Dave and his crew of professionals are outstanding in their work and perform in the Good Old American way with Honesty, Craftsmanship and a price that will fit your budget. Years ago, they lost the bolt for my seatbelt attachment and forced a wrong-threaded bolt in its place--completely destroying it--and hid it from me. If I'd been in a high-speed accident with a kid in the back, it would have been fatal. I can't stand people putting my life and the lives of my loved ones in danger on account of their own laziness.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident and needed a new door. I also needed my seatbelt replaced. I checked 4-5 places (including A&B carstar on the plaza, A&B carstar in the Northland (mechanic recommended), Whitney Collision and Lindan Auto Mecanical and body) some of which refused to even work on the vehicle. Southwest quickly fit me in and quoted a price which was a lot cheaper than any of the above listed. It took a little longer than they said it would to get to my car (3-4 days longer), but once they did I was satisfied with work. They found a used door that matched the paint and a used seatbelt which saved me a lot of $$. Highly recomend for work done without insurance involved. Stay away from Lindan Auto as they quoted about double the price for the same repair.

Price was as they estimated and substantially lower than anyone else I knew of in the area. Company prefers cash/check over credit card due to fees which is a vibe you get walking into the place but it is not explicitly stated until you are settling up. Mechanical work due to a wreck was done and it seemingly been working well even about a month later.

Had front clip replaced. It has never been attached the right way. One side is about 1/4in off from being flush. Went back all they did was put in a screw. It did help I guess I should be glad that screw might stop from coming off . They were going in vacation, my car was rushed and did a bad job.

Used them for Honda, Subaru and Kia repairs. Dave is a straight shooter and will discuss options for new parts, used parts or bailing wire, depending on your budget.
