Please do yourself a favor and go to Blue Ridge Tire Auto Service, in the Chiefs Kingdom - Kansas City, for all your tire Repairs and tire Installations needs - for new and used tires. And you will experience their Fast Efficient Friendly and Reasonably priced Tires and Auto service for yourself! Their Tire Technicians are the Best!

Got 3 tires all had nails in them and they stripped my lugs and tried to make me pay for it cause it took them longer and they didn't tighten my lugs got home all of them was loose the place is trash

Of all times I came to KC and my tire blows. Absolutely NOBODY came to my rescue in this area ( people just would drive around me and stare -while I changed my tire to a spare) The closest tire place was this business ya...I'll admit it.. Ya I felt a little out of place, in a very dark area..and w being a female, white in color, and alone in a very bad area. Leaving me no choice but to go here. The first person to give assistance was a man by the name of Richie, whom ended up being the owner of the business. I was more than relieved to receive immediate assistance and another tire. Not only he did the work at a fast pace the professionalism was outstanding. His prices was low, the quality of the tire was good, and he made me feel welcome in a all black atmosphere that left me feeling safe in the unknown area. I want to let anyone reading this that this business is a very rare find and they will get your tire needs addressed w no issues. I not only recommend them 100% but also I will only go to this shop for every tire need or service on my car. Thank you for the wonderful work being done and all the employees that are involved while doing so.

Earlier this year I noticed that wires were protruding from my tire! As I was going through a divorce I had no means of acquiring a new tire. I happened across their business on Blue Ridge, a rather small business. I told the gentleman of my plight. I was treated with dignity just as if I was buying a new tire! I was grateful to find out that his used tires were cheaper than other places I searched. I told the owner that I was grateful, and when I came into resources I was going to come and make a purchase from him. Well, that day has arrived! I m going today (6/14/23) to purchase new tires for my Cadillac. Thank you Blue Ridge Tire for restoring my faith in humanity!Manuel

The best value around. A used type from them with 90% tread was only 40% the price of a new tire with installation. Once, I told them I would buy a new tire but I only needed a plug. They could have taken my money but did the right thing, fixed my for for fifteen dollars, and I was gone... all in about 15 minutes. Great place. Honest staff.

The worst job I've ever seen, I just wanted to change the tpms, and they scratched the whole rim, and they say you don't have to pay for that. $ 15. never come to this site. no one answered for the damag

Tires....Yes we cover A LOT of miles with the boys but we have the worst luck with tires. I came to the last day of soccer camp with the boys today which luckily happens to be Jake and I's old stomping ground. I picked up a screw somewhere along the way but Blue Ridge Tire had me in and out within 10 minutes. I kid you not! They were cheap and 5 customer service! Forget the big box stores....I'm gonna help the little guys out! I wish I would have taken a picture with the gentleman that helped me out. So friendly with that beautiful smile!

I went to get 2 used tires at this place.The service was exceptional! Really good employees good tires at reasonable price I really appreciate these guys especially Kev,they got busy but he had me taken care of in less than 10 minutes then moved on to the next client immediately.Dude works like a soldier! I will definitely come back again. Hope I get see Kev again LOL.

Great shop for all your tire and automotive needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they do great work. I will always be back in the future.

I called ahead to confirm they could resolve my problem. I couldn't believe the price I was quoted! I doubled checked to see if there would be a wait. I was in and out in 10 minutes: they took off my spare, disposed my bad tire and put my new one that I previously bought from somewhere else. I'll definitely visit them going forward! <3

One of the best tire shops in the area!! No other shop would help me with a flat tire. They had me in and out in 10 minutes while being busy. I will definitely be back because of their amazing work and customer service. Thank you guys for working on my 2022 Kia Sorento!

May 23, 2022. I called and asked about 2 used tires which they had in stock for my vehicle. I had them put on the car in less than 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service! Reasonably priced. I recommend this business as my experience was very pleasant!

Fast service, welcoming staff, great prices! I've been here twice now and both times were smooth as butter. In and out within the hour both times. The last used tire I got from them made it 11 months on the front of suv with daily driving and no rotations during that period. I got 20-30k miles out of that tire. So, when it finally ran its course, I came back for another, obviously. I think this might be my "go to" whenever I need a used tire from now on

If i could give zero stars I would. Very frustrated with this shop! Took my car on Monday to get a used tire on and today (wed) I had to pull over on the highway because I almost lost my tire. 3 of my 5 lug nuts was so loose I could take them off with my fingers and the other 2 didn't take much. I called the shop to let them know and the guy was basically calling me a liar and said there was no way they didn't tighten them all the way and that I needed to handle MY PROBLEM myself. I will never go to this shop again. Biggest mistake I made was trusting them with my car and our safety.

Shocked and disappointed by the poor quality tire. These are nice people but they did not stand behind their service.Used tires should not be *useless!* Less than 200 miles and a few weeks later, there is a *hole* in the tire - see for yourself!! Clearly was not just old but *end of life*.Their response: "sorry it was out of 7 day warranty."For $50 more i can get a safe tire that won't leave me stranded or worse!

Avoid this place like Ebola. They sold me a dry rotted tire with cracks running all through the tread. These scammers are making the roads more dangerous with their garbage tires.

Bad experience...Got 4 used tires... They put it unbalanced. Kept on calling the owner named umer Farooq.... He stopped responding to my calls.... No commitment...Please spend some money. Going to such shops in hope of saving few bucks will cost you more in the longer run.

I must say, I'm happy they're in business in this location, finally a tire shop with great tires... That Calley's Tires that used to be there sucked, Calley's tires are OLD Dry Rotted AND Wore down !.. But not here, They're used tires look brand new and last long... The prices are very reasonable and they're very fast, friendly and they don't charge you to get rid of ya old tire... keep it up guyz !..

The service was amazing. I did not have to wait long for 3 tires to be changed. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I'm also glad that they are LGBTQI friendly! I did have one tire blowout after 5 days of having them. And no one is picking up the phone because it's going straight to voicemail. Hopefully they are still open at 6 so I can come around 5 to get this tire placed.

This place is a complete joke! I brought in 2 new tires to be put on my car, they put one on and stole my other new tire, and then they think it's ok to try to talk down to me because I'm a female. They don't balance tires correctly, because they won't buy sticky weights which are needed for certain kinds of wheels. They are disrespectful crooks!

I bought 2 used tires from them and within 48 hours I have a blow out with one of them. I live 2 hours away so a replacement is out of the question. I definitely would like my money back because I had to go out and buy another tire when they told me the tires were good.One of the men that worked on my car this past Saturday, 02-29-2020, even told me to keep my receipt so I can get a full refund just in case something like this happened.Be mindful of getting your tires from here. A cheap fix isn t always a good fit. Y all better be careful before the Better Business Bureau get a complaint with y all name on it.

Took my tires in to have them balanced and mounted. They seem to know what they were doing. Left and got on the road and when i got to 50mph the whole car shook. It was to late to go back, they were closed. The next morning i took it to a guy who i trusted at a different business. Found out they never even balanced my tires. They also broke my center cap on my wheel. Will never do business here again.

ALL the employees rock!! The man who help us was pretty dang amazing. He was nice, fast paced and clean. I will always recommend from now on and I will only be going there!! This will be my new go to place!! Thank you for being nice!!

They tightened lug nuts too tight and 4 of the 5 broke off. Had to get my car towed cuz the wheel almost fell off and bend the wheel well. Take it to a place thats certified and with a warranty rather than just cheap
