Everyone was so pleasant and patience with me. This made my my car buying experience the absolute best. It started with my salesperson, Ken Walker, and ended with my finance person Guillermo Marquez. If I am ever looking to purchase another car or know someone looking to buy, I would totally recommend this dealership. I love my new car.

First told my Wife that Cable Dahmer did not accept CARSHIELD. Inhad checked in advance, so she told them Service Specialist (Michael) to verify, and he was wrong. Diagnostic took 2 days, because Michael was off. On this return, told my Wife CARSHIELD declined the repair due to non-covered item. After discussion with another Specialist, found that Michael was fed and/or relayed erroneous diagnosis. Diagnosis was corrected, relayed to CARSHIELD, and repair to be scheduled upon receipt of parts.

Derek was exceptionally amazing! He gave me some great information about my next service that my vehicle to keep it in great shape! The information that I was given which was great, so I immediately took that information give and scheduled my appointment due to already being at 30,000Miles! Derek thank you so much! Vick is the absolute best! I m not one to usually write reviews but he definitely deserves one. I have been bringing my car to him for over a year now and he is so helpful! He always makes sure my car is taken care of, he is very accommodating, and he always finds a way to work around my busy schedule. I don t go to anyone else but him. Had an appointment for an alignment check on a vehicle that had an alignment one month ago. I was scheduled for 8:30 am and spoke to them about sitting there waiting for the vehicle. I was told that was a non-issue. Fast forward two days later, and the car has finally been looked at, but no work has been done. Was I supposed to sit there for 48 hours? The alignment is also being charged for, as opposed to free, even though it s out of alignment within a month. Horrendous service. Lack of integrity.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an appointment set for 1:00 on a Saturday but came early thirty minutes. This was not an issue considering they still serviced me. The rep asked if I needed an oil change and I firmly told him no as that was never discussed on my consultation on the phone. I told him about the stability issue and wanting to get a wheel alignment but he said that was not the issue,yet never told me what the issue was.He said that it will only be a hour to diagnose the car after quoting the initial price. Two hours later he said that he s still working on it to see if it s a sensor issue or something more severe.I was told that the car is undrivable but I DROVE the car to the dealership! I can t stand mechanics who are crooked!Three days later they still have NO UPDATES on the car!! I am taking my car elsewhere!Never will I trust this dealership!

The employees at Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet in South Kansas City are the best have any Dealership I have ever used. I would like to give a special shout out to my service advisor Derek who came through like a champ. These folks are the most professional courteous kind Sharp efficient and friendly employees and staff I've ever worked with.

I highly reccomend buying here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. They paired me with Chris Redmond who was the most polite, knowledgeable, and non-pushy whatsoever. He and the financial guys made the process as great as car shopping/buying can be. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and made it happen. I wish I would've tried them sooner. I felt they actually wanted my business and I left very satisfied.

Beyond pleased with the service and standard I experienced with Justin and Mason. They were warm & welcoming, upfront, helpful, honest and diligent beyond just 'doing their job' - especially for my situation and what they were able to get done for me! The only thing I regret is not reaching out to this location when I initially went searching. Not only do I plan on returning for my future purchases, I have and will continue to refer my family and friends. Don't play yourself, give them a call.

Arrived at 7am for service appointment and was greeted to quick entry to the garage and my service contact ready to check me in. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable. They have a comfortable lounge with TVs where I worked using their free Wi-Fi as they took care of my vehicle. They finished faster than expected and I was on my way. I highly recommend their service department!

I took my car to get an oil change and winterization, and when I got my car back, the steering wheel was vibrating and never done it before. No one knew anything other than it s winter time my mistake was going back to get another oil change and now all of a sudden, I have a engine oil leak and they can t tell me where it s coming from. Mind you all this is going on their sales department is trying to buy my car. Very very suspicious.Service: Auto maintenance

CABLE DRAMA - Worst Service Department EVER! Yep, literally held me hostage and said they wouldn t give me back my car until I paid them $650 for a windshield on their loaner. A loaner, which I didn t pick, was never walked around the car, had for all of 22 hours, drove 40 miles, and wasn t offered any additional at time of rental.I bought a used car there that has had multiple problems. Their service department is filled with men who do not listen to women, especially those who are single moms and have little to no knowledge about servicing a truck. If I could, I would have recorded the attitudes of each person I asked a question. If you want to feel like a common criminal, an idiot, or even be held hostage for $650 for a small crack in a windshield AND miss your kids conferences, BE MY GUEST. It s all about the money and don t let anyone make you think otherwise. I am in the referral business myself and have sent them or recommended several referrals. It disappoints me to write something so negative about an establishment I once trusted. You shouldn t get nervous and anxious when you have to get your car serviced. CABLE DRAMA!

Classic car dealership. The salesman approached me quickly, so I was able to get my questions answered quickly.They didn't have the car I wanted to see, but they answered some question for me. Conflicting answers, but a little more knowledgeable than when I went.

I m sitting here to get my oil changed at 8:30 on a Saturday because their hours online and on the door stated that they are open from 8am - 3pm but I have not been helped yet nor do they appear to be open. I also have an issue with this because the often complain about being to busy around closing time and having customers pick up their cars on Monday. This is extremely unprofessional and is ruining my schedule and will be transcribed to the BBBService: Oil change

Made a appointment a week before and asked if the coupon is valid for my auto and told me why yes it is and sat for 2 1/2 hours to be told it was not,service writer was surprised I was still at dealership after her lunch break, They bait and switched me on a coupon and left a grease rag on my seat, I was wondering how long it takes to get the shop smell out when it takes to do a two hour oil change but the rag was the cause of the smell I can stand the smell of diesel when I fill my tank but to leave a rag on the driver seat very poor service and I wonder if the took it down the street to Valvoline on state line to get the work done.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Sammy the salesman was fast and easy however he said the interest rate was 3% and the manager said the interest rate we wanted was 3% but as we were signing the papers we were told it was 4.1% not the 3 we were told more than once. Next we left 2 messages to be called back after signing the papers and haven't been called back yet.
