10/10 recommend if you re a new buyer and looking for a cheap down payment. I went to multiple dealerships the day I wanted to buy a car and they basically turned me away from them.Drive Now didn t do any credit checks this was especially great for me because I m new to the adult world and I had no history of credit. Even though I had a limit of option of cars because of my budget, I still managed to find the perfect car. Chris was a huge help and guided me through the process as a first time buyer! They are also very considerate about change of payment periods.Overall, I love my car! I ve had it for a month now and I m very happy with my purchase and the dealership I chose!

I really wish I hadn t bought a car from this dealership. Yeah, I was late with a few payments, but that s no excuse for the way they treated me. There was this one lady there who was just plain rude. She yelled at me over the phone and didn t show any respect at all. I get it, I was behind on payments, but I called them multiple times to explain my situation. When you walk out of the dealership, it s like they forget how well they treated you when you were buying the car. Thankfully, I ve paid off everything I owed, and I m done dealing with them. I wouldn t recommend buying a car from them to anyone. I just hope they can learn to treat their customers better in the future.

My experience here was absolutely life-changing, I ve never seen a company, so willing to work with individuals and keep their word and commitment to excellence! My sales lady was absolutely amazing and seamlessly walked me through the process, I got to meet all the individuals that handle different business affairs In the office, who personally sit down with me one by one, they made sure I understood everything! Their lines of communication are always open and they get back with you immediately concerning any questions that you may have even after hours, I highly suggest that you buy a car from this lot because I have been able to see firsthand That they truly love what they do, and are tremendous at it!

BOTH MARY'S helped me and made my car buying experience easy! Mary in Sales was very attentive and knowledgeable about the car I picked. She explained everything in detail and stayed on top of things to make sure I walked out with the car that I wanted and payments that I can afford! Amazing company to work with from day 1!! They got me into my new-to-me Malibu that I LOVE! It s in great condition. Mary in sales & Mike were AWESOME on today when I went to pick up my car & finish paperwork. Definitely have people headed that way to look into getting a vehicle with these guys. Honest, respectful, & quick process. I came in to get my car when their systems went down & it was still a pretty quick process. I am extremely happy with the service here! I do not have very good credit, and have been denied for a car thru several places. Mary in sales helped get me approved, and than my second vehicle broke down and she not helped get me approved for a second vehicle, but came in on her day off to help me out. Everyone has been kind and friendly service.

My recent purchase from Drive Now is my 3rd vehicle purchase from this organization. My time with Mary helping select the correct vehicle for my family to speaking with Mike about the financial situation and getting a down payment and monthly payments I could afford wss a very easy and pleasant process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

As soon as you walk in the door they make you feel welcome. Mary was great explain everything constantly kept me informed on what's going on. And Ashley explained everything and walked me through everything. Just a fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be sending people that way if I know they are looking for a car.

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Drive Now over the years. They are always courteous, professional, and really just treat you right. I love my car! The experience, although a bit long, is well worth the outcome. If I ned another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back!!

I can not say enough great things about this place and more specifically the people that work there! I worked with Mary twice now and she is so sweet and works so hard to make sure you are happy and does everything in her power for you to leave with a car that day. I drove off the lot in just a couple hours and they even got me a brand new battery. I am absolutely pleased and can not recommend enough. Thank you Mary and thank you to the whole staff!

I had a kia it was stolen twice. All the dealerships denied me because I still had the open loan on my credit. I applied to drive now Ms Mary (sales) contacted me and had me do a application. I came in that friday to finish the process pick out a suv. Im so happy they let me do a layway on the suv I chose. I also love the other ms Mary she was so sweet and made the process easy as well. Thanks you guys for all of your help.

I truly loved working with the company. Not only was my sales rep Chris amazing but everyone else was also amazing, friendly, and professional. They genuinely showed me they appreciated my buisness. But let me tell you a little about my situation. I currently had a Kia optimum from another dealership that was stolen and the insurance company considered it to be a total loss. I had a loan on it and still had a remaining balance on it that I was responsible for because insurance company only paid so much. My mistake was I didn t have gap insurance at the time of purchasing it. I then knew my only option right now is a buy here pay here lot. So a friend of mine who doesn t even have a car from there, told me he have purchased several cars from there in the past and that anytime he know of a women needing a car he send them there because he know they will not take advantage of you and they have nice cars with low miles. They will let you know what s the best option for you at that time. They did exactly everything he said they explained everything the process was done in a matter of days and I was back on the road and now able to get back and forth to work without having to rely on anyone. I love my Honda it has low miles and in good shape for it to be the year it is. I know this car will last me for almost a life time. I wanna give a BIG thanks to everyone for making this process smooth and easy . Now my stress of not being mobile is taken care of. I will be back once this is paid off and either trade it in or get something newer. The whole entire staff is amazing!!! If your credit is not so good this is the place to go.

I do not typically leave reviews, but I felt I needed to in this circumstance. DriveNow is amazing! I initially applied with it in the back of my mind that I would get a No . From start to finish Mary is sales was amazing! She was patient with me as it took me a few months to finally decide to come in. When I first walked in Mary was unavailable, but Mike was so welcoming and helpful. They even let me look at any car I wished and let me take my time even though they were closing soon. I ultimately chose my Chevy Spark and I am in love with it! Thank you Mary and Mike for everything! Also Ashley who finalized my paperwork! Everyone is amazing!

Working with them was an easy process, Mary was amazing including coming to pick me up when I didn't have a ride to get there to finish my paperwork and pick up my new car. My car was stolen and I struggled to get approved elsewhere. This literally only took a couple of days because I went in on the weekend and of course they have to verify you, but they let me know bright and early when everything was finalized. I would definitely recommend. Thank you

Chris was super helpful in our car buying experience! Fast and friendly and was NOT the typical pushy sales person! Chris took the time to talk with us and understood all questions we had (even though it wasn t many questions)If you re in the market for a vehicle go see Chris! Also can t forget Mary and her assistant (so sorry I forgot her name) they both made the signing process so easy and smooth!Overall had the best experience I have had in a long time and will definitely be back here!

Drive Now is a great business. I first bought a car from them in 2011 when I first moved back to Missouri.I just purchased my 4th car from them. A beautiful blue Dodge Challenger. They have always treated me well. If you want a business who treats you with respect and sells a quality product this is the place.
