I came in to warranty a 3 month old battery. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She got my battery swapped out quickly and with a smile. I will say the guy that brought battery out was rude and seemed upset to be warranting a battery out. My message to him is that in business there will be warrantys and to remember the customer is the reason he has a job and in small business with every customer he scares off he looses a piece of his job security. Overall the customer service of the lady at the counter kept me happy and earned my return business next time. She deserves a raise.

Got a great deal on 2 batteries. Best prices for sure. I've been to wholesale and a few others. This place has the best deal by far. Nearly half the price of competitors. Thanks guys.

Great service. Price was extremely reasonable, and installation was quick. They even tested my battery and told me that a previous alternator replacement done by a separate mechanic was faulty. I appreciate their transparency and help figuring out a different issue with my car. Will definitely use their service again!

Very helpful. Didn't have what I needed but was very willing to go out of the way to find what you need.The staff is awesome. When you stop there, say hi to Randy, he's the owner, a great all-around guy. I've been dealing with Best Battery for around 5 years on many projects associated with my job and they haven't let me down yet. So if your ever in need of a battery you need to give this place try and support local.

Always get a decent used/refurbished battery, never had any issues, never had to wait very long, always $50 to $60 dollars, and always get the right battery for the application. I will definitely be giving them some more of my business, and I gladly recommend them for others.

1st time customer today 5-6-2022. Very kind customer service. Zach helped my mother and I. He was very knowledgeable. They checked everything too and prices are awesome and they warranty thier work and products. Took them less than 30min with people in front of us. Recommend anyone to check them out. I'll definitely be going back wish I would have found them sooner.

My car battery was dying, and I needed a new battery immediately. Called on Saturday morning, they had what I needed in stock, for $50 less than a major auto chain, who couldn't install it for me. They did the install in less than 10 minutes for $15. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Updated after your response this afternoon: thank you for the quick response and for clarifying your policies and typical payments. Sounds like $10 was spot-on then. I have updated my rating too. Thank you! The Best Batteries website says the following.On the "Recylcling" page:"Recycle your batteries for cash! Not only will we recycle lead- acid automotive batteries as well as motorcycle and SLA, but WE'LL ALSO PAY YOU CASH for them!"On the "FAQ" page: "Do you recycle batteries?""We sure do! We always take one battery in exchange for purchases (When you buy one, we price the battery based upon having the old one with you!) but if you have extra batteries you'd like to sell, we'd love to PURCHASE THEM from you! We purchase the same type of batteries we sell! If you have less than 10 batteries to sell us, we will pay you individually by each one. However, if you have more than 10, we weigh them on our scale and usually, you will receive a couple extra dollars depending on how many you have! The types of batteries we do NOT sell, we will not pay to recycle either."There is no caveat on the website stating that cash payments for old batteries requires purchase of a new / refurbished battery from Best Batteries. Only that they will only pay for types they sell.Based on this information, I brought two batteries by so that I could receive cash for the batteries vs. getting store credit / store gift card for the "core" at O'Reilly or Autozone (where I purchased my new batteries). I asked very clearly at the front desk whether they paid cash for old batteries and was told that yes - they do. I was then asked, "You have scrap batteries?" I said, "Yes." They then told me to drop the batteries in the back (where the sign indicates "scrap" batteries can be dropped off). I dropped the heavier one there, and went to get the other from my car. But at that point, they waved me to the front with the second battery and apologized for having me drop the first in the back. I went to the back to move the first one to the front of the store and they kindly said it was fine to leave it there. That was it. Wait... that was it? What about paying for my old batteries?I went back to the front of the store to clarify whether they were going to give me cash for the batteries and I was asked if I had purchased a battery from them. While having this conversation, the gal moved to the cash register, opened it and gave me a $10 bill. For both batteries. No clarification was given. My batteries were not weighed to determine payment. "Core" store credit at O'Reilly and Autozone pays about $20 per battery (I assume Best Batteries does the same if you purchase from them and have an old battery to recycle). But I was getting $5 cash for each?At that point, I was so confused by this all that I just took the $10 and left.This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and confused. Policies, cash payouts, etc. should be clearly stated AND then followed through in person.I'm all for supporting small businesses. Therefore, I'm even happy to take less than I would get at a large retailer like O'Reilly or Autozone. But this all felt felt really sketchy.There are a lot of good reviews for Best Batteries, so I'm sure this is an honest, reputable business. I'm posting this, however, to educate others on cash-for-battery / recycle transactions they may consider with Best Batteries. At this point, I'd rather have taken store credit at Autozone and O'Reilly (~$44) vs. the cash I was given by Best Batteries ($10).Owners - if there is something obvious I've missed in all of this that is clearly stated somewhere - please let me know and I'll be happy to update this review. Went in on a Friday 30 minutes before close. The front desk was very courtesy and the guys checking my battery we just the same. Great prices and customer service you won't find at your closest auto store. Make this your destination for your next battery.
