Overall great buying experience! I was helped by Carlos & Charlie and the excelled above and beyond expectations to help me get into a truck. It was a friendly environment and they make you feel at home. Carlos and Charlie answered all of my questions and made sure I understood every little thing. Definitely and already have told my friends and family of this place!

Charlie helped me getting my ford explorer the whole experience itself was tremendous. 100% honestly out the gate, and the patience level that he gave us with the situation I was in was the key favor why this sale was so stupendous. I would highly recommend coming to this auto mall. They help all!

I had to drive 330 miles to visit them to pick up a Prius they had. Aldo was helpful and nice as was the rest of the staff that we dealt with while we were there on our visit. I like the car, think I got it for a good price, so the overall trip and experience were great.

Thank you again Charlie. I came in on a snowy day and with no hopes of buying a car. This man helped me into a one owner vehicle and fought for me with less a perfect credit score. They saw past the reports and saw me in need. We worked out an amazing deal that s fair and I truly will be coming back every time. I would hope that anyone can feel this experience when buying a car.

I have purchased three vehicles from them I had no problems with any of the three vehicles. They did the financing in house through one of there lenders. They try there best to work with your credit. The payments are a bit more but that is to be expected if you have moderate to poor credit as with any loan in home lending will always be slightly higher than say a personal loan from a credit union. So if your looking for a used car that's reliable and sold to you by friendly honest helpful peeps give this place a look. Definitely an overall good experience every time! I definitely recommend it !

Man Chris and Mike here at silver eagle really really just blessed me and honestly made me feel so important and special. So I had down payment money right. I have income I have decent credit not horrible not great on so call it fair credit. These two listened to me explain how places such as drive now ummm instant auto assured me they could work with any situation that what their creditors were use to and good at. Now that was the first lie they told me. I Spent uber money to both places thinking OK I'm driving out of here today. After the conversation on the phone when both locations I swore I was. Of course they lied they needed a cosigner why because social security disability is an income well its not enough. Boy who you telling. Anyways these two assured me after talking to them telling them my battle with heart failure at 31 two life support trips and I just wanted reliable transportation to the Dr home because the bus and iris is still a walk and wears you out. So they even said you will be getting a car. The kept their word they ran every creditor had me try several different vehicles to make sure it was easy for me to get in and out of and felt like a strong car I originally showed up looked at a 08 Pontiac vibe never heard of it and it was OK different but I told them if it's all I can get ill take it. Nope Chris was on a mission to have me in something newer nicer. I mean they spent all day helping me I felt like a star customer in the red carpet like my health mattered that much to these guys I was honestly blessed to met them. Not only did i test drive several options I loved but they did it they got me in a 15 Subaru clean leather Bluetooth safe safe car with the down payment I could make and payments low enough lower than I even told them I expected which was 350. They beat that and went lower. I felt so special and like they really do truly care for their customers and go to the top for them. Thank you so much

Was looking for financing option for a while and Silver eagle auto mall provided the best option for me at this point in time. Charlie helped me out let me test drive the car and financing went smoothly, would recommend them to anyone.

A very wonderful experience at Silver Eagle Auto Mall in Riverside, MO. Charlie Covey is a wonderful salesman, couldn't be more happier with the salesman and the vehicle purchase. Looked around on their lot test drove a few till we found one we liked and found the perfect one. Charlie definitely is the man to talk to.

Carlos was the gentleman that helped me purchase my Mercury today! They took AMAZING care of me from the time I walked in until I finalized my transaction. Silver Eagle Auto Mall illegally falsified documents stating that an inspection had been done and that the vehicle had passed inspection. We bought and took the car to a certified reputable shop and found out that the car needed over $5,500 dollars in repairs before it was even drivable. They willingly and knowingly sold a dangerous car with ILLEGAL DOCUMENTS to a handicapped person who they believed they could pull one over on. For your own safety and the sake of others, buy from someone else. The people here clearly have no conscience.
