Found everything I was looking for. Another good visit. Got cleaner for Avalanche. Staff is very helpful. Need to restock my shop. Oil and Antifreeze several things are needed for a shop the size of mine. Good value and selection. Staff was very helpful. Last visit needed new keys and price on tires. No one was there to help me. Looked around No Staff. So I walked out. Outside I asked a young man if anyone was working today. Got in my car and went to Discount Tires. Matt and staff was very helpful. New tires looks great.

I have road hezard warranty on my all tires. Some reason I got cut on my tire which is covered in road hezard warranty. When I brought my car in for that, they said due to my threads are low the warranty doesn't apply. So I ask that my tire has 70,000 mile warranty on it and it's been only 43000 miles on it. So that should be covered in warranty. That got them and he agree to get a new tire for $60. I waited an hour for their call, when I called back to inquire they said. It got alignment marks on it which wave the warranty. Anyway they came up will new story to not give me warranty. Don't wast your money here. By the way it was Hankook All weather tire.

I had an outstanding experience with the Walmart tire center when they replaced all four of my tires. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and when I arrived, the staff was ready to assist promptly. They were not only knowledgeable about the tire options available, but they also took the time to understand my driving needs and recommend the best fit for my vehicle. The installation process was quick, and I was impressed by the attention to detail they showed while mounting and balancing the new tires. What truly set this experience apart was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort while waiting, providing updates on the progress of the tire replacement. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making my time there enjoyable. When my vehicle was ready, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. The new tires performed excellently, and the overall ride felt smoother and safer. I left the Walmart tire center with a strong sense of satisfaction, knowing that I had received top-notch service and a great value for my money. I would highly recommend their tire center to anyone in need of quality tire replacement and exceptional customer care.

Don t get an oil change here. I went in to get my oil changed, and several days later after not driving it all of the oil was on the ground underneath my car and had I not noticed I probably could ve seriously messed up the engine. Their oil change job is sloppy and didn t get all the parts back on correctly. Don t risk your vehicle. Take your car somewhere else.

don't waste your money on warranty for tires. either they patch it with a plug or you will have to buy new tires biggest scam ever. warranty is only for them sticking a plug into your tires.

The people there were super friendly but it took entirely too long for just 2 tires. Almost 3 hours. Could be because they were short staffed or super busy. Unsure why. I had also asked them to rotate the tires and they did not. Which I suppose is also a good thing because I paid for road hazard and only put about 200 miles on the brand new back tire and it blew out. Luckily it was covered under road hazard and I was able to get it replaced and my tires rotated.

I got new tires yesterday and thought I was getting a good deal. While driving on the highway today my car shakes so much the visor and mirror vibrate. I don't know if they even balanced the tires. Today they told me I'd have to wait at least an hour for them to start working on my tires. No refund offered, no discounted future service. The associate who talked to me made it clear there was nothing she could do. Better service elsewhere, guess you get what you pay for.

I ended up going to a different store. I called. Got the information I was seeking. The person who answered the phone was rather short and seemed rushed with little interest in the conversation. Maybe they were busy, I don't know. I did get the information I was seeking. If you want to see fantastic customer service, visit Jane Missouri, Cassville Missouri, Lowell Arkansas and Tupelo Mississippi. They have the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional service I have ever experienced.

1- they WAY over inflated my brand new tires I was having them install (rated at 51 PSI, filled to over 80 PSI)2 - they stole my tires they were suppose to be put in the bed of my truck (one was going to my aunts farm and one is my 5th tire for a spare rim.)3 - I waited over TWO HOURS for them to put on two new tires and rotate.I contacted Walmart about my tires and have not heard anything back.

Bought my tires and had them put on at Walmart, ended up with a flat 8 months later and went in to have it patched/plugged. After 20 minutes of them examining the tire, they came back to me with all these issues from when the tire was put on and couldn't find the hole where the air was being leaked. I showed them the obvious hole that was "jetting" out air and tried to ask for it to still be fixed but they refused based off of the issues they found from when the tire was originally put on. Terrible service all all around. I honestly am not returning to this specific location because I've used other locations for my other vehicles and never had an issue. This specific location though... They need replaced or closed down.

It was a little slow, a little over two hours BUT we were told beforehand and were okay with it. It was a saturday morning/afternoon and it was skins of expected anyway. Got 4 new tires! They price matched to their website! A 17$ difference! Very nice! Very happy!

The manager was excellent. However they did not reattach the protector under carriage and it came half off while driving. Will not go to this location for an oil change again

Needed a new tire. Did have to wait an hour even though I got there at 7:15 a.m. due to another person having new tires put on and oil change. Needed 2 or more mechanics available even at that time of the morning. Other than that the people were pleasant.

Living in an apartment complex has made it difficult to do my own oil, I've trusted this spot for half a decade + now. Been freaky fast or while super busy, fast enough. Thankful for their work.

Had new snow tires mounted. Young man was carefull with my wheels and tires so the all seasons could be put back on next year. High performance tires often get torn during removal, not this time. Thank you.

Wal Mart Auto center is convenient if you also have other purchases to make inside of the store as well. Otherwise, you have to sit and wait. They do have designated waiting areas, but because of the first come, first serve policy, you may be in for quite a long wait time. Its best to go when they first open to avoid wait times.

Needed a battery replaced and was able to do it myself. Employee with glasses was...less than helpful. Apparently Wal-Mart's policies are 100% geared towards being a pain to the customer. If there is EVER another option that is feasible, take it!

This has happened twice now. I come here to get cheap all season tires. I drive a rear wheel drive car. So I ask the associate that when they put the new tires on, to please rotate my wheels so the new tires are on the rear axel. Without fail they never do that, so they take nearly 2 hours to replace the tires (due to high volume, which is no problem) but then I come back to find they put the wrong tires on the wrong axel and then I have to wait while they finish whatever job they're doing to get my car back in to rotate my wheels. Getting 2 new tires should not be a 3 hour ordeal and the associates need to understand and identify that rear wheel drive cars should have the freshest tires in the rear and front wheel drive cars have the freshest tires in the front. In addition to that, I had to go wash my car after the job because they (for some reason) got oil and god knows what else on my wheels and fenders while doing the tires.I do not trust walmart to work on my cars and will be going to discount tire or goodyear from now on.

Usually a Wal-Mart fan but the tire and auto department is trash! I was looking for a set of new tires. Found a nice tire displayed on the floor at a "rollback" price so I tried to order a set. Apparently the only display tires in their store because the lady at the counter told me I had to order them myself online because they don't actually sell the tires. What is the point of an auto center if they don't even sell the tires they display on their floor. I will never buy from Wal-Mart's Tire department...missed out on selling a set of 4 tires and ticked off a customer to boot!

Paid for an upgraded oil change and specifically mentioned vaccuming! They said yes that was included, picked up the car and it was NOT vaccumed!! On the receipt it said vaccum was declined, after I specifically mentioned needing it done! Makes me wonder what else they claim to have checked that they didn't do.....

If you need tires you better make sure the tires that are currently on match what the door sticker says because the tires were on my truck when i bought it were a different size and they refused to mount them but offered to sell them to me and i could go somewhere else to have them mounted. What a joke

Back to back times coming in and the line is ridiculous. One associate the first time I came in and never once called for help even though it was clearly needed. Second time no associate with 3 customers waiting (was looking for customer order in recieving).

Literally can t pay for a tire over the phone so my can get back on the road. If this is the best Walmart has to offer, they need to shut down their tire and auto.
