This shop had great communication skills. Wow, this shop was excellent and I got my car back up and running like new. The workers were polite, professional, snd smart. The shop above and beyond and worked with my insurance company. I am so grateful and thankful to know that there s still shops in the world that are good like this one. I will gladly take my vehicles to i70 Auto Service. I highly recommend if you want service that is reliable, dependable, honest, professional, caring.

Customer service was top notch! Kendra worked with me and was patient while we were deciding whether to buy or sell a friend s Mercedes. It needed a turbo replaced. The diagnostic analysis was thorough, and once they got started Kendra called me regarding repairs that would be prudent to have done sooner rather than later. Overall, they were amazing!

My daughter just moved to Kansas City and was in need of auto repair. I was recommended by my brother to use I-70 auto repair, he was happy how they treated him on his Mercedes. I am from Denver, and the way they treated my daughter was refreshing. All the Audi s issues were addressed in a fiscally conservative manner, and all is well now. Any dad would gladly send their kids sight unseen for service at this establishment. I-70 service thank you

Upon recommendations from others, I took my Mercedes, high-roof camper van for service at I70 Auto Service.. What I received from those at the shop was friendly, competent, professional service all around. All necessary work was clearly shown and explained to me prior to being done. I now take my 2023 Volvo Sedan to I70 for service as well. Not only that, I recommend I70 Automtive Services to my friends - even one from MN who now intends on having I70 do the maintenance on her Mercedes camper can as well.

I was in need of a trustworthy mechanic shop to do a service B check on my Mercedes.. needless to say I-70 Autoservice did a grand job of not only changing my oil and filter, but doing a thorough inspection with pictures. Afterwards they answered any questions I had and explained it to me in a manner I could understand. Their prices are fair and service was great! Would highly recommend.

Angela was fantastic setting up a thorough inspection for a vintage Jag I wanted to buy out of state. The report was thorough and gave me peace of mind to make the purchase. If I lived there, I would definitely use I-70 Auto Service for maintenance and service!

My car had a flat in which it had to be towed to somewhere local which was 1-70 Auto Service. They were gracious and took care of my vehicle the following day. I m very thankful for their professionalism and promptness. I would definitely tell others to utilize their establishment in the future.

Very happy with my decision to pick this shop for my repairs. There are not a lot of shops that repair Land Rovers in the area. The mechanic was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. The repairs were completed fast and they provided an Uber for me to pick up my vehicle once repairs were complete.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I wish I could give this place more stars. My wife and daughter broke down two hours from home yesterday. Luckily, this place was only half a mile away. The team at I-70 accurately diagnosed her Acura, pick up parts from Honda, and had her on her way before I even made it there to pick them up. Excellent service, excellent work.

I-70 Auto Service is a blessing to me! This is the third time I have taken my BMW to be serviced at this shop! Everyone is professional. The mechanics are so smart and explained to me exactly what my car needs to be fixed. Trust and truth is how this shop operates! I plan to never take my BMW any place else!

Reasonably priced love that the vehicle diagnostic was a flat rate without any other hidden fees, we did run into trouble with part but I love how they worked hard and stayed in communication every step of the way and even provided us a loner car when available 10/10 recommend

I cannot say enough good things about Shane and Lead Mechanic Mike! We were driving thru from Colorado to Virginia and our RAV4 started making a bad noise. In 20 minutes or less these super nice and knowledgeable men had us fixed and back on the road! Prior to this, I'd only had my vehicle serviced by the dealer. I'm glad I reached out to I-70 Auto Service. What a great visit. Went there for a safety inspection and it went very smooth. I get nervous with safety inspections because several locations that I have gone to in the past seem to find something wrong so that they can gain unnecessary business from you. A friend told me about the great service he received at I-70 Auto, so I decided to try them out. I am so happy that I did. Very professional and a great sense of urgency. I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

Service light came on after a week, stating oil needed changing and oil filter needed replacing. Was getting ready to leave town, but had to drive back to I-70 Auto Service, so they could reset it. Receipt stated these had been done. Don't think I'll use their service again. $113+ for an oil change!!

I brought my truck in because my AC was out. They did an inspection of the whole vehicle and said I also needed brakes an rotors which I agreed to get repaired. After driving back to KC from Texas, my vehicle starting shaking and it would shake even harder when pressing the brakes. So I called to get this issue looked at and even before they looked at the vehicle, they asked me if I had topped off the fluids. I thought it was a really specific question but I'm not a car buy so who knows. Once the inspected the vehicle, they said they found a fluid in the brake system that's not supposed to go in there. They said "someone" put it in there; I didn't do it so I don't know who would. This shop was the last one and only one to work on my vehicle since then. Now they said I have to pay $3600 to fix the issue. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay to get this fixed since my vehicle did not have any of these issues before I took it in.It looks like there are other people who had a great experience here but I didn't. PS the AC works greats so far.Services: Auto brake repair, Air conditioning

My niece s car was broke down on I 70 and AAA towed her Buick to this location-I found the gal behind the counter, both on the phone and in person to be borderline, rude, and certainly unhelpful. Very detailed. Only place I know that gives customers several options for payments. They send video clips and recommendations depending on severity of issues. This is my go-to point.

Ladies this was my 1st time taking my car into a auto mechanic shop other than the dealership. I-70 Auto not only did a d diagnostic test but the technician sent me pictures of the findings. I felt comfortable with their findings and left the shop with knowledge of the steps that were needed to get my car back running properly. They kept me in the loop through email so that I was comfortable with them. I trust I-70 auto and the staff was very professional. Lastly their prices were reasonable.

Contacted I-70 Auto Service after Aristocrat refused to work on my 2015 Range Rover Evoque. Thrilled with Nick and technicians with their knowledge and equipment to work on my vehicle!!!!! They took the time to listen and explain what was going on and made me a customer for LIFE!!! I have taken my Subaru Outback to these fine folks for several years; in fact I drive 35 minutes to take my car here because I like them so much! It is awesome to have a repair shop that I can trust, they have always been honest & fair with every service I have had completed. Their communication is top notch, I love their diagnostic reports they text to me giving me all the vitals on my vehicle. I also love how they prioritize things for me so I know what is pressing & what I should keep an eye on for the future. Anyone who asks me for a repair shop referral I send them to these guys. Keep up the great work, you are all greatly appreciated!!

Absolutely amazing place! The service is awesome, I brought my car in to be checked because my other auto shop diagnosed something outrageously expensive and very questionable. I came to I70 Auto and it was something completely different and a quarter of the price. Shane and his team really care and are so knowledgeable, I feel like I learned alot more about my vehicle and cars in general lol. Definitely the best Auto shop around. Gained a lifetime customer here!!
