I had a great experience today at Priced Right Auto Clinic. They got me in quickly and then took the time to analyze my issue, explain it to me in terms I could understand, and offer me suggestions and options. The work was completed on time at a fair price. I will go back. Nice people, clean shop.

Took my old truck in for an annual state inspection, just last week, and everything I saw and heard, while there, was impressive. This is a very new family business in our area and I like that already. They have great customer service, greeting everyone as they enter. They are "car guys" who know and like cars but are able and willing to show and explain your vehicle's issues without talking down to anyone. They look you in the eye and listen to what you say. They are fair and reasonable with pricing and completion time estimates. They value their customers. I'll be back and until then I'll be highly recommending them to my own friends beyond this review. This was a happy find especially as a female customer.

They seemed pretty legit judging by reviews. I Came in to have camshaft sensors replaced & replace filter due to an autozone diagnostic. My car is shutting off mid drive STILL. I called to let them know & they said not to trust AutoZone & that I would need to pay for a diagnostic through them. I paid & never received any info about it. I just called to see about checking something else that may be causing the problem & was hung up on. Called back twice & was sent to voicemail both times.If you're a woman make sure you have someone with you that knows about cars. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge with vehicles & that is not fair.Update 2/16/24: I just got my car back after they went in further & found the root of the problem.Thousands of dollars later, There are still issues I'll never know about or maybe my car is just to the point of no return.

I stopped in to get a brake replacement quote. They were less than other quotes in the area. The owner, James, completed the job on time, as promised. Please give this father and son duo a try if you want affordable, quick, and honest service.

I was looking for a place to service my car and look it over. The Dean's were very customer friendly. Explained what they found needed attention, explained a repair process and a cost estimate before doing the work. If you are looking for honest mechanics and a family business this is the place. I'm about to give my 15-year-old car to a family member in Texas. I brought the car in for an oil change and asked them to give everything a once over to ensure it would be set for a long road trip and not need any maintenance for a while.
