I was given an estimate of $3,750. Naturally, I felt compelled to obtain a second estimate. A company that I was told that does most of Aristocrat s body work, Bodyshop Unlimited, gave me an estimate of $1,000. They performed the work extremely well, and billed me $950 .

Had underbody work done after hitting the curb. It took a few weeks to get it done, possibly due to parts/etc.

Take your car to someone who can actually diagnose AND FIX the problem. I took my car to Jay Wolf for body/undercarriage damage after an unfortunate encounter with a deer. The process itself of getting the car fixed took months, and a significant amount of calling on my end to get any kind of update on what was happening. After getting my car back I recognized some issues which I brought to the attention of Jay Wolf. Their answer to this was to inform me that they only specialize in body work and don't have a mechanic to evaluate these problems. Which begs the questions, who did the undercarriage work on the car which required replacing some mechanical components? They're "pretty sure" its not what they replaced, but they can't tell me for sure because they didn't even test their work before giving my car back. I'm now tasked with taking my car somewhere else to determine the problem.Service: Body & Trim

Had done accident repairs two years back... front bumper was repainted... over time I have realized that the entire bumper has got marks from road chips and the original paint underneath is exposed on the bumper extremely poor quality of work... the ease with which the bumper is getting chipped says a lot about the quality of work

Had THE worst experience with both Jay Wolfe Acura dealership parts & service and the Jay Wolfe body shop. We made an appointment, bought all of the parts (through Jay Wolfe parts department) coordinated it with John at Jay Wolfe parts department off 103 and then scheduled the appointment with Ben at Jay Wolfe body shop and brought him the grill for the car. We showed up today for our appointment, we were told that John hadn t had the parts brought over yet and that two of the parts that we were going to have installed can t be installed because it had to be painted and takes 3 days to dry. They then said we needed to go to the dealership parts department to pick them up. We go to the parts department and they state that they just got delivered to the body shop. We head back to the body shop and the manager comes out and states that we never had an appointment (even through they already had one of the parts there) and that we had an estimate appointment. The manager then states that they don t allow parts to be supplied by the client? (Parts that we bought from the Acura dealership) and that they may find more parts needed as they fix things? - Shady. I will absolutely never use another Jay Wolfe business ever again. Everything about the way they do business has zero tact and the mistakes that they make and don t take credit for are absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

Very good experience I had with this body shop. I got into an accident and this is one of the State Farm Insurance contract body shop. I booked an appointment with them, the wait time was about 2 weeks, which is decent compared with other body shops I have asked. The overall repair experience was good. The service was courteous, friendly and professional. The turnaround time was also pretty fast, about 1 week. I was notified multiple times during this period in terms of status update, repair done, etc. Highly recommend this place.

Guys do great work, good communication while in process. Have taken my truck twice now and my wife's car once. Any issues that come up are dealt with promptly with consideration of my situation. Hopefully, no offense, I won't have to come back anytime soon. But if the situation arises, by my fault or someone else's, I'll definitely come back to them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not only did it take them THREE months to fix my car after being told they would get to it soon . I am currently sitting stranded on the side of the interstate having my safety pit in danger TWICE because of them. My fixed car first had pieces missing from the gear shift which I was told could be mailed to me because it s a two dollar piece and you can pop it in yourself . Then after getting on the road I realized my hood wasn t latched properly and could have flown up if I had gotten on the interstate that way. Then two minutes into my drive on the interstate my car sputtered- sounded awful and wouldn t go above 40mph. So I am stranded, waiting for a tow truck and get a call from Rick giving excuses as to why it isn t their fault- no responsibility taken and that it was driven exclusively as though it was my fault it happened. If I could give zero stars to review Jay Wolfe I would.Service: Electrical

Do not ever come here for a collision estimate. They lied to me! They told me that by the estimate that I had for them I should be done in a week and a half. I drop my car off on Monday April 25th, the next Tuesday May 2nd, they called to tell me that they had sent an email in to my insurance company the prior Thursday 29th. They cannot produce it, they did not try to forward it over although they said they did. I finally got a hold of my insurance company who deemed it totaled. By the time I had received this news it was Thursday May 5th. The week After I had dropped my car off. They tried to tell me that they had sent this email on the 29th.They refuse to pay for my rental car that I had to keep out for another $175 a week. This is a huge financial inconvenience as I am working two jobs, it took me two months to get the thousand dollar deductible together, and he knew right from the get-go that I was paying for this rental out of my own pocket.They lied to me over and over again, tried to convince me that they had sent the email the prior week, when in fact this is not even close to being true. It was my insurance company that forwarded me the email. To make matters even worse the manager strolled out with a big freaking smirk on his face and flat out told me that they re not responsible for insurance deductibles, they can keep their my car however long they feel like before they have to report it to the insurance company that it was totaled. Don t ever trust this company. I won t!. I will be taking them to court

Took them nearly 4 weeks to finish, but they were about as upfront as they can be the whole time about it. I thought they did a great job on the car and Vinny took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions

These guys went above and beyond in every way! I had an insurance claim, and they handled everything with my agent. Vinnie was my guy and was super helpful throughout. Kept me updated, even stayed after hours so I could come pickup my vehicle after I got off work. Everything came out looking better than when I bought it, 10/10 would recommend !

I took my ACURA RDX 2020 for scratch repairs and painting. After the repair, they did not care to clean the car before giving it back to me. Despite the car having been been delayed in the shop, exposed to the dust for a month, all they did was to hand it to me in such dirty state. I do not blame them for the delay because a body part that broke in the midst of the repair was to be ordered from Japan.The dashboard was full of dust, the seats were very dirty. Even after I informed Mr. William England who was my lead contact that the car had not been cleaned after the repair nothing serious was done. I took the car with the repair dust and the dry paint stains. I had to take the car to be detailed at my cost.I do not know whether this body shop cares, and or, values a customer who looks like me. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I do not know if I'll ever go to this shop again in future, let alone recommend anyone to do business with them. Someone backed into my car, so insurance gave me a list of options for places to go. I chose Jay Wolf just because they were close to home, and I'm glad I did. I brought my 2005 Honda S2000, which had been backed up into, to Jay Wolfe Body Shop to get some body panels replaced, and they went above and beyond to make sure that only Honda replacement parts were used, and also carefully removed and reinstalled some aftermarket engine covers and trim pieces. They were straightforward with their pricing and solid with their work. The new headlights and body panels were installed correctly and the paint was blended flawlessly. Special thanks to Ben and one of the managers for their hard work and suggestions about how to maintain the car.

Highly recommend to anyone needing automotive body repairs. Went here to get my quarter panel and bumper repaired. My advisor, Vinnie handled all insurance work and made my experience quick and easy. Also went out of his way to encourage me to come back if I had any questions with the work done. Excellent customer service.

After getting my front fender dented in a car accident, I chose Jay Wolfe Body Shop since my car insurance works closely with them. Despite my predicament, Jay Wolfe, specifically parts-mechanic, Vinnie, was absolutely professional and did a fantastic job not only repairing my car back to prestigious condition but in keeping me posted of the progress. Car repairs are never fun but he made it a smooth experience and I admire how adept he and his team were on getting the vehicle repairs. He will help you with any problem and I recommend them to anyone in the Kansas City metro who needs a repair.

Vinny gave us a detailed estimate of the work that was needed to be done, and how long our car was expected to be in the shop. Both estimates were spot on. The repaired body work is invisible, and the paint is a perfect match. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Body Shop.

Very professional and courteous. Explained all of my damage, communicated throughout the process. Finished early and my car looks like showroom condition. I cannot detect any of the damage from before and blends seamlessly with the car body.

They did an awesome job with our body work, and when we brought it back in a month later for a minor fix (which as it turns out wasn't something they even touched during the initial repairs), they solved our problems the same day and free of change even! Knowledgable, quick and friendly!

This company is a joke! The customer service was awful. The man who quoted my car was rude. (I assume because I am a young female) They were unhelpful with the insurance claim, somehow managed to set the process back by a few days. I called to try and talk to someone and no one answered during business hours. Please, take your business anywhere else.

I gave my car here for the accident repair. They took one month and forgot to put gaskets to the engine. The engine kept alarming and i had to take it to service center only to realize that the mistake they made could have blown up the car. I am going to sue them for what they did

Called and scheduled an appointment with this location, it was scheduled at the opposite location, showed up on time, standoffish attitude from secretary and representativeWaited for probably 30-45 minutes just to be told that the estimate for my damages can t be sent to the insurance company until the insurance company emails them with an electronic attachmentAll of this was so much easier at Maaco, lol definitely not giving this place any business

Felt very rushed and they were vague on how they were going to take steps, to ensure the my car was fixed right. Like all they wanted was the money.
