Absolute worst place to buy a car, you will get robbed. Sold a cart with silicone oil in the engine to bandaid the $5,000 worth of work that was needed. Would rank zero stars if possible. Please be careful.

Sold a friend of mine a car that needs a ton of work, will not take responsibility of the vehicles condition.They have yet to reach out to come to some sort of solution. These people are scammers. Worst car dealers ever. Take my advice. Please do not get robbed! Some many others told me bad things about this place obviously after we purchased the vehicle.

Run, dont walk, away from this company!!! If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My husband purchased a used car for $10k on Sept 20th. He drove it home and could hear issues with the transmission. We went back on the 23rd and were told they would have it checked out and make it right. That was the last time we saw the car until this week. My husband called weekly to find out the status. There was no communication from their end . He was continually told, next week, waiting on a part. That was when they first had it and took it to their friend's shop who "doesn't speak English". To their credit, they finally took it to Amoco and did pay to have the transmission fixed. Jump ahead to this week when we finally got the car. THREE MONTH'S LATER! There were over 200 more miles on the odometer than when we bought it, there are new scratches on the car, there was a trailer hitch pin in the back, dirt in the back, a back up sensor knocked out and the hitch cover was gone. It didn't take long to figure out someone had used the car to pull a trailer and evidently jack knifed it into the car. Of course no one told us...because who does that??? You're supposed to be fixing the car, but instead damage it while using it as a personal work vehicle.Horrible experience. We recommend everyone steer clear of this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a nice looking vehicle for over $13,000. Inspected it and it had inspection in 2023. Drove 50 miles timing chain fell off needed new engine. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy a car from these Mexicans they are just crooks. Save your money pls. Trust your gut and take note of these reviews

I was looking at a GMC SUV and the deal fell through. I had made a deposit to hold it and these are generally non-refundable. Under the exceptional circumstances, they did provide the refund. I think this seller will mature over time and have to commend them for their outstanding customer service.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan quest from them back in August 2020, we called them immediately because a large amount of gray smoke would come out of exhaust when we would start vehicle. I reached out to them and expressed concern with van; they said there was nothing wrong with the van and it's not their problem. I took van to Nissan quest dealer for an inspection, come to find out the entire engine and transmission needs replaced. This company is not trustworthy and should not be able to sell cars to anyone. They are crooks, and act like all these issues were "unknown "/ new issues. Nissan did mention whoever we purchased from knew about issues with vehicle. Which will be mentioned in the report.

These people are crooks. They over-filled the transmission fluid and unhooked the thermostat to make my short ride seem carefree. Now I have to replace my transmission. I hope to God the engine is ok. I still haven't gotten my title and it has been almost 4 weeks. Please take my advice, DRIVE ON BY. Thanks

I bought a car just this Saturday 4/29/2023 cash out..got it home and it started messing up..took it to shop and they said the transmission is out..only had it five days..plus four other codes came up

Scam artists that sell lemons. They sell cars without doing an inspection on them and require you to pay to fix it even though the car broke down within a week! They have horrible customer service and argue with one another over who messed up but in Spanish so don t even try if you don t speak it.

We recently bought a car from them and everything seems to be going well so far. Only giving a 4 because we had some issues getting the title but that did get resolved and now have the title in our hands which makes me happy!

Don't buy any car from these guys I bought a 10,000 dollar car from them and to find out it's been in an accident, check engine light came on and the car has electrical problem as well and I paid cash for this car. I have problems with this car as soon as the next day the guy that sold it to me was just a college student that was just one of there sales agent not working at the dealership posted the car on marketplace as a private owner I'm gonna take this to the BBB H&H your gonna get what's coming for burning me

Bought a honda odyssey van fews days later found out bad transmission they had overfilled transmission fluid so seemed ok when we drove it. They are crooks.

Well I can start off by saying I bout a 2007 Mazda from them found out they did not take it to get it inspected the frame was in 2 peaces when they said I could get a refund I was bringing the car back to them and the roads short out of the motor and I told them what happened and the said they would still give me my full money back in cash I get there and the big boss of the place pulled in and started being rude and yelling and cussing and hitting his employees in front of everyone and wanted me to pay 400 for the tow bill when they had already agreed on taking care of everything and I told them no I only gave them $200 because I could not deal with the manager having a melt down I still plan of turning them in because I copied everything B4 I brought the car back I hope no one ever gets any illigal car from there I paid $3200 for a paper waight and only got 3000 back

Worst dealership ever ,that same lady screwed me over with a car the cost 5,000 and less then 2 weeks both turbocharger are malfunctioning and to get it fix cost 7,000.i am a veteran, I'm in the wounded worrier project ,I've been deployed and I tried to be reasonable and make a deal with them if possible to make a trade , she instantly without hesitate said no.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !!! THEY ONLY CARE OF GETTING THERE OWN MONEY AND SCREWING THE COMMUNITY.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GET YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM THEY WANTED ALMOST 3000. 32 DAYS LATER TRANSMISSION IS OUT AND IM WITHOUT A CAR AND ALMOST 3000 THRIWN AWAY.THEY WONT HELP FIX OR GIVE ME 0 DOLLARS BACK. I TALKED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT THAT LOT AND A LADY TOLD ME ITS A SHADY CAR LOT SHE NEVER GOT A TITLE FROM THEM AND THEY GOT HER FOR HER MONEY TO. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME TITLE TILL 2 WEEKS LATER
