I recently moved to Kansas City and was looking for a reliable shop to care for my car. I found KC Complete Auto and Tire Midtown in a search and since it was so close to me and had such good reviews, I scheduled my needed oil change. Danielle was so nice and so quick to respond. They got me in quickly, at appointment the work was done equally quickly, I got a great vehicle report that I can access from my phone and scheduled maintenance that will help maintain the life of my car. I was extremely happy with my choice and with this company. Thanks Danielle and the Service techs who took care of my car this week!

I found out from a coworker that my back tire was almost flat so after checking it out I reinflated it with a portable and that's when I discovered it was my valve stem leaking. I called a few places but when I spoke to the person here (Josh I believe) he said it'd be no problem to replace it and it was such a good price! Everyone there was incredibly helpful and nice; I went from being super stressed because that's what car issues do to you to being in a great mood. Vehicle issues are awful but knowing a place that you feel comfortable taking your car too is wonderful. Also my fix wasn't pricey by any means but I wasn't treated any differently than someone spending hundreds; To me that matters a lot. So basically 10 out of 10!!!

The staff here are super friendly, and helped get my vehicle in shape after a big move. They also saved me money by having me reset my maintenance light since it had not been reset the last time I got an oil change. That saved me from getting to have a diagnostic and I am very grateful for that. I can t remember the names of the associate at the front desk, but they both were EXCELLENT.

First time customer. I will return when My car needs service again! Customer care excellent! I was given timely info, no messing around. Pleasant, clean facility is fine for waiting. Part was ordered & came in promptly.

Amazing experience. In and out pretty quickly for an ID/OD inspection. Daniella was super friendly and thoughtful. In a few short, but intentional interactions, she created a loyal customer out of me; I will be back for any service on our cars. They treat folks well here, and truly SEE their customers. I can t speak highly enough of this team.

Don't trust these people. I needed an inspection and ended up with a $2000 estimate of repairs before they would pass it. I couldn't afford that so the car sat for a year. I recently took it to another mechanic and my total was $600. Car has been running great. They're messing with people's lives. Horrible. I use a different name so I'm not harrassed for giving my opinion. I have the estimates and may contact them.

I probably won't ever take my car to another shop in the metro. KC Complete Auto & Tires has been one of the best shop experiences I've had in KC. You are able to schedule appointments online, the actually read the additional details portion, they are fast, and SO polite. The best auto customer service I have ever received. I just had an oil change and had them check my tires, but for future services I'll be calling on them again!Services: Tires, Oil change

Fantastic service. I went there for a simple oil change but when I was pulling in the person at the counter noticed something going on with one of my tires. After they pulled my car in and checked it out they found a screw in my tire. Since I had a warranty on my tires since I purchased them though KC Complete Auto they repaired my tire with no cost to me. Amazing work from all staff that were involved.

Josh and his team were quick, transparent, and very communicative. I had tire issues over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning! Definitely recommend this place.

I took my vehicle in for some suspension issues. Not only did they repair that, but also found some other equipment that needed repairs. I feel like they gave the work it's due diligence and the vehicle is riding much better. In addition, they consistently kept me notified as to the status of the repairs. Overall, they did excellent work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair

I had my car towed to the shop after my engine wouldn t start. I got a call the next day saying that my engine needed fully replaced. I immediately scheduled to have my car taken to a Toyota dealership for a second opinion.I went to meet my AAA tow truck driver at the shop so he could load my car to take it to the dealership. At the shop, the front desk employees were very nice, and gave me my $6,177.96 quote if I decided to have them replace my engine. They said prior that it would take 3-4 weeks to even get the parts. While outside getting my car out of the lot and onto the tow truck, the mechanics were working on a car blocking a portion of the way out for my car and refused to move. They said my car started up fine, so I had one of them drive it out and to the tow truck. I talked to one of the employees who was at the front desk about why my car was suddenly starting now. He explained that my engine s cylinders were off balance, and that the temperature was warmer now and set them at equilibrium, but that my car still needed its engine replaced. He said to come back if I decided to have them replace it.I left defeated and waited for the Toyota dealership to call back after they did their scheduled diagnostic review of it. Toyota calls me 10-15 minutes after my car arrives and let me know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. They said that Toyotas sometimes get a fuel imbalance causing the engine to delay, and to press on the gas to get it started if it happens again. They said it will be $75 for the diagnostic check up, and that I can pick up my car tomorrow. I gladly said I would pay $75 over thousands just for that news alone.It blows my mind that this shop did not know that Toyotas have that issue sometimes, and were prepared to have me pay over 6 grand to have an engine replaced that does not need a replacement.I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the front desk employee was nice to me.

The repair seems fine (only fixed 2 days ago) but the person I spoke to originally quoted $40 for the diagnostic, I explained what the problem was, (broken fuel feed line) and had a friend take me by there to see if they accepted CarShield. After having my car towed there, the next day I received a email with an attached estimate of the total cost of the repair that included $119.95 for just the diagnostic/evaluation charge. How can a $40 quote end up as a $119.95 charge? Parts and labor are somewhat excessive too, so I doubt that I will use their services again, of course CarShield denied my claim (part was plastic, only metal parts covered) but I m back on the road again $1085.00 lighter.

I needed to get an inspection and they were able to book me the same day I sent in my request. It only took about 40 minutes - super painless. My boyfriend ended up booking his tire replacement here the next day - I definitely recommend.

Professional, personable staff, including their techs.My tech diagnosed ordered and replaced the faulty parts in a timely manner.My vehicle was returned to me clean, no mess or parts i.e. screws left on the floorboard which has happened when I took it to a different shop to be serviced.Very happy with the service and attention given to my car.Great job everyone! First time at this shop, they were very clear about what was going on with my car. Easy to work with, reliable, and I never thought they were trying to get money out of me. It s so hard to find a trustworthy auto mechanic, so I ll be back when the time comes. Plus they have a AAA discount for some services!

I was in trouble. A long road trip and tires were going down. But I couldn t have asked for more: they quickly checked and aired up my tires. All at no charge. Now I know a lot of places may do this but these guys were friendly, professional and happy to help. So nice to this out-of-towner. Thanks, KC Auto & Tire!

Got an immediate appointment. In and out in 45 mins. Oil change and inspection. Guys were great. Office is cold, bring a jacket! Otherwise excellent. I'd recommed!

I work for the City Union Misssion in Kansas City Missouri. We have a fleet of vehicles and we ask Telle Tire to do lube, oil and filters on many different kinds of vehicles. They are very prompt, professional thorough, and customer service is exceptional. in Kansas City we use two different locations and both are equally managed to do quality work and service

They were sooo helpful! Their commutation was great and they answered all my questions. They also gave me options on what services were necessary vs recommend and I never felt pressured to commit to anything. They were also so fast! Would highly recommend!

Never has openings and when they do they just want you to drop your car off all day. They take forever to do any work. They don't give you details on the warranties until it's too late. Quality is always good, but service is lacking.

Vehicle was overheating and I was contacted and asked to pay for a new radiator cap where the gasket had failed. I felt bad with only having a 35$ bill, so I went ahead and asked them to flush radiator and give me an oil change. When they put my sled on the lift, they saw what was causing my engine to smoke, so had them replace a gasket too. I was out only $250 for what I expected to be three times that and I had to request extra work be done. I think these people are, once thought extinct, honest mechanics.Service: General repairs & maintenance

THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! So friendly and always ready help! Every time I called for on my vehicle, I was treated kindly and swiftly. Since my car was super inconsistent it took a day to diagnose it, but once they figured it out, they got it fixed in 4 hours! They're super nice too, felt like an actual human being in an auto shop for once, lol! My drop off was super quick and easy, plus pick up was just as fast.
