Great experience with Jason and Tara at this location. I switched over from the other Audi in town in hopes for better customer service, which I have received. I never had to follow up with communication they contacted me when they said they would. Tara went above and beyond to call my warranty people to help save me money. I will most definitely continue to come back.

After being unable to remove the rusted screws myself so that I could replace my license plate, I stopped by Molle Audi. Jorge tried very hard to do so as no technician was there & made an appointment for the next afternoon when technicians were on the job. Jason checked me in & offered a complimentary carwash. When I saw the invoice total for $ 111.94, I was shocked! I purchased my Audi new from Molle in 2011 & have had all maintenance done at Molle. That s 4 very expensive screws!!! I asked Jason if there was a coupon available & was told there was none. I asked for a complimentary discount & got no offer or response.I m very disappointed with this service & that there was no effort made to recognize customer loyalty.Displeased & disappointed customer!Rosie Bettis

Great service. I had a diagnostic test done for a sensor and they didnt charge me for it since the part for it was on backorder. They did this proactively without me saying anything. That is a level of integrity that is hard to find.

Kelli is the best person you have at the front desk in service. She really knows how to communicate with people and make the customer knowledgeable, important, and pleased, even when the news may be not so pleasant when the bill arrives.
