Best and easiest decision ever! If I just drive thru three times, the monthly membership pays for itself plus all the accessories to clean and vacuum and their staff is amazing. The curly haired girl up front and especially Isaiah have been so kind on separate occasions. Accommodating, polite and just an excellent experience consistently! Thanks Kevin s-ope! Now Speeders!

Needed to deep clean a car and was passing by Speeders (previously Kevin s) and they hooked me up with a month of unlimited washes for the price of 1 wash! I was surprised by the vacuum area and all the tools they had to detail your car.Isaiah was really helpful and was on top of things keeping towels and sprays stocked and the trash cans full.Definitely would recommend just because the unmatched customer service and detailing supplies!

I love Kevin s! One of the best car washes in the KC Metro! I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Isaiah was so helpful and such a hard worker, he definitely deserves a raise!

Kevin s car wash did not do well today for me. Most of the cleaners were filled with water. No chemicals at all. I got a nice scuff on my fender when I washed it today then I have to try to get buffed out. This is the second time that this is happened that one of the car washes. I usually go to Omaha to get my car washes done but I like to travel and be able to wash it when I go to Kansas City to see my family. The air nozzles barely worked last time that I was there for blown up crevices. Today they had zero air at all and the air nozzles. Overall was pretty dismal experience compared to normal even from this location. Everybody seem to be ticked off at the world around there. None of the employees had very happy personality. If this was normal, I would not pay a monthly charge for this. Look at the pictures you can see I went around for a whole bunch of different stations and took pictures of the different bottles. You can definitely tell by the glass cleaner that is water down diluted really bad summer nearly pure white, I also noticed it in the all purpose cleaner and in the scented carpet spray. I went there two weeks ago to the same location and I honestly felt that it was below par for what I expect at all the other locations I go to a Russell Speeder s. Today it was much worse than when I speak of the personalities I talk to two people walking by and didn t even understand what they were saying because they re mumbling and avoiding eye contact.

Been coming here for the past couple of years and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.Recently had a work assignment in Omaha and they also had a Speeders too so that was super convenient for me. Shoutout to Zay in KC for helping me out while I cleaned out my car. Such a humble guy and cool to talk to.

Get there early, closer to the building you will find towels. Towels further from building are rare. Been going here since February of 2022 and absolutely love it.

Went here on July 14, 2023, to have my car washed as usual. Ended up with getting my bumper pulled off. Went to file a complaint and a member hands me a business card and says I have to do it online. Go to file the complaint and get charged to fill out and send the form. Then on top of it is a third party the form gos through. In the end it's going to cost me a thousand dollars to fix, and probably will never here from them. Will never use there services again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Living downtown, there isn t a lot of options for a car wash. I ve been displeased with this place for years, but have continued to come back due to convenience. However, today will be my last visit. A few years back I was talked into a monthly unlimited membership at a very low rate. After a few months, the price increased so I canceled. Every time I come back as a nonmember I m hassled by the staff to purchase another unlimited membership. My partner, who was never a member, gets hassled too. And today, I found out that they have blocked off most of the vacuum spots and all mat washes to the non-members. This is a new development as I was there a few weeks ago with my partner. So if you aren t a monthly member, be prepared for staff to try to sell you a membership, sometimes relentlessly, and to not be able to detail your car since there are only half a dozen bays for nonmembers. Just ridiculous. May as well we closed to all nonmembers.

My husband and I love Kevin s car wash. We have the monthly membership where we can have unlimited car washes throughout the month. I think the most helpful thing at Kevin s is the fact they have full service stations with all the necessary cleaning supplies and tools. They even have helpful staff members (like Gage) that will come around and ask if you need help with anything, such as washing your car mats, shining your tires, etc. We are satisfied customers!

I have a monthly membership here, and since it turned into speeders, the rate has gone up, and the employees seem more stressed out and less happy than before. I encountered Reggie today he was robot. I was explaining to him I still only had one car on my membership and he was being extra difficult.Tbh- he had horrible cs skills and who really needs to be in charger over here is the girl possibly named Ariana. Shes always amazing, bright and efficient. The remainder of the staff is often helpful and kind but Reggie blew my mind today with his don t give AF attitude.

We always wash our cars at Speeder s and have had no complaints. I have had my mats washed by Zay a couple of times and he is so helpful and customer-service oriented. This is not your typical car wash!

This afternoon I stopped at this car wash for the last time. I purchased the premium wash. After the wash was done I notice that the flare gaskets on my vehicle were damaged and missing. The manager approached me after the incident stating that I failed to read the sign stating that their car wash was not responsible for any damages and any vehicles 5 years or older. This was however only told to me after the vehicle was damaged. The staff failed to inform me of any liability that this could happen. My vehicle has clearly aftermarket parts. I stated on my arrival that this was the first time I have been to their car wash but they still failed to inform of the possibility of damages. I have never been through a car wash that has damaged my vehicle before, so as a normal customer of a service I did not this that I should be worried of the concern to my property. Kevin s Car wash refused to watch CCTV Footage of the incident and review the clear damages as well as provide me a refund. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with service and hospitality. My family has been members with the wash for sometime and referred me to the location. I would not recommend anyone to this wash again. The manager failed to provide me with customer service information or even his name, which I later to found out to be Paris Powell. I left today with about $200 in damages and a dirty truck. Always a great place to get your car looking good. Today Isaiah offered to help me clean the interior of my car! He cleaned the mats and made sure they were dry before reinstalling them. Just a small detail but it showed he cared!

I ve been to this car wash before the people are always so nice. Today I bought the unlimited car washes since they had a deal going on and I m a mom so my car gets quite messy the guy at the front was very friendly. When I went in usually at other car washed they have someone with a power washer to get your tires really good and anything harder to get off the car but there wasn t anyone except the person to tell you when to put your car into neutral so after the car wash I did notice the there was still a lot of dirt on my tires and around my car.i I pulled to one of the vacuum stalls farther back since the ones up front were all taken but had noticed that the back ones don t have the small crevice vacs so I cleaned out my car as much as I could then asked an employee if I could back up even though it was a one way since there s no other way to get to the front vacs without going all the way back around and through the car wash again and the guy was extremely help full he directed me back and stopped cars so I can get into the front stalls I wish I would ve gotten his name but he was younger tan guy with glasses I have had a good experience. Sebastian had come over and asked if I would do a review and I didn t mind overall good experience just wished someone power washed the harder dirt before the car wash

I have gone to this car wash for a few years now and liked it in the past. However, they recently sold (now the sign says speedy car wash I believe). If you are not a member, you can no longer use the interior detail products or the mat cleaners, and there are only about 10 vacuums for non-members to use.The girl who took my payment was nice, but she was extremely pushy about the membership, to the point that I almost wanted to just leave. I know better than to start a membership here based off of other reviews.My car wasn t very clean after the wash, and the vacuums were very weak today as well, which was odd because the vacuums are normally decent.Overall, I won t be back and will likely drive another 5 mins up the street to go to the hand wash for $3. The only thing that made this place worth the price and line was the detail products and large number of vacuums (never had to wait for a vacuum or leave without using). Without those things, why am I paying $10 for a car wash??

Have been going to Kevin s since opening. They recently have gate kept all the cleaning products behind a membership wall. Non members have limited access to the vacuums even. Disappointed and probably won t be back because of the new ownerships greediness. Was nice while it lasted.

Absolutely disgusted at the response I received via email to a damage report filed merely 11 days after signing up for their unlimited monthly promotion. On my third visit, my antenna was completely ripped out of my Infiniti QX4. Being a 2002, it was still in excellent condition, and the woman who responded to my claim via email was accusatory and claimed that this COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I wonder if there isn't a dumpster on site filled with the many items that become violently dislodged from their customer's vehicles on the daily. Reading other reviews, I am sure I must go in person to immediately end my membership before months or years pass without being able to reach someone by phone.Sadly, I was a hopeful new customer just under month ago. In a mere three car washes you have completely destroyed any chance of my future business, and I am not a person who often leaves reviews, but this needed to be said.No integrity and no value in their customer service response team. One kind thing I can say is that the young lady who signed us up and the other young lady who gave me the information needed to file a damage claim were very responsive and kind. Beyond that, no dice. Do yourselves a favor, ladies. Go work somewhere you will be appreciated and paid what you're worth. Kevin's ain't gonna be able to get you there. *Edited post response: You would have a better chance at regaining my trust if you could ensure I regained my antenna. I noticed on so many other responses there is an email to reach out to for further communication to resolve the issue. This was lacking in the response you left here. Perhaps you could offer a legitimate solution, that would be a positive step in regaining said trust.

S�bastien was awesome!! He was there visible for if we needed something and what I did need which was tire shine he was already headed my direction with it. Made sure I was satisfied before I left. Mind you it was 30degrees outside. Please make sure his manager is aware of his Excellent service

Drove all the way from a North Dakota winter for this wash and it did not disappoint! Just when I thought it couldn t get better, smiling Anthony appeared and offered to wash my floor mats. When he returned with them a few minutes later, four months of caked on dirt and salt were gone! Thank you, Anthony! This place truly makes car washing fun!

Disappointed you no longer allow those who chose not to purchase you monthly subscription to use the cleaning products when we actually pay more per wash than members do. The monthly cost doesn't make sense when I can only make it there maybe once a month. I can go elsewhere for the same wash at a cheaper price. Didn't mind paying a couple bucks more because of the added value of cleaning products if I needed them.

Picture this: A car owner, in pursuit of a simple vacuum service for their cherished vehicle, is met with an unforeseen stipulation vacuum use is conditional upon purchasing a car wash. This policy, conspicuously absent from the establishment's Google listing and official website, leaves customers like me stranded, having expended time, energy, and resources on a futile trip. This practice not only undermines customer trust but also highlights a glaring oversight in communication, leaving patrons disenchanted and questioning the integrity of the service provided.Also, this Car Wash has some of the most unwelcoming staff I could find.

This place is EXTREMELY poorly managed. I moved last year and attempted to cancel my membership multiple time since October of 2023. I got a confirmation email and everything. Yet, here we are in March 2024 and my card is repeatedly being charged $42/month - which is WAY more than what I originally signed up for. I have tried to call and there is no one to actually talk to - an automated message just sends you to the website. When I try to contact via email, there is no email anywhere to be found and you have to submit a ticket, which fails because I don t have an account set up which is not possible. This place is a SCAM and is STEALING FROM ME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
